(based on TWRP build 2.8.6.0 with modem backup & F2FS support added)
(that's what the 1 in the build number stands for)

I've bumped thirty recovery images and included
custom splash screens provided by user z31s1g.
All credit for the splash screens belongs to him!
Check out his pretty awesome "TWRP Materialised" theme and leave this talented guy a thanks.
All credit for the recovery.img itself with modem backup
and F2 file system support belongs to user 777jon.

Definately gonna try this

Has anyone who tried one or a few of the images got problems or is everything fine?

How to download this?

Click on a color, it opens a google drive page and when you click on one of the two blue files on the left, there appears a blue download button.

How to instal, flash with flashify?
Backup modem support?

Modem backup supported. I can backup efs on my phone. Yep, with flashify but imo twrp 2.8.4.0 has native img support now. So that's the last time using flashify i guess.

Not a big flashify fan, so downloaded favo color, put it into a recovery zip, flashed from recovery, happy :good:

Glad u like it.

Yeah, not a big fan of flashify here too.
I downloaded the 2.8.4.0 flashable zip from original android development, flashed it, then flashed the img of my favourite color.
I wanted to flash my first image from twrp... and it's great, lol.
BTW, @pHaZic great job mate. Installed and working great. Also z3is1g already made his themes for 2.8.4.0, did you see? But i have no vibration feedback.... Have to report it to him.
Thanks again

Yup! Reflashed stock 2.8.4.0 again though, for now, because of the post above you

@pHaZic :
I was wrong about the vibration issue of z31s1g's theme. The issue is on your side. I tried to flash the @777jon build of 2.8.4.0 and vibration works well. And I didn't notice before... your build cannot make backups of modern partition.
Don't know if this build has been built by yourself or if it's the 777jon one but maybe something is going wrong during the repacking or bumping of the image. I'd suggest you to use the 777jon's build because seems to have no issues.
Don't get me wrong mate, you really did an awesome and hard work.... I'm just reporting

Thanks everyone, i'll check it tomorrow.
I'm using z31s1g's theme and i'm able to make efs backups. Didn't know that this function seems to be povided by his theme(?). I can post a screenshot tomorrow but you seem to be right guys. Don't know why haptic feedback isn't working. I didn't really notice it until now. I'll rebuild them asap after work. At least i'll try, i'm a little bit busy tomorrow.
Thanks for the feedback and sorry for that mistake.
Good night!

Normally twrp doesn't have modem backup option. 777Jon's build is modified by himself to be able to backup modem and so on. pHaZic version is build from pure twrp source. He has just added themes on it. I agree Jon's version is better modem backup is safer.
Sent from my LG-D855 using Tapatalk

Rebuilded all 30 images with 777Jon's TWRP image as base.
- Modem backup support should now be included
- Haptic feedback is working
I've tested all the dark variations and everything is fine. Light ones should be ok too. :fingers-crossed:
Thanks!

[TWRP][PORT] Holofied Themes 480x800

Want to port your own TWRP Theme?
So, if you don't know then I will share it here and inform the masses who read this .
I wrote two scripts, TWRPUI and TWRPIMAGE, that will port a TWRP theme from one resolution to another. I'm continuously looking for ways to improve it but for now it works VERY good.
It is best to grab a TWRP theme which is based on a higher resolution and port it to your lower resolution and for good reasons too. Enlarging the theme from a small resolution to a larger resolution could cause wear and tear on the theme by making it not appear as crisp and clean as it should.
Anyways, I will keep it short, but please note that GraphicsMagick is required in order to use TWRPIMAGE. I have compiled it for ARM devices and it can be found in my repo called, gm.
In addition, both scripts require the use of busybox.
Feel free to play around with it and if you come up with an idea for either of the scripts please feel free to share your insights with me.
Remember, the only stupid question or idea is the one which is not shared or expressed .
https://github.com/ModdingMyMind/TWRP_IMAGE_PORTER
A. To use the TWRP Theme:
You must go to /sdcard/TWRP on your device and create another folder named, theme.
Then take the zip and rename it to ui.zip.
Place the ui.zip inside of the theme folder.
Reboot in to your custom recovery and enjoy.
If you wish to not use it anymore, then just delete the zip file.
If you enjoy these themes, then a simple click on the thanks button will suffice. Please be sure to go and give thanks to the original author as well.
Credit goes to @z31s1g for the following themes. He has these available across many forums for many devices with close to or similar resolutions. You can check out his signature for further details. You can get a glimpse of his work here. The shared thread link for his themes are used as my base for porting them over from 720x1280 to 480x800.

Once I finish Light and XDA, there will be an update to all of them. The update will be specific to TWRP 2.7 due to new features that the TWRP offers within the ramdisk. Also added options and a different feel to them as well, thanks to z31s1g's hard work.

We don't have TWRP 2.7 yet, only TWRP 2.6.3.0 which is working for some people and 2.5.0.0 which is working for most people. So it would be great if the themes are compatible with that older versions as well.

Yeah, but those are unstable, built from an old abandoned tree.
Well, regardless of yalls current twrp issues, I plan to still share it, and when the time is ready, yall will be able to use them . Maybe, @xpirt, could take a closer look at the "abandoned tree"?
Sent from my C525c using Tapatalk
He's right:
- TeamWin's used tree: https://github.com/TeamWin/android_device_htc_protou/commits/master
- neXusPrime's updated tree: https://github.com/ProtoU/device_protou_recovery/commits/twrp2.7
There are some new fixes, cleanup and updates made. @neXus PRIME or others should tell TeamWin to update the tree to get latest version of TWRP.

I don't know much about those recovery but for example, I can see the recovery.fstab inside those recovery (e.g 2.5.0.0 & 2.7.0.1) is for ICS not JB.
As most of us are on JB, those recovery is no use for people with JB ROM.
2.7.0.1, ADB in recovery doesn't work .. even though it is easy to fix that, but I believe there are more issues other than wrong mountpoint and ADB.

Yea, I was looking at both githubs that xpirt shared in his previous post. Any reason why those mount points were erroneous and or if correct at that time, then changed later? Been reviewing the commits and scratching my head asking myself, "why do that", lol.
Sent from my C525c using Tapatalk
Were there changes made to yalls partitions and such when upgraded? I'm more in less just curious
The themes that I will be providing in the future which work mainly off of TWRP 2.7 should also work on 2.6 and 2.5, however, there will be missing features that will only be applicable for 2.7 and so therefore any previous versions won't exactly be able to use nor have the full experience. The current themes I am porting will work for you guys though without any issues and the updates I will be providing shall be kept separate within the OP and attachments. Whoever is yalls current/active recovery developer - contact him or her and have that person reach out to teamwin. Hopefully this can be resolved :-/. If I had this device I would assist but unfortunately, I do not.
Sent from my C525c using Tapatalk
Future ports are on hold right now. Currently putting themes on to my github so I can keep track of changes. The main hold up was due to me tracking down apps to use on my device so I may be able to work on these when not by my pc - which I finally found two of them. This will also allow me to make branches so I can leave the master project alone and if working properly then merge the branches later on. This will be extremey useful so I don't have to keep making backups upon backups on my pc which can be tedious and hard to keep track of.
Also, this will allow me to commit any changes so I may provide it here to the public to review for ease and comfort that those who do use the themes can know that such changes have been made, and as well, know that solutions to problems are being implemented.
With that said, I will be adding the current themes I have shared on this thread to my github and once everything is good, I will continue my work on porting these themes. I just need time to set up my "work station". Thanks and enjoy.

I fixed the minor error where the dividers for 'restart' and 'wipe cache & dalvik' were in the wrong places. They have been relocated. Op has been updated with the Holo Dark Theme. See attachments to download the latest version.

Thanks for porting this, though. I can now use this theme on 3 out of 4 of my devices

Sorry, been busy with working on some binaries, building a vrTheme, and also starting on a launcher APK theme.
I haven't abandoned this project, just got to fit it in to my free time lol.
Also, these themes will work just as long as your device resolution is 480x800. As for the curtain image. That is found within the actual TWRP recovery itself. Has nothing to do with the ui. In order to change the curtain you will need to unpack the ramdisk within your TWRP recovery and then replace the curtain. Afterwards, repack the TWRP recovery and flash to your recovery partition.

If anyone notices anything off with these themes please speak up about it so I can fix it really quick. I only have two eyes with a busy schedule .

I was just hoping you could port one for this resolution. I'll replace it in my Omni/TWRP repo so I have it going forward . If not, that's fine, but I figured I'd ask. If you need a copy of the jpg I can upload it for you.

If you guys want I can perhaps make a custom one on my free time I can't make a custom rom for T330NU because of problems with my base. But g_ding84 base has no problems so why not develop off of it?

Very user friendly. With this base SuperSU is already updated, you have INIT.D support and busybox. Only thing you will need to do is deodex the ROM. Which you can do with that ROM kitchen
Be creative, think outside the box....be a hero man!!!! Lol

[ROM][LP] [5.1.1-r4][Unofficial] PACMAN rom [2015-07-04]

Hello everybody,
I've just compiled PACMAN-ROM for my new Z3C. Current version is PAC-LP MR1 Beta2.
Device trees are CyanogenMod's so probably all device specific CM-bugs will be there too.
The boot.img inside the zip contains CM 12.1 kernel and "Cyanogen Recovery" (no backup right now!).
For alternative recoveries/kernels scroll down to "TESTED - WORKING"...
If the rom is stable for daily use (as I hope) I'm gonna build newer version periodically (depending on PAC & CM updates).

Flash it before or after installing the PACROM zip. It contains the zip's
kernel + DualRecovery. Installing the rom zip will overwrite recovery again
so for backups it might be necessary
to flash it always before installing a new zip, e.g.
2015-04-29:
- Screenshots
- Yes! I got it running. After some hours of use, it seems really smooth & snappy. No reboots.
- How I installed everything: Root on Kitkat stock rom, backup TA-partition, install
Dual-recovery, update to Lollipop rooted, make nandroid backup of hole system,
unlock bootloader, flash PACMAN boot.img, wipe data/caches,
flash PACMAN zip + GAPPS ... quite some hours of work.
TESTED - WORKING:
- 2G, 3G, 4G
- wifi, wifi hotspot
- bluetooth audio
- nfc
- usb otg
- GAPPS (mentioned below)
- titanium backup
- PAC customizations (not all tested)
- video playback on youtube, vlc, mxplayer
- camera & video recording
- GPS using Google Maps
- headphone sound
- XZDR recovery (version 2.8.15 not working): http://nut.xperia-files.com/
- FOTA TWRP recovery (persistent in fota kernel partition): http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3-...12-nightly-t3010550/post58854063#post58854063
- M5 kernel (CM12.1 based): http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3-compact/orig-development/kernel-m5-kernel-t3115498
BUGS:
- phone call volume loud / not reducable in dialer app. (skype & whatsapp calls are alright) solved on 150512
- If alarm clock is set active -> reboot leads to normal shutdown -> deactivate alarm for that case
- photo: Little fish-eye effect on short distance (it's not that little actually)
NOT TESTED YET:
- encryption
Installation notes: Unlocked bootloader required
- flash boot.img (rashr on phone/ fastboot on pc), then boot into custom recovery
- wipe cache, wipe art/dalvik cache
- when coming from a different rom wipe data (factory reset)
- when changing between different gapps packages format system may be useful
- flash rom zip
- if needed flash gapps zip

:good: In case of resurrection remix you only need to add/edit 1 file (local_manifest) to be able to compile a working rom. All the rest it just setting up ubuntu, init/sync repo an start building ...

Just flash it before or after installing the PACROM zip. It contains the original kernel + DualRecovery. CyanogenRecovery really sucks, not even a way to make backups. Now we can
does this have a camera fix included, or does that need to be flashed separately? I don't have a backed up TA partition, so I rely on the fix for image processing (like many others on here, I'm sure).
thanks in advance and nice to see the ROM!

there's nothing like this included. as far as i know custom roms/ custom kernels can't handle drm keys from TA partition. not sure about flashable drm replacement, i don't think it will work, but maybe it does
perhaps someone knows more about this sony image processing stuff.
isn't that all software based? if so, i could imagine that a good camera app (FV-5 or something like) can bring the same results.
Great work mate. Been running a few hours with the updated boot.img
Hopefully there is no "memory leak"

That fix is only useful on stock Sony based rom's.
bugs update
(1) i found a small, almost funny bug. couldn't reboot to recovery today because phone always ended with shutdown. i desperately flashed the boot.img again but no change. only after deactivating everything i thought not being active at installation the problem disappeared.
well, it's the active alarm, that i use every morning ...
(2) in call volume issue seem's to be somewhere hidden in android_device_sony_z3c/audio/mixer_paths.xml of the repo. just in case someone likes to search
I have noticed a small bug, could be just me though. When rebooting while plugged in to the USB charger it goes as far as the Sony logo then freezes until I unplug it. How would I go about submitting a bug report for it?

Hi, thank's for that! I've just reproduced what you wrote. On my phone this is also connected to active alarm clock. It's rebooting fine when alarm is off. So, quite the same as my last post.
I have no suggestion about real bug reports, because of 2 reasons: this is an unofficial build, primarily for myself ... but shared. I would stop building if Z3C would get official PAC support. And I've just started building roms 2 months ago. So, I'm not having the skills (yet) for advanced debugging. Right now it's more like being voluntary apprentice  ... I'm gonna add your input it into 1st post.
For now stability of this rom is mainly dependent on PACROM itself and official CM support.
Im glad you could reproduce the same bug. I think you have done a great job mate. I'm loving this ROM and appreciate your efforts. I'm trying to figure the dev side of things myself, not having much luck yet.

Good job, m8!
Can someone post a picture, taken by camera on this phone with this rom ?
A picture of a door , or a wall, for example. Any picture featuring a rectangular shape with straight lines.
I had a broblem be4 on CM12 @z3c , the camera ( any camera app ) took pictures, distorting proportions, like there was a fisheye filter applied

Introduction
This is a port of Tassadar's MultiROM, a multi-boot mod for OnePlus 2. The main part of MultiROM is a boot manager, which appears every time your device starts and lets you choose ROM to boot. You can see how it looks on the left image below and in gallery. ROMs are installed and managed via modified TWRP recovery. You can use standard ZIP files to install secondary Android ROMs and MultiROM even has its own installer system, which can be used to ship other Linux-based systems.
This is still very experimental!
Features:
Multiboot any number of Android ROMs
Restore nandroid backup as secondary ROM
Warning!
It _is_ dangerous. This whole thing is basically one giant hack - none of these systems are made with multibooting in mind. It is no longer messing with data partition or boot sector, but it is possible that something goes wrong and you will have to flash factory images again. Make backups. Always.
Installation
Firstly, there are videos on youtube. If you want, just search for "MultiROM installation" on youtube and watch those, big thanks to all who made them. There is also an awesome article on Linux Journal.
MultiROM has 3 parts you need to install:
Modified recovery (TWRP_multirom_oneplus2_YYYYMMDD.img) - download the IMG file from second post and use fastboot/recovery to flash it.
Patched kernel - You can use either one of the stock ones in second post or third-party kernels which include the patch.
Download the ZIP file and flash it in recovery.
MultiROM (multirom-YYYYMMDD-vXX-oneplus2.zip) - download the ZIP file from second post and flash it in recovery.
Note: Your current ROM will not be erased by the installation.
Download links are in the second post.
Adding ROMs
1. Android
Go to recovery, select MultiROM -> Add ROM. Select the ROM's zip file and confirm.
Updating ROMs
1. Primary ROM/Internal
Flash ROM's ZIP file as usual, do factory reset if needed (it won't erase secondary ROMs)
Go to MultiROM in recovery and do Inject current boot sector.
2. Secondary Android ROMs
If you want to change the ROM, delete it and add new one. To update ROM, follow these steps:
Go to MultiROM and select the ROM you want to update.
Select "Flash ZIP" and flash ROM's ZIP file.
Changing ROMs
A kernel with the kexec-hardboot patch does not exist as of yet. It is being worked upon by me.
Hence for now, please use the recovery to swap the ROMs

The MKDelta is a bit lighter when applied also the lime is slightly different in colour too, because when I took the screenshot in twrp it inverted the colour and I had to recolour those images. I might do more colours in the future, just seeing what following is like first

Hey!
Nice to see people get interest for N9 twrp!
But yours versions suffered same issue as mine.
Unable to flash zips with script using some executable binaries (getprop, readlink and others) as devbase rom for exemple.
Could you tell me which device tree are you using? Isn't it mine?
Still trying (and hopefully already done) to fix it.
