Sliced by my Razr on Tapatalk
It doesn't have a bootanimation, there just isn't one in the /system/media directory. That'd be why it defaults to the old Android logo that hasn't been seen since ~cupcake.
You could try deleting bootanimation.zip to see if that works on GB.

It's something named ActivityManager... appeared two times at the logcat with the same problem.
Is this "ActivityManager" an app or an component: If is an app try to delete it. Or if is a component, fix it!
