Builds/Downloads
Builds that are released here can be considered as still in the stable branches. If you wish to join the Testing Team, please contact me via Private Messaging on XDA (in a polite manner). Do also note that I don't have my Xperia SP anymore. YES! I HAVE NOT TOLD YOU THIS LONG! and I use an Xperia Z3 since last week. BUT I still develop for you awesome XSP users and it may also be the reason why I can't always test this builds! (Check my SIG for more info on why I don't have my XSP anymore ) :silly:

Take a good look at the text at the BUILDS section and you'll understand why I do not have screenshots. :crying:
and anyways, it'll probably look the same as other CM11s ROMs

With universal you mean it is for LBL and UBL? Why? XDDD

To make it seem cool and to try and make it a standard across all ROMs that support UBL and LBL devices. Just trying to change the way we look at ROM compatibility rather than having newbies spewing "IS THIS FOR LBL? " or "WHY DOES THE THREAD NOT HAVE ANY SAYING OF LBL? IS THERE LBL????".

I think it's a good idea. I try when I have time. Well I really liked that you did versions separately.

K bro i will try and test the rom with latest william kernel....Still 10 minutes to finish download of the rom.

If it is like mrsteve555 rom u must install williams kernel based on stock

@Furrydaus
Amazing piece of work bro. The rom is blazingly fast and smooth, no hiccups whatsoever. It just cant get any better. The only thing that is annoying me is that the status bar and navbar dont disappear when in lockscreen....they just stay there... Is there any way i can get back the fullscreen lock?
Other then that nothing to complain about
And a big bigg thanxx and keep up this great work

The rom is actually very mixed up in terms of its base. Its a mix of cm, mrsteve, aosp and a couple of other different sources so it might be difficult to determine. You guys could try but im not going to be responsible for any device failures.
If you have any news of whichever kernels work, then do inform us on this thread!

Ill see if i can force immersive mode on that app in a future delta (ota) update. I just need more stuff to fix and add before pushing an ota update. I dont want too many of them cluttering the op

If the ROM works with locked bootloader, it works with the stock kernel. If it works with the stock kernel, then it will work with Sony stock version of Williams kernel

Hi! Great job, I have just one question, can I flash this over Steve's CM11?

with 2 applications Photo Gallery
The ROM is great, but I noticed that it came with 2 applications Photo Gallery. It would be a BUG?
I used his previous Revolution 8, so I updated to the new!
Sorry my english ...

The best rom for SP!!! Ever 300mb RAM free(i have 40 app installed)
I tried to install william's kernel v4.1, but bootloop.

Ok heres my complete report (No Gapps, Dalvik)
-Sound is loud, I really mean it.
-OMNI SWITCH!!
-OpenDelta, I dont know if he`ll be pushing updates, but if he does, i`ll be epic.
-A very proper active display, layout is not off like in DMXs carbon (no offence)
-No unlock ring shortcuts
-Four row quick tiles, which feel surprisingly awesome.
-Ability to add or remove quicktiles from the drawer itself
-OMX works
-Contextual notification header (see it, its awesome)
-A very comprehensive performance control.
EDIT- I donno if any of you noticed but this rom has that tiles feature PA guys said bout, you can swipe up on a tile to reveal more options. It works on volume, bluetooth, data, sleep and wifi.
- A very minor bug, the contextual notificatoin header doesnt change automatically, you have to toggle the option.
First feel of the ROM is that it is really really fluid, and I mean REALLY fluid. No hiccups at all. No sudden FCs or anything uptill now. Love the integrated performance control, although the advanced tab FCs. The features are incredible. Overall I'm loving this ROM. Don't think I'm going to switch for a while now
Well @Abhinav2 its good to see you giving us different ROMs but would you be supporting them as well in the future?? Because I've seen that people in the free time start many projects but are unable to support once they are in tighter schedule. I know there is no binding on anybody here on XDA but credibility is also one major aspect . I would personally love if you continue with just Omni (Or AOKP at the most).
Thanks again.
Which gapps package should we flash with this ROM?

Yep I knew this question will be raised and I appreciate you asking this but if you have checked ALL of my ROMs are being actively developed and are stable enough for daily use and don't worry, you can have my word, no matter how many ROMs I make all my ROMs will be developed actively to bring the users the best I can You won't have to worry at all about it Also you can see I don't make new ROM until and unless my current ROM is stable for daily use and I'm sure it boots properly Again all the users can be assured about it that releasing new ROMs doesn't mean that I will stop with the previous ones

Just a suggestion
You could come up with an update schedule for releasing the nightles, for eg: Carbon rom will be released on monday, omni on tuesday etc...
In this way the users will get time(1 week) to test and report the nightly and also will avoid the continuous flashing process.
On the other hand even you will get time to fix minor bugs and will also keep things organised.
I just suggested this to keep things easy on both the ends.
Keep up the good work.:good:
Good job!
So the audio in this rom is loud?

Hello everyone!
XDA Senior Member Furrydaus has came to the rescue!
Anyways, the Z3Perience franchise and Inferno Z3 have been merged so I can focus a tad bit more on CM11s and Android L Porting. I'll be assisting Ravendra275 in fixing bugs and etc. so I haven't totally pulled out of the ROM yet. Be sure to stick with us in the future of this ROM!

Not necessary unless there are firmware changes from CM12 that I'm not aware of. When I tested this ROM, I came from a CM12 nightly, so can't say. You could give direct flashing a try.

This is the 3rd time I've copy/pasted these foolproof instructions, and I'm sorry for constantly mentioning the people in these instructions, but you guys gotta have credit for the awesomeness. So here are the instructions~
Generally speaking, most custom ROMs are based on CM. READ: CyanHacker is OBVIOUSLY CM BASED.
And to not bootloop on CM12 or a CM-based ROM, you first need to be on CM11.
~Seeing as some of you can't get a working download on CM11, here's the working link (thanks @tingljjdehua!)- https://download.cyanogenmod.org/get/jenkins/90775/cm-11-20141115-SNAPSHOT-M12-ghost.zip
~Make sure you're on the latest TWRP Recovery (use 2.8.5.0)- http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/ghost
~SuperSU is always better than the built-in Superuser. Get SuperSU here- http://download.chainfire.eu/696/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip
~Download whatever Lollipop ROM you want that's compatible with the Moto X.
~PA-gapps are the best IMHO so here you go (thanks @TKruzze!)- http://forum.xda-developers.com/par...apps-official-to-date-pa-google-apps-t2943900
(I recommend using the Google Stock Package as the Moto X's system partition is able to take all of it in, which leaves space for user partition, but you can also use the PA-apps' advanced features to
stop it from flashing specific APKs. Just read all of it carefully.)
1. mfastboot flash the latest TWRP if you aren't already at that point. I won't help you on fastboot things as you should already know- look around in the forums for info.
2. BACKUP YOUR STUFF- don't want to lose things without being able to get them back, right?
3. Flash the downloaded CM11 snapshot.
4. Let CM11 fully boot and go through the setup screen- just skip everything and get to the homescreen.
5. Reboot into Recovery and wipe EVERYTHING- system, data, dalvik cache, cache, etc.
6. Flash your Lollipop ROM.
7. Flash PA-gapps.
8. Flash SuperSU.
9. Wipe cache/dalvik cache.
10. Reboot.
11. ???
12. Profit.
Hey @Quasar, I was wondering at what frequency would updates be built?
I know we all have busy lives, and there would be days with no time to manage any builds.
Well crap, I'm basically asking for an ETA. Haha.

Well, honestly, it was easier basing it on LS because most of the customizations were already present, but for 5.0 we decided to use a clean base so we can basically push out highly optimized builds with a few nifty features.

XenonHD is a custom firmware aka ROM for various Android devices. It is built from Android Open Source Project (AOSP) with additional features, performance and battery life improvements.
The idea behind XenonHD is to give users a ROM that is "blazing fast, rock stable and buttery smooth".
Base : Lollipop 5.1.1_r18 : FULL AOSP BASE FROM SOURCE.
It's Rockstable,Blazing fast.
and now Buttery Smooth too!

WHAT IS RRO?
Furrydaus said:
Many of you may be new to RRO so let's give you a brief overview of what it is.
On the surface, RRO seems to be like your standard themer you'll find from any rom especially in CyanogenMod.
RRO is a new kid in the block and isn't as sophisticated as the CM Theme Engine but it is indefinitely more efficient and more customizable (More on that later).
Have you somehow liked the way the Sony Theme Engine worked? It was indeed a project from the RRO Interface but with Sony's own tweaks. If you are able to guess, the Sony Theme Engine has its flaws and shares some of the same fate as the RRO Theming Engine.
Ever since the rise of CyanogenMod, Google and its affliates seem to have responded to the call for more customizabilty by Improving the Original RRO Engine and then officially releasing it as part of AOSP in the Lollipop Releases although it can still be found in some form or another in the earlier versions of Android.
Now since the new RRO Engine was released, it turned out to be the very thing that the CM Theme Engine feared, a worthy competitor. Unlike RRO, the CM Theme Engine uses loads (and I really mean LOADS) of code in implementing it. Patching it again and again, the CM Theme Engine seem to be reluctant to absorb into the possibilities of RRO trying to stay away from the Google Way.
Unlike the CM Theme Engine, RRO uses and accesses the resources of the whole OS and opens it up for the user to customize and utilize. Right now, it seems very difficult to get a hold of but once you get started in using it, you'll realize how much potential RRO can do for you.
The downside of RRO is that unlike the CM Theme Engine, it is very difficult to ensure that things run smoothly. Some newbie developers may publish RRO Themes to the play store and may have missing resources. (I'm sure the inexperienced developer pool will reduce if given time and leniency)
Like @miki.cis has shown, some themes can cause crashes to the system including the Reboot Menu due to missing resources. When there's a missing resource, the system is stuck and takes the easy way out by rebooting. (I can see this being remedied in the future though).
So as a result, RRO Layers is a dragon that can be tamed if properly utilized and given the time to mature. I hope those who are trying RRO for the first time be lenient to the new RRO Layers Engine and its new generation of Themers.
Regards,
Furrydaus

most of mods like this won't work as the sources are updating quickly(so the mod is outdated), if you want to use the mod, see the date when it's made, and find a rom which was built on nearby date, or just try it after you have a working nandroid backup, good luck anyways
edit: btw, don't report here if don't work, it's expected
Looks really great this Rom.
It's fast. Smooth. No lags until now.
Congrats and thanks for the work.

TranchidaGat ROM v1.0 Features List:
Coming Soon!
ROM Installation Instructions:
Step 1:
Make sure you have all the files downloaded from here and make sure you save them either on your phone or your computer. This ROM does come with a Gapps package already installed so you don't have to flash a google apps package. This ROM does not come rooted by default so you will have to flash latest supersu or magisk. Make sure you also downloaded the latest ROM build from here too whether you plan on using the full version, lite version, or super lite version . I will try to upload weekly or monthly builds but no promises due to work and personal life.
Step 2:
Make sure you have latest TWRP Recovery if you don't you will have to flash the custom recovery with a toolkit or some other way.
Download Latest TWRP Here:
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=673368273298954998
Step 3:
Boot into latest twrp recovery and then click on the install option. Select the ROM you prefer downloaded from here and now just install by sliding the install slider.
Step 4:
Allow up to 10 minutes for the ROM and all the other files to install and once you are booted up setup the ROM as usual and you are golden! Please check FAQ if you have any minor issues and if you need further help just message me on this thread or email me with my email that is in the contact section. ENJOY!

Are you compiling this rom? Can we see your github, as the links provided are generic and the bacon tree link doesn't even work..

Your the only one who has always had a problem with my ROMs you just don't stop assuming that I'm stealing everything when I clearly am not. It clearly says in my op that this ROM is based off official open source lineage os may 29th nightly from lineageos.org website I don't know how to compile any ROM plus the github is clearly linked in the op

I ask no more of you than any member. The moderators have had their verdict, and the matter is closed.

Wait you don't know how to compile a rom? Do you know what compiling is? And he's requesting for your own github which shows some customisation and optimisation or additional features that you have added to basically show you have done the work yourself.
I'll try, thank you anyway :good:

But in your OP it says it brings new feature and apps... So it's not stock since it has some customisation. But alright do whatever you want to do

So you are releasing a ROM in the development forum, and all you did was use an actual developer's ROM and add some apps from Google Play and add a new boot animation?
Did I read that correctly, or am I missing something here?
Because that isn't development and is something EVERY user does when he flashes a new ROM (with a clean flash that is).
STEP#1: Flash ROM
STEP#2: Reinstall your apps
Step#3: Add boot animations (or whatever theming stuff you want)
That isn't development. Far from it.
And then in the OP you say "That is why i am bringing to you guys my very own ROM called TranchidaGat ROM!"? How do you think this is you very own ROM?
Yeah, you shouldn't be doing this. For real dude. You should have added it to the general forum. It's not your own ROM at all.

This is my own rom what are you talking about i modified the base rom i used which is lineageos official i added my apps gave it a new boot animation included new sounds and even included a gapps package and your telling me that isnt development i honestly could give a crap about you this belongs in the development section case closed not the general section no ROM belongs in the general section stop making up lies that arent true why dont you bother other peoples roms that do the same thing i do. Lineageos is open source so im allowed to have my thread here you dont like it simply dont respond and walk away from your computer you shoukdnt have one in the first place with that attitude
And I think Super Lite version mean: remove all ringtone, notification sound lol
