Slickwraps for z3 - Xperia Z3 Accessories

Anybody tried skins from them? Are they of good quality? I really like the dbrand skin but they dont do the sides of the phone. From pics shown on slickwraps webby shows that the sides is one piece unlike skinoomi? Which is multiple pieces. I prefer 1 piece.

Hey! I have tried many skins from them (iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4/S and the One M8). The quality that I got from them is absolutely spot on! The cuts were very precise and all the pieces fit perfectly. I think they also throw in a free screen protector that fits exactly your screen (where the wrap doesn't cover).
If you would like to see an installation and what's in the box, I have a video on it.

I was interested in these. I was just wondering how hard they were to remove? What kind of adhesive do they use?
Thanks in advance

barely there case

i wish there was a barely there case for this phone. i do not care about the front but in the back it is so slippery in the hand that i need something. Does anyone else knows any other options
I actually just bought the universal kit from egrips: http://www.egrips.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=2
It works great, I used the thin strips on the sides of the battery cover and a small strip on the back. You have to trim one of the thin strips down because of the camera button, but so far seems to work perfect. Shipped quick and arrived in a couple days US mail.
I was just trying to find a good solution for a better grip on the phone, it really does not provide any protection.

get something like the invisible shield or other full body wrap. It has a rubbery texture so the phone is no longer slippery.
That's actually pretty cool and without the goofy rubberized cases tmo has to offer.
Sorry, it has been a busy couple days. Here are the small eGrip strips on the side of the Slide. The photos are not the best...
I used eGrips because I am pretty familiar with their products. It is the same material that the "dash pads" are made which are used to prevent items from sliding across your dash.

Hi everyone, use the discount code "facebook" to get 20% off.
I recommend the black strips for the side of the device pictured, but the Clear strips work very well too, and they have a stronger adhesive, as seen on the iPhone 4 here:

[Review] SUPCASE LG G3 Case - Premium Hybrid Protective Bumper(Frost Clear/Black)

Case: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JW7AYYE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I purchased this case from amazon. With the thought in-mind that I could create my own graphics for the frosted back. The materials for the case are as expected, and seem to have a nice quality and feel to them. The black rubberized area around the perimeter of the case doesn't seem to get in the way of any charging, headphones, or the ir blaster, everything seems to work well.
The frosted back has a noticeably different texture and hardness than the rubberized perimeter. Overall the case doesn't add much by way of bulk or size to the phone, and the ability to create your own graphics is wonderful. Great case, I'm immensely satisfied!
I've attached a number of photos showing some random designs I've created using some random stuff from google images, and attached a zip with the photoshop template to create your own. Enjoy!

Very nice. Creative.
Definitely a solid case, although I find the hard edges of the case change the feel of the phone in my hand a bit too much for preference. Makes it more angular rather than super slim and curved. That said, I may not be able to resist slapping the Supcase back on with a custom design once in a while!
Thanks for sharing the template!
I also have this case and can confirm it is great quality and feels nice in the hand. But a bit bulky for me so will try the official Quickcicle case.

Same. I mean it's a thin case, but the phone is big. I might prefer even thinner case even at the cost of don't protection. Think this case will protect well. I don't find the edges a problem.
Have my eye on oem black cover replacement case eventually
I have the supcase as well and was at first amazed by its looks and build quality but eventually let down by its ergonomics and feel in the hand. My Caseology just feels way more comfortable to use while still looking pretty good
Transmission sent from my LG G3.
what type of printer
can you tell us what type of printer you used to make those designs ? and what kind of paper ? I just ordered the case
thanks in advance:good:
I ordered the Grey/Frost Clear one from Amazon, and it looks great on my white G3. The .3mm iCarez glass screen protector fits like a glove inside the case's bumpers on the front, making the whole thing completely seamless. Once I get my wireless charging sticker (and maybe a MicroSD down the line sometime), my G3 is set to go - I am EXTREMELY pleased with this combination.

Imagine the phone being 2mm bigger in all ways except the front, with grippy rubber sides and you have this case. The shape is pretty much identical to the phone itself; same curve to the back and all.
Awesome! I also have this case and this material is very high quality. Great idea and job, congrats, using this template for made my covers... But, i tried create one template for case Spigen Ultra Hybrid and don't have success. So, are you can help-me? Ty :fingers-crossed:
Any chance you can scan the empty case and send me a Png or jpg ?
I have don't scanner, but took some pictures using ruler. Hope that helps.

mine just arrived, i bought the black/frost clear one, too.
really pleased about how it fits, how it feels, and how it looks like. the shape of the bumper sides and the lips, the micro usb and 3.5mm port cut out, everything feels great!
i'm just worried about how long the frost clear black will hold up until it went yellowish, just like any transparent materials.

Toast Real Wood Case

Just wondering if anyone bought or used their products before, and what is your opinion??
http://www.toastmade.com/lg-g-series/
God, another sticker...nope I've never put a giant sticker around my phone
I came across them at CES a couple years back and got one for my Galaxy S3. The product itself is really good imo. The only thing I had issues with was for the S3 it didn't wrap all the way around like the Iphone and now G3 models they have. After a few months because of that the edges started peeling up from in and out of the pocket and so forth. Because that is my only experience with them I cant say if the full wrap around is any better. If you do get it be prepared to be precise when putting it on. Once its on its really on! I barely touched it to my backing and was off a little and it wouldn't budge.

That's not a vinyl skin its real wood. Also skins are not stickers there is a difference. The skins are usually made with 3m vinyl the same material that people use to wrap their cars to get a matte look to them. Its also great for protecting your phone from scratches.
Back on top now those cases look nice, has anyone purchased on for their G3 yet? I'm interested in a review once someone does because those look really nice.
It's a wood sticker.....we can argue linguistics all day. If I came at op to harsh I apologize. I'm just not a fan of skins
It's is a sticker, but real wood. To each his own. I love mine. Had one on my g2 and m8 as well. They're a great company and quality product.

Is it possible to put the sticker on top of a tempered glass protector? I don't relly want my temper glass to go to waste.

I was considering one of these and I asked them via Twitter. They said it's not really designed to go over a tempered glass screen protector. However, the front pieces are an optional extra, so you could just skip them and only cover the back and sides.
I was mistaken, I always refer to vinyl and or anything that's not cheaply made as a skin not a sticker. Thank you for the correction about that.
How is the quality/durability of the toast wood "case"? Can you still remove the back?

What would be the difference between applying it to the glass rather than the tempered glass protector? Seems like it would work just fine...

[Q] Case

Has any users here used or have this case for their nexus 6? I already paid for it and it will be here tomorrow using amazing 1 day shipping. Curious what others think.
I have it. Bought it and the ringke fusion same time. I like both, and quality seems to be identical. That being said I find I use the ringke more as it has the accent depression on the back that feels good in hand, as well as the protruding buttons are easier to distinguish.
The upside if the spigen however, is that it seems to have less of a rainbow effect on the back at certain angles.
I have this case, I love it because of the clear back, really shows off the beauty of the Nexus 6. However, as mentioned by the other poster, this case makes it very hard to distinguish the power and volume buttons. The buttons on my case also weren't very tactile, I always find myself hitting the wrong one. But, I still thoroughly enjoy this case, it protects the Nexus 6 very well.

Thanks. I am putting a dbrand skin on it...blue one actually. So excited about this. Thanks I always used Spigen for all my devices. Just figured I ask. Is this a slip on type one or is it clip like the metal ones? I didnt really find anything about how it gets put on.
I just push the bottom of the phone in and snap it down in. The border is tpu, so it has some flex while offering some drop protection.
I use a black carbon fiber slickwrap on my n6, and it really does emphasize the beauty of this beast.

The glass do yes, but I got rid of mine because I hate the halo. I'm using the plastic one that came with my ringke.
Nice case ..

Skins

I know DBrand are big state side but with the phone not being available for our American counterparts it'd doubtful they'll do a skin for the P20 Pro so I've order a brushed slate skin via xtreamskins. Cost me £6.50 which I didn't think was too bad. I can post picture and give an overview of how easy/difficult it is to fit and photo's of how it looks if there's much interest from folks on here? https://www.xtremeskins.co.uk/products/huawei-p20-pro-skins?variant=8065942650908

I was just looking at this today. Instead I ordered a few cases off eBay. They look like they better protect the cameras. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/112914026578
I'd appreciate that
Got my skin from these guys today. It's not that great of a product but works for the price. Application is pretty straight forward but a pain getting it to align with the cameras and flash. The good part is that you can peal and reapply and it doesn't affect the stickiness of the skin. The edges don't stick down at the rounded corners so you definitely need a case over this or it will peal off

Ah sorry I meant I picked up the Midnight Blue P20 so wouldn't put a skin over it anyway.
Damn, was hoping to get a skin so i can use it without a case and keep the back scratch free
The edges not sticking down is unfortunately a deal breaker there

I'm currently running their carbon Fibre skin on my S8+ and it sticks great. Even around the edges. No issues whatsoever and good scratch protection. Can only recommend them. Just ordered a black camo one for my P20 pro.

You need to heat skins on if the edges are curved.....get your mums hairdryer on it
I had same ssue with mine. Emailed Xtream Skins who offered to send out a replacement (I've gone for camo this time as slate doesn't look as good as on photo render).
They sad that they've changed the design and after looking back at their website you can see that the the skins now wrap around the sides of the phone.
Regards the sides not sticking. I put the case on over the skin and over night the skin stuck completely due to pressure from case. Beats the hairdryer technique that didn't work for me.

Any photo that I can take a look and decide to buy one? I interested in the black camo
I have got this one from 7layerskinz.com. Fits very nice.
Got my black camo skin from Xtreme in the UK. Came within 2 days. The video instructions are really straight forward, I got the back glass one only.
Would take a pic, don't have a spare phone at the minute to do so! Was cheap too. £6.99
Fitting was easy, the key is to activate the glue by using some gentle heat and pressure. No lifts on any corners or sides. No bubbles as it's got air release channels in the back, but you gotta push the air out before you seal the sides! Made that mistake on my iPhone seven last year.
It's definitely less slippy now with a skin on.
Are there any clear skins available state side? I got the Twilight color so would prefer not to hide it but still need some protection.

Do remember that the application for clear skins will be problematic if it is not a wet install. With skin installation, generally you would have to handle the adhesive with your fingers and that means imparting fingerprints on it. With non-clear skins that isn't an issue as you will not be able to see the smudges. With clear skins you will and the only way to prevent this is to perform a wet install.
