Androidone trademark boot logo and boot animation - Android One (First-Generation) Cross-Device Themes

Hello friends, after buying android one phone i was searching for a long time for android one logo with same sequence boot animation. but i can't find. So i decided to make it own. And after some long hours hard work i am able to making it, that i am searching for a long time but could not found.
The boot animation and boot logo are 100% created by me. (I used adobe Photoshop) So please don't use it in any custom ROM build without my permission. For personal use only!
(I used white background because i thought white is more perfect and pleasurable on LCD screen, while i love black background on AMOLED screen)
If you like it please hit the thanks button... this will encourage me for my future work
Guide for flashing boot logo...
1. download adb-tools.rar from the attachments. and extract it via winrar, 7zip or something like that. (I already put the logo.bin file into the adb-tools folder, so don't need to replace it.)
2. open the extracted folder and leave your mouse courser in any blank/white area.
3. now simultaneously pressing 'shift' key on your keyboard right click on your mouse, and you will found 'open commando window here' option.
4.click the option and you will get a black cmd window.
5. now turn off you phone and pressing vol up and power switch same time. after 2-3 sec leave power switch and you will see the boot loader menu on your phone.
6. nagivate to fast-boot mode option via volume down switch and press volume up switch for select the option.
7. now you will see your phone is in fast-boot mode.
8. connect your phone via usb cable. for 1st time it takes some minute for installing driver on your computer.
9. now on that black cmd window write following code
fastboot flash logo logo.bin
after finish it enter
fastboot reboot
Now you have successfully installed your new boot logo.
Guide for flashing bootanimation
1. I make the boot animation as a flashable zip, so just flash it via any custom recovery
2. or you can manually extract the bootanimation.zip from the achievement (system/media) and replace it via root explorer!
make sure to change the permission to rw-r--r--.
Hope you all like my post and my work. Thanks Friend. Peace...

Help needed

Long story short, I messed up my phone while changing the partitions to EXT4.
EDIT: accidently clicked enter, let me finish the rest before posting!
My phone is more or less a brick now. When I boot up, it doesn't take me to the moto logo, instead I get a blank screen that looks something like this
Unlocked
PwrReason: SW_AP_RESET
OS will boot up in 5 seconds
Press a key to stop countdown
Available modes are:
1 RSD
2 Fastboot
3 NvFlash
yadada all you would find while normally booting while holding vol down.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Volume up to select, volume down for next choice
Current choice mode is: (the mode I pick)
If I wait it out, it boots
Powering on BP
Cold-booting Linux
Reading ODM Fuse: 1
Then boots up normally - EXCEPT. my touch orientation is all off. It is lower then where I tap, For example I have to tap the menu button area to access the space bar while typing, and since the orientation is off, I cannot select the menu buttons.
I cannot flash a backup or a new rom because I cannot access my recovery, when I vol up on the android reocvery option it just scrolls down and resets the whole menu..
Help would be greatly appreciated, I am on a Bell Atrix, rooted/unlocked.
Another (possibly stupid) question, will factory resetting through setting->privacy brick my phone? I vaguely remember reading something stating that but I am not 100% sure if I read it wrong or something of the sort.
Update:
I have successfully flashed a sbf file but touch screen orientation is still off.. Any solutions?

now here is the hard part
open terminal emulator on your phone
if its not installed use this---+
http://db.tt/OKuCxXLt
on your pc go to android market
and get the free android terminal emulator download it to pc rename it
to app place in app folder of apk tool and follow the directions in the. exe
once it pushes terminal emulator to

or use ext3 stock boot.img
Thanks guys, got it working

[SOLUTION]How to Unbrick and/or Unroot Motorola Photon 4G

This will also unroot, relock bootloader, and send phone back to stoock rom, but if you have a backed up rom then they can all be reversed easily.
I am new to this and this will be my 1st post so bare with me. I've tried to make the difficulty very easy for beginners because I'm a beginner.
Copy & Paste URLs in your Internet browsers because I can't post URLs I guess.
Yesterday I Bricked my phone trying to unroot and stock my Photon. I was
searching and trying different techniques to unbrick it for 7 HOURS!!! So I put a bunch of stuff together to get to this...
Requirements:
1.Motorola Photon 4G
2.PC
3.Backup ROM on PC or External SD Card (If you don't have one backed up then find a ROM that supports Motorola Photon 4G
4.Android SDK on PC:developer.android.com/sdk/index.html
How I unbricked my phone:
Charge your battery to 100% if you can before starting
1. Install one of the SBF files with RSD Lite on (this will take you back to stock, which means this will unroot your phone and relock your bootloader if it's unlocked. But they both can easily go back to rooted and unlocked)
Follow the directions:youtube.com/watch?v=J94VcWk-CJc&feature=relmfu
2. After thats done try to restart your phone
If it doesn't boot all the way up then don't worry...
Turn your phone off by taking the battery out.
3. Go on your PC go to the folder of your backup rom (or take your external sd card out of your phone and put that into the PC and copy the backup somewhere on the PC then put the sd card back into your phone) and you should have the following files inside the folder of the backup you chose... "boot.img" and "recovery.img" Copy those files to the Android folder in your C: directory. C:/Users/(name of your PC/Android) mine would be in the C:/Users/LocoRobo/Android directory, yours will be different. (if yours is not in that directory then you will have find where you put it or where android sdk extracted it to)
4. Hit the "start" button on PC then type "cmd" into the search box then you should see a program at the top that says 'cmd.exe' open that.
5. You should see a line that says C:/Users/(the name of your PC) that's good. (if your Android folder (or android-sdk folder) is not in that location then you'll have to find out where it is and navigate to it on cmd) now type "cd Android" (or "android-sdk" if you don't have a folder name android) in the command box.
Now we will start.
6. While phone is off and go into fastboot mode (hold the vol. down key and the power key at the same time until you see 'fastboot' on the top of your screen) once you're their, hit the vol. up key, then you should see something on your screen like "entering fastboot protocol support" (I really don't remember) now connect your phone to your PC.
7. Got back to cmd that you have open in your PC. Type in the following commands into the command box (beginner note: hit enter after each command):
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot -w
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot reboot
8. You're phone will reboot and it should power all the way up!!!
Now if you want to reroot and reunlock your phone then follow these steps as well. (this will also get you back your service as well)
9. When your phone first reboots it will go into setup and stuff, just skip everything except the google account login.
10. Watch and follow these video's instructions (doesn't matter which order):
Reroot:youtube.com/watch?v=SaJ0uiExdFM
Reunlock:youtube.com/watch?v=BwRjFrzClBs
11. Now download Rom Manager from the market and go into the app and hit "flash clockworkmod recovery" Now hit "reboot into recovery" go into recovery and restore your backup (a working one of course)
And That's all folks!!! If you like and it works please hit thank you or whatever! Any questions ask and i'll try my best to answer them (I'm still new to this).
Oh yeah and thanx to QBKing77 for the videos.
do anyone have the sbf file of japanese official rom ?
my phone is brick
No idea...
sorry

If you can do this, then your phone isn't bricked. It may be broked, but it ain't bricked. It's only a brick when you can't flash something and get it working again. By definition, there is no unbrick.
So you're saying that if i bricked my phone I would not be able to use it ever again? I know that If you can get into the recovery mode you are not bricked, but when I did this the only thing i could go to was fastboot mode and rsd mode (recovery wouldn't open) so it really was a brick.

Yes, that's what makes it a brick.

Nope, it was just broken. But fixable. I've had plenty of times my phone was unusable. If you spend much time hacking and flashing, you will, too. But as long as you can flash, you can fix it, and it's not bricked.
I didn't flash anything. I use rsd lite through a PC (maybe you could call that a flash but thats more of a forced flash from a PC, then just being able to download a flash normally through your phone). I've broken my phone about 5 times now and I've only had this phone for like 2 or 3 weeks. The times I broke it is when i was still able to go into clockworkmod (recovery mode). This last time, I couldn't do anything but fastboot and rsd mode.

RSD is definitely for flashing. In fact, I'd say this is more "flashing" than is installing a zip file in recovery, since the latter is really just basic file operations that you theoretically could do while Android was running, if the files you're replacing aren't in use.
It's unlikely that anybody will call you out for arguable semantics of the word "flashing", but "brick" is pretty strictly defined as "no good for anything but a paperweight, unless you have warranty service, and then only if the shop tech doesn't figure out what you've done." If you can fix it (and if you can flash anything via any method, you can), it's not bricked, just borked.
Okie dokie then. If thats what u believe then you can tell the world because most people call things like this (the post) a brick...
I've never heard anything like (what you're sayin) that...
Yeah, you definitely didn't have a brick. I truly bricked my epic touch the other day along with many other people and the only solution was to get a replacement. It's very hard to brick a photon or most other motorola phones that have an available sbf file to flash with rsd lite. I started with the original Droid and have heard of maybe 2 or 3 true bricks, and those were phones that devs were using to test the boundaries of the phone.
And you're correct that a lot of people say they bricked their phone. But that doesn't mean that they actually did.
okay I see.
I needed to do a different step
I did steps 1 & 2 and then my phone would boot up and show the Sprint animation and then reset. The solution was to follow the instructions on the Motorola site to factory reset from the boot loader:
Perform a factory reset using external keys
Power off the phone, press and hold volume down button, press power button
Screen will come up with "Fastboot", press Vol down key to cycle through choices until you get "Android Recovery", then press Vol up key
Wait for the "triangle ! / Android" screen then go on to step 4
Press both Vol up and Vol down key simultaneously. A menu will come up
Tap on Vol down key until "wipe data/factory reset" is highlighted, and tap Power key. Another Confirmation screen will come. Tap on Vol down key until coming to Yes and tap Power key
After userdata is cleared, the "reboot system now" option will be highlighted by Default. Tap Power key
Phone will reboot to initial setup screen.

Bricked your Newsmy Newpad T3? Then lets Un-Brick it

So I bought this cheap tablet off of ebay and after about a week I connected it into the charger and forgot to unplug it.. Only next morning I saw and when I disconnected it it had turned off. So I turned it on and it was stuck in the newsmy logo and wasn't booting up.
There was nothing on the internet, but somehow I got it working again and for everybody's sake I'm posting what I did here.
First off, even though there are some references that this has allwinner A10 inside, ITS NOT. you will brick this if you flash an allwinner variant kernal.
If you are one of those brave souls who flashed on a allwinner kernals and bricked the thing, you would not be able to go to download mode even. Here is the steps to flash a fresh rom that would resolve most of issues:
1. Download driver pack from the attachment of this post
2. Download RKBatchTool here: http://www.x-drivers.com/catalog/fl...s_electronics/models/rk_batch_tool/27576.html..
3. Now turn off your tablet. If it doesn't turn off press a needle head into the reset pinhole and hold it for 5 seconds
4. Open device manager from your computer
5. Then hold the power on button and volume up(that is the one closer to power button) until it turns on. It'll boot your tab in download mode. After the green robot icon appears connect it to the computer by carefully monitoring device manager of computer
*** If you have flashed an allwinner or other rockchip kernal based ROM earlier and do not go in to download mode or no new device installation in your PC there's a real possibility your download mode combination may have changed. Turn it off by pressing needle to reset pinhole. Then turn off and connect it to PC. Then turn it on and then while in boot screen hold volume up. if not try similar procedure by holding volume down or back buttons. If you see driver installation in the PC and nothing in the tablets screen, thats fine. You can continue with the flasing
6. The driver installation probably will fail. Identify which device that is newly added to the device manager.
7. Right click on the device -> Update Driver. Then manually select -> Have disk then give rockusb file from drivers you just downloaded(if your system is 64-bits use files in amd-64 folder)
8. Then select RK29 as the device and update the driver
9. Now extract and run RKBatchTool and you must see under connected devices button #1 highlighted in green
10. Download official ROM here: http://220.168.57.227:1949/cunchu/20120312T3youhuaruanj.rar
There are other ROMs for T3 here as well. But this is the only thing that works
11. Extract it and give its update.img file path to RKBatchTool FW Path
12. Hit Restore
13. Wait few minutes for flash to complete
14. Then the tab will restart once or twice and will start booting up. This process should take maybe 5 minutes or more. Be patient
15. Then it'll finally boot.
I will post a Jelly Bean ROM for this tab here as soon as I cook one
Comments are much appreciated
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Was searching for a guide to get my brothers Newsmy Newpad T3 up and running.
Thank you for this guide. will definitely try it out and leave a feedback.
P.S. Jellybean sounds interesting.
OK. After spending two days I finally got it to detect the Newsmy Newpad T3.
I had to install Android SDK for the USB drivers. (Don't know if it detected from that.)
Then downloaded super one click root. Found the android drivers in it, and when it asked which driver you want to install I gave "Android Composite" not sure but something in those lines.
Successfully rooted it.
Then off the tab and connect the USB cable, press power and volume up (one that is near the power) and when the tab boots
If it asked for drivers please do same as above
Now run the firmware installer provided inside the update.img folder that you downloaded from the original post by suki300me step 10. It is in Chinese and the first option is to change it to English found on the bottom screen.
If everything is set your tab will be in a black screen only thing you know is that it is on is the sound windows 7 makes when the phone is connected to it. Choose the udate .img file and press upgrade.
It will run up to 3-4 stages and will say data copy error. Remove the cable and press power, it will star installing ICS give it few minutes and you are done.
It took me many attempts so don't give up if it didn't work on your first try. Hope this helps someone.

I get one newsmy t3 tablet from my friend. The only problem the system is never loaded (stuck at the boot). I try the power+volume up but just the black screen appaers. Btw only turns on when its plugged. Please give me some tips.

[Q] Neutab N7 tablet bootloader/fastboot?

I have a fairly generic Chinese tablet, a Neutab N7 (not a Nexus 7), but I have no idea how to enter the bootloader/fastboot mode.
Using adb, "adb reboot bootloader" or "adb reboot-bootloader" just makes it reboot normally.
From a shell, doing "su reboot bootloader" also reboots normally.
I tried Quick Boot from Google Play which has an option to reboot into the bootloader, but it also just ends up rebooting normally.
While powered off, I tried holding power and volume up, power and volume down, and power and both volume up and down, but they all just boot normally.
Doing "adb reboot recovery" does boot me into recovery mode, but the menu doesn't have a bootloader/fastboot option.
Does anyone have any idea how to enter the bootloader/fastboot mode for this tablet? Any help would be appreciated.

why do you want to enter the bootloader? and have they made any roms or cwm recovery for these types of generic android tablets?

Having been looking for this information myself i'm sharing real quick here what i've found. Scouring the net all over i've found NOTHING specific for these Chinese tablets but after finally getting on the scent of VROOT I downloaded and tried iROOT essentially a one-click rooter the .APK **DID NOT WORK** but the PC version **DID** can be found by googling iroot or vroot.
RE: bootloader, i've still found no way or any good info on entering the bootloader AFAIK this is locked and may not be possible without some good hard hacking on the firmware, I DO KNOW that if you try entering the "bootloader" with a reboot manager on the device u will find yourself at the "NeuTab" welcome screen and stuck. Fortunately at least in my experience, letting the tablet battery run down low you can boot back into it and root condition is still good.
Hope this helps somewhat I know its an old post but a lot of people have been looking for this info have yet to post on authors site confirming that the NeuTab also works with his software.
peace.

BTW I forgot to mention the site and the software (ALTHOUGH IT STATES OTHERWISE) is in Chinese. A leap of faith needed there I know but i confirm this method works. l8z
BTW^2 ALSO the android version was KitKat as received from the mfg, also have been told that Jellybean will install on the tablet after rooting and maybe is now included with device but don't quote me on that.
all in all a really nice tab for the price, especially now we have root biggest missing option: GPS but you can tether to another device with gps if you need to. Also no built in USB HOST MODE. //out
I've got the NeuTab N10 and can't get ADB to see it at all. How did you get ADB to work with your N7, were you able to find NeuTab ADB drivers somewhere?
So i recently came across this tablet in my stuff... something i picked up for the wife a few years back.
I also came across this website.... http://neutab.com/info-detail.php?InfoId=11
It has all the tools and programs that the company uses. includes all files for development of their entire line of tablets.
Thought this may be useful. just click on the link that says pheonixtools.zip and it will take you to a back end file server... This tablet is about as open sourced as it gets... so... this leads me to ask a question i have been struggling with for the last 2 years of being a member on this website...
can anyone... please... help me develop my first recovery and custom rom for this tablet? I just have never done it all the way... i have set up a couple things here and there... figured out how to strip the stock recovery and boot... but never got further than that.
Thanks for the help.
• Unzip phoenix tool.zip you just downloaded; (to open a .zip file, download WinRAR)
• In the folder of phoenix tool you just unzipped, depending on your system specs, select "drvinstaller_X64", "drvinstaller_x86" or "drvinstaller_IA64" to install tablet driver; Or you can run all three driver installer and at least one will work;
• Run "PhoenixSuit.exe", select "firmware" tab;
• Click on "Image" button, choose the firmware you just downloaded;
• Turn your tablet completely off (by press and hold power button for 20 seconds), press and hold "volume -" button, connect tablet to computer via usb cable, keep volume button held, press power button 10 times repeatedly;
• The phoenix tool should recognize the tablet. On pop-up dialog window, select if you want to format and wipe out everything on your tablet;
• The phoenix tool will start flash the firmware to the tablet. Wait till it is done;
• When upgrade is finished, disconnect your tablet from computer, press and hold power button for 10 seconds to quit upgrade mode. then press and hold power button for 2-4 seconds to turn tablet on;
Congratulations! Your tablet is now refreshed.
Ok so I have a NueTab Air 7 Android and I have talked toto their customer support which did neurologist absolutely no good. I have been trying to hard reset my tablet and do a factory reset by holding down the volume up and down keys and the power keys until it gives me the option of rebooting. However, there is no option for a factory reset. Only a Recovery mode, Fastboot mode, and Normal mode. I tired the Normal and Recovery an both sent me back to enter password that I can't rremember, which isthe why I'm resetting it lol. Finally I chose the Fastboot option and now it is stuck on that option and has been for almost an hour. It willwas not let me power off, try to hard reset, it is literally stuck. And it is a hundred percent charged. I do jot hav the optiontime to connectbe the tablet to acall Windows computer at this timetime, as the forums I have read say can possibly fix the issue. And what a surprise the customer service phone number for this specific tablet does not know how to fix it!!!!! Not surprised at all. If anyone at allthe has any ideas or knows what to do or howsomething to fix it please help meme. I'm very frustrated to say thethat least and in desperate need of help. Anything would be immensely appreciated. ~Melissa
How to identify the exact firmware of the N7 after this page (Oficial NEUTAB), I have 3 options but that IMEI series is nowhere in the table.

I would love to root this tablet purely because it's my daughter's and some of the games she likes has some real funky permissions That they want! A custom rom would be nice but I will be satisfied with being able to revoke some of the permissions that the apps want to have access to.

I have yet to be able to download the zip or the firmware software. i got root with kingo pc version but that's pretty much it and I can't change the route manager because once I delete that then I don't have root anymore and can't add another one. Also I have yet to been able to get into or see download mode on this either. It just stays on the screen with the name on it and that's pretty much it. no bootloader unlock either

Help with Nokia N1

I have tried unsuccessfully updating my Chinese N1 using fastboot using the files uploaded by wodz69 from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/nokia-n1/general/n1-taiwan-release-t3083115/page1 .
That is the BOOT and RECOVERY files on drop box and SYSTEM file from mega . The N1 was on A5CNB19 Lollipop 5.1.1.
Prior to flashing with fast boot I tried rooting the device without success. I'm not sure, but think part of the reason I couldn't root was because the drivers hadn't installed correctly and the device didn't show up properly on my PC.
I ended up resolving the driver issue and was able to see the N1 as a drive on my PC. By that time I had given up on the root process, as I decided I didn't need it to flash the new images. Therefore I don't know if I could have rooted it or not.
On the device I had enabled "developer" mode and initially turned on USB debugging and unlocked the boot loader. I ended up turning off USB debugging for some reason prior to flashing the new images so I now don't have USB debugging on nor adb access.
Even though I had unlocked the boot loader on the N1, the device still showed it was locked when in fastboot mode. I used the fastboot oem unlock command to get it unlocked.
I was able to flash the RECOVERY and BOOT images but when it came to the SYSTEM image, which I left to last, I got this message "Invalid sparse file format at header magi" .
I have checked the MD5 sum of my copy of the SYSTEM image file and it matches the one in post #33 of http://forum.xda-developers.com/nokia-n1/general/n1-taiwan-release-t3083115/page1 .
I cannot get the N1 to boot up past what I'm calling the fastboot mode screen.
When I press the Power button on the device I get a screen giving the choice of either starting using the POWER key or rejecting the image by pressing VOLUME.
If I choose the POWER button the device hangs on a screen with "Powered by android'.
Rejecting the image by pressing the VOLUME button brings up the "Powered by android screen' for a few seconds prior to showing a screen which I'm calling the fastboot screen.
On this screen there's a box at the top, which by using the volume keys, can be toggled between NORMAL BOOT, POWER OFF, RECOVERY MODE, RESTART BOOTLOADER . Below that is the green android symbol lying on its back with an open flap showing its insides (blue IC's). About half way down on the left of the screen is status information with "Fastboot mode" (in red) at the top.
If I choose RESTART BOOTLOADER or RECOVERY MODE the device boots back the fastboot screen. NORMAL BOOT brings up the screen asking to either start using the Power button or reject the image using the volume buttons. POWER OFF works OK.
Where do I go from here to either reflash the original ROM or another ROM, or get the new SYSTEM image working?
There doesn't appear to be any repositories for Nokia images, at least I cannot find any. Would I have any success trying another Lollipop ROM for an Intel tablet. At least this way I may be able to enable USB debuging and then be able to use ADB to install a new the files I have. Apparently there has been some success using ADB.
Thanks for your help.
