Thanks to AndroidSlave's guide, I was able to set up my own Jenkins server to build CM. What's different about these builds from all the other Lollipop roms? These are made from completely unmodified merged code from the cm-12.0 branch. Therefore this rom is "official-ready", as the official nightlies can be dirty flashed as soon as they are enabled.
The server will check for new changes daily, and if any are detected, start a new build.
Since CM 12 is still under heavy development, you can expect there to be bugs.
Instructions:
Download the zip(s) and boot to recovery.
Optional: Make a nandroid of your current rom.
Factory reset.
Flash CyanogenMod.
Flash gapps.
Updating?
Use the built-in updater! Thanks to @JulianXhokaxhiu for his excellent CM REST Server API emulation and @rjwil1086 for patching the code for Lollipop.

so, it boots fine (long first boot but don't be scared, it's not a bootloop), animations are ok, stability is ok but I can't do much more testing since I'm going to sleep and I need my phone fully set up tomorrow morning, so I'm restoring my backup of the other ROM I'm using (the stock cm12 daily builds from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/development/daily-stock-unofficial-cm12-builds-t2948099) anyhow it looks good, and the fact that we will be able to dirty switch to official nightlies is very appetizing, but it is not as complete as the other one so I'll stick with that one for now.
All of this is from a user standpoint, I'm not a dev so I don't know if I helped you out or not. But there it is.

I haven't tested with any custom kernels, so unfortunately I can't say. Do try the stock CM kernel first though-it runs very well.

Much better than remote console login over ssh.
There's some sepolicy changes in the latest build not showing up in the cm review gerrit.

why this rom should be better than the daily unofficial from daleski75?
That's not a sarcastic question, I really want to know the differences.
Thank you

I've taken a look at daleski75's thread and it seems that he also makes few, if any changes to the stock CM code. I guess a difference is these builds are automatically built and uploaded whereas dale's are maintained manually by him.
Neither is directly better than the other. Try them both and decide for yourself!

It´s nice to see more and more people doing this. thanks.

Yes, that is to be expected as development is ongoing. However, many features, like double tap to wake, are now working.

Cherry pick list
* CyanogenMod's latest merges: http://review.cyanogenmod.org/#/q/status:merged+branch:cm-12.0,n,z
* CyanogenMod's Github: http://github.com/cyanogenmod
This is a kang of CM12 with cherry picks from CyanogenMod’s Gerrit Instance, compiled by a group of volunteers that enjoy learning about and building CyanogenMod and Android in general. All credit goes to cyanogen, #teamdouche and the coders who submit to Gerrit. Thank you to @RyanMacG for providing Euroskank hosting.
These builds are bleeding-edge, most comparable to a nightly build, and are not meant for inexperienced users. Things will be broken and crash from time to time, you need to accept that this isn't stable by any means before flashing. Nandroid as often as possible.
How to post useful, informative bug reports:
Sometimes dev's actually check out our threads, or sometimes we have a good relationship with a dev or two. These bleeding-edge builds will have issues, and having good information on what's broken is great feedback before a feature is merged. Here are some good bug reporting tips:
* No bug reports while using custom kernels or add-ons:
CyangenMod's own bug reporting tool does not accept bug reports from people using non-stock kernels for a reason, so why should we? CM can merge changes to their kernel causing custom kernels to break things until they catch up. Therefore, please do not post any bug reports while using a custom kernel or add-on such as Xposed Framework. Post your issues with custom kernels in their own respective threads as they are the ones who need to play catch up. Any bug report posted in this thread should be while running CM's stock framework and kernel, as this prevents unnecessary clutter.
* Gapps are not a CM issue:
CyanogenMod is built to run without the assistance of Google's proprietary apps (gapps). Having issues with your Google account and syncing is a gapps issue, not a CM issue. Please do not post about any gapps related issues, just wipe data and try a different gapps package.
* Posting about the same bug every build:
Beating a dead horse with "bug X still isn't fixed" posts just adds unnecessary clutter and provides no help into actually fixing the issue. Some bugs take days to squash, some take weeks. Please don't report the same bug every time a build is uploaded.
* Logs:
Provide logcats when applicable. Use a service like Pastebin and put a link to the log in the post. Please do not post logs directly to the forum.
If these requests are too demanding, there's good news! CyanogenMod is open source, so please feel free to download the source code, compile your own builds volunteering your time and resources, then start a thread and run it however you see fit. All we simply ask is that people post good, reliable information that can be passed on to a developer that can actually do something with it, making CM a better product for everyone involved.

I'm assuming this will work on Sprint. If not there's a fix in both flashable zip form and a commit devs can use to get it working.

I don't understand what the problem is with sprint. The nexus 5 is an unlocked phone. But why are we having issues with some ROMs? is it APN related?

Yeah on AOSP based Roms, there's an extra commit that the devs need to include to get data to work on Sprint. I'm guessing in a couple weeks this won't be an issue as most of if not all Roms will have the fix included.

Make sure you are doing wipe BEFORE and not AFTER the flash (Wipe, flash, boot. NOT wipe, flash, wipe, boot). Check to make sure your IMEI is in place. If it is, confirm your APN settings. If it's not, that's a different story.

[D802][ROM][5.0.0][LRX21M] CyanogenMod 12.0 Unofficial - [Nightly][12112014]

Hi everyone,
I am proud to present my unofficial nightly build of CyanogenMod 12.0 for the LG G2 (D802).
Rom informations:
CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 5.0, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
What works:
Audio
Bluetooth
Camera
Display
Input
Lights (brightness controll + leds)
Radio (RIL, making and receiving calls)
Storage (mount the device to computer etc.)
Sensors
Viberator
Wifi
Not working:
Double Tap to Wake (There is a new function though "Lift to Wake" which is standard on, you can find the switch for this option in Settings -> Display)
Media (Some report music playback working, but movie playback broken (confirmed by me as well)
Root (Not yet implemented in the rom by CyanogenMod, a workaround is flashing a SU package through recovery)

CM12.0 Installation Guide
Note: CM for LG G2 (D802) is provided with no warranty. You are installing this software at your own risk. You may be violating your warranty.
Download CM12.0 and gapps zips and put them on the "Internal Memory".
20141112 CyanogenMod 12 Unofficial Nightly Release [EOL]: Links no more available. I'm not allowed to release public builds of this.
20141107 GApps: (DL from Basketbuild.com) (Credits: drewwalton19216801)
Before you install CM11.0: Preparation (First three are optional. If you want to start fresh, these can be skipped)
Install AppBak from Market, run it and save a list of all your apps.
Install SMS Backup and Restore from Market, run it and backup your SMS history.
Install Call Logs Backup and Restore from Market, run it and backup your call log history.
Boot into recovery. Make a full backup. You will need this backup later if you decide to go back to your previous ROM and data.
WARNING: Many apps will Force Close crash if you restore data from a previous ROM.
Install
Wipe data and cache.
Flash update*.zip.
Flash gapps*.zip.
Reboot phone.
After you setup your Google account, reinstall the three apps from Market in order to restore most of your apps, call log and SMS history.
WARNING: Do not restore backup data of system apps!
Note:In this rom I used the V20G Baseband. I think this is a requisite in using this rom.
Upgrades
Upgrades from previous versions of CM12.0 are the same process as install, except you do not need to wipe anything. Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to even wipe cache and dalvik-cache when upgrading between CM11.0 versions. You only need to wipe if you are doing a major upgrade, switching to a different ROM entirely, or attempting to fix bugs caused by bad backups or corrupt app data.

I used TWRP 2.8.0.1 to flash this build.
I don't know how other recovery versions react to this build, but I think if you have a recent recovery build of either CWM or TWRP you should be fine.

Sorry it was a typo indeed, I copied some stuff over from another thread so the lay-out would be build up in a sensefull way. Forgot to change it in there. Thanks for spotting it.
At the moment found another filehosting (mediafire) which allows me to upload my full CM12.0 build.
Currently I'm uploading it as we speak and will post it in OP when it's finished.
My upload speed unfortunately isn't very high so I expect it to take about half an hour to get it up.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Update: Uploading of the mirror has finished. The MediaFire link is available in the OP thread.

Not necessary unless there are firmware changes from CM12 that I'm not aware of. When I tested this ROM, I came from a CM12 nightly, so can't say. You could give direct flashing a try.

Generally speaking, most custom ROMs are based on CM. READ: CyanHacker is OBVIOUSLY CM BASED.
And to not bootloop on CM12 or a CM-based ROM, you first need to be on CM11.
~Seeing as some of you can't get a working download on CM11, here's the working link (thanks @tingljjdehua!)- https://download.cyanogenmod.org/get/jenkins/90775/cm-11-20141115-SNAPSHOT-M12-ghost.zip
~Make sure you're on the latest TWRP Recovery (use 2.8.5.0)- http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/ghost
~SuperSU is always better than the built-in Superuser. Get SuperSU here- http://download.chainfire.eu/696/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip
~Download whatever Lollipop ROM you want that's compatible with the Moto X.
~PA-gapps are the best IMHO so here you go (thanks @TKruzze!)- http://forum.xda-developers.com/par...apps-official-to-date-pa-google-apps-t2943900
(I recommend using the Google Stock Package as the Moto X's system partition is able to take all of it in, which leaves space for user partition, but you can also use the PA-apps' advanced features to
stop it from flashing specific APKs. Just read all of it carefully.)
1. mfastboot flash the latest TWRP if you aren't already at that point. I won't help you on fastboot things as you should already know- look around in the forums for info.
2. BACKUP YOUR STUFF- don't want to lose things without being able to get them back, right?
3. Flash the downloaded CM11 snapshot.
4. Let CM11 fully boot and go through the setup screen- just skip everything and get to the homescreen.
5. Reboot into Recovery and wipe EVERYTHING- system, data, dalvik cache, cache, etc.
6. Flash your Lollipop ROM.
7. Flash PA-gapps.
8. Flash SuperSU.
9. Wipe cache/dalvik cache.
10. Reboot.
11. ???
12. Profit.
Hey @Quasar, I was wondering at what frequency would updates be built?
I know we all have busy lives, and there would be days with no time to manage any builds.
Well crap, I'm basically asking for an ETA. Haha.

Haha, well, every time there's a majorish update. Otherwise, usually, a build once every two or three days.

Sweet. Sounds great, thanks!
Also, I've found out is that v3 was re-based to CM whereas v2 was based on LiquidSmooth.
Why is that, if you don't mind telling me?

Well, honestly, it was easier basing it on LS because most of the customizations were already present, but for 5.0 we decided to use a clean base so we can basically push out highly optimized builds with a few nifty features.

amazing , was waiting for aosip for n6
Great to see you here !! Can't wait
If only this didn't use dui. . Can't shift my buttons over when I drop dpi. Might have to learn to compile and make my own builds with stock Nav Tuner. Have loved AOSiP since they first released. Was looking forward to having a go on my n6 now that I have one.
Keep up the great work! I've been with ya since the HTC One m7. Was sad to see you leave.
This is a great ROM! Everything works for me other than google assistant keeps asking you to record your voice over and over it doesn't save. Installed with gapps from op
Is it ok to flash/update release version over test version (when it's out)?? Some roms are not recommended to do that way. If not then i'll just wait for release version. Thanks.

You can, but please don't report any bugs without a clean flash.
Is there any link where i can check all the features of this rom??
Waiting prints...
Its a great ROM. I was a 6.x holdout and finally went to 7.x. I tried out a few ROMs. This one serves all I need. Great job. fast, stable (a few minor things like apps telling me they are fc'ing but I think that may be on my end),
So far so very good
Today's update is running fantastic. Thank you!!

Please remember that "test builds" are exactly what the name implies.
The ROM is running good so far thanks.
Is there a reason it's still on Dec 5 security patch? And will you be updating that soon? I just try to keep my patch as updates as possible is all.
Thanks for picking this up for us ! We haven't had any public builds since the CAF merge for Shamu. Now we do.

TeamHorizon's XenonHD rom builds for Google pixel xl marlin
[url]http://www.xenonhd.com/[/URL]
XenonHD is a custom firmware aka ROM for various Android devices. It is based on LineageOS 15.1 with additional features, performance and battery life improvements.
The idea behind XenonHD is to give users a ROM that is "blazing fast, rock stable and buttery smooth".
Important Info
To flash this rom you need TWRP version 3.2.0-0. Newer versions will not work.
This rom is based on the stock oreo 8.1 OPM1.171019.016 February 2018 rom from google. The instructions below assume your device is already on that rom. This is important because your device needs to have the vendor, radio, bootloader, and other img's from that rom. So, if you need to, flash the OPM1.171019.016 stock rom first. https://developers.google.com/android/images#marlin
Instructions
IMPORTANT NOTE: Twrp version 3.2.0-0 can't decrypt data if it's secured with pin, password, etc. So, before you begin go to lockscreen security settings and change it to 'none' or 'swipe'.
1. boot into twrp and wipe data, system, and dalvik/art cache
2. flash rom zip
3. flash twrp 3.2.0-0 zip
4. reboot -> recovery (this will reboot you into the other slot)
5. flash stock vendor img
6. mount -> vendor, then open the file manager and delete the /vendor/overlay folder
7. flash gapps zip (optional)
Reboot & enjoy.
If you have a issue with magisk latest install 15.0 first and then update some people are complaining of random reboots which they believe are magisk relate. Works fine for me though. To each their own I guess
I do not I repeat I do not (add support for Xposed issues ) I personally have used Xposed for testing purposes for this rom ,and it works fine but if you encounter issues do not complain as mods, kernels and other crap dont require me to offer me support for. Only rom issues

Roger that. Gonna test the few carrier related things and report back.

Same APN issue as before (ipv4 instead of ipv4/ipv6),
can't edit apns either. Phone calls work however.
This is on rogers in Canada.
Looks very promising, I used to run xenon on many devices back in the day. ??

Installed and running smooth. Is there an advanced reboot menu? Just want to make sure I'm not missing it. Other than that, everything looks great so far.

Things will remain stock for now cool chain is clang 4.9. I'm working on a custom kernel but as far as that goes it might be added soon it might not. I had to fix some tags in my trees and recompile to meet team standards. I will not be hosting privately as that isent allowed so from here on out all builds will be hosted by xenon team

I don't own that device I don't do blind builds. If somebody wants to pick it up I'll help build and make official though
