[NEED]Stock RUU Enrc2b 2.1.707.6
Dear Developers please someone provide me with HTC One X+ (Enrc2b) 2.18.707.6 RUU HTC Asia WWE so that i could go back to stock rom help i am struggling with custom roms i've downloaded previous ruu's but it shows error i think the hboot versio of mine doesnt match with that of ruu. HELP Me.
Or is there any effective alternatives

Hello. I have a HTC One X+ (Telus).
I use Hasoon's tool "ONE XPlus_All-In-One_Kit_v3.0" to unlock "bootloader" (success!) than I flash recovery; first I flash the "TWRP International" then I flash the "TWRP AT&T". Now, my HOX+ is stuck at the "HTC quietly brilliant" boot screen.
I found the thread "TELUS HOX+ stuck at Boot Screen" and follow some instructions on it, with out success.
I this thread, I found the instruction from "GAMEPR" (post 2 years ago) look promising but I can not try it because of some question.
I can not post my questions on this thread.
GAMEPR please help.
I success 'sideloade' using 'adb' "evitareul_stock.zip" on my HOX+. now what?
I also success 'push' "TWPRNA.img" (for AT&T and Telus) on my HOX+.
help is very needed now (before introduce the HOX+ with Mr. Hamer).

[/COLOR]1. Extracted hasoon's boot.img from his ROM.
2. Placed it on the Kernel folder within his tool kit.
3. Flashed kernel with the 'With this command' while the phone was in fastboot.
4. Booted into recovery.
5. Opened a terminal window and navigated to where adb.exe, fastboot.exe, etc (where the files to unlock the bootloader were per the htcdev.com site). Keep in mind that you have to copy whatever ROM you want to push to the device to this folder as well.
6. Pushed his ROM to the phone on the root partition '/' by typing 'adb push QX Senseless v2.0 /ROM.zip'
step 2: I can not find the Kernel folder.
step 3: I don't know how to do this. what is 'with this command' ? maybe the new version from Hasoon is difference.
step 6 where this QX Senseless v2.0 and ROM.zip ( is it the 'evitareul_stock.zip' files?)

Help to flash original ROM's to HTC EVO 3D ([X515M] .AU Optus)
Hi, I have a HTC EVO 3D (X515M) that the previous owner flashed a custom firmware into it (King Cobra ICS) + Radio firmware.
It has never worked right from day one with a multitude of issues. (Locking up, radio & WiFi failing until reboot, Camera issues, etc).
Currently it's close to useless. It just keeps filling up it's internal flash memory and failing more regardless of continually deleting more and more apps etc.
Can anyone tell me how to get it back to it's original firmware from the factory? I think it was Gingerbread.
From there I can use the normal update option in the settings menu to get it to the proper released Ice-cream Sandwich version (ICS).
I also have an identical phone with the correct firmware if that helps? As in is there a way to copy the firmware out of one phone to put in another?
It's an Australian phone and on the Optus network.
Any help appreciated.

You will need to s-on phone with custom hboot, this will brick phone, and let you use tool.
But why would you use a tool ment to help you s-off your phone?

Find a RUU for your carrier or install custom recovery on other phone and do a backup. Then restore on other phone. Also maybe able to do backup on stock recovery with adb, not sure.

but Lubuntu do nothing and scrypt says that he did not find a device!?
I never was s-off, only root my system with runnung stock rom.

wifi tether viper max 2.0 sprint
Currently I am using the Viper Max 2.0 Sprint variant and the WiFi hotspot is not working. It worked on the previous version and I have tried reflashing 2.0 and it still doesn't want to work. Any ideas or suggestions what I can do to get this feature working again?
So I put a font app on my phone, I changed my font and rebooted, then I got a strange message. It said "kang blocked, compliments of team venom". Does anyone know what that is about?

To install custom rom such as vipermax, you just need to unlock bootloader and flash custom recovery (TWRP). Then, flash vipermax rom. The rom already rooted supersu.

so i did take a look at htc dev and fallowed the instructions, I was only able to get to the token ID. After I input my token ID i get this error message "CID Not Allowed (MID not exist in Model Rule)". Really frustrated now, can somebody help me please.... :crying:

custom recovery
I really want to do this on my wifes rootred verizon wireless note 2 on 4.4.2 ND7 but how do i install a custom recovery first without getting the yellow triangle? I already have root what should i do?

You can't. You have to have an unlocked bootloader to install a custom recovery. There isn't an unlock method for 4.3 and up.
Just checking to see if anyone knows if progress has been made on circumventing the locked bootloader that results from (foolishly) taking the OTA update to 4.4.2... or if there is a tested safe way to roll back to a Jellybean version in order to regain root access.

Unfortunately I don't have enough points yet to post to the Developer section of this thread yet as I just joined this forum, but I decided to reply to the Q&A thread.
As far as I can tell, if you go to the very first page of this thread, you need to first install stock 4.1.2 on your Verizon Galaxy Note 2, then run Adam's CASUAL script/program to unlock your 4.1.2 bootloader and root 4.1.2. See the following link:

You can flash one recovery over another all you want.
What ROMs are you trying to flash? Folks often think the phone is "soft bricked" or stuck after flashing a ROM, but in fact its just taking a really long time to boot (like 10 minutes or more) due to outdated firmware.
Or sometimes, issues with flashing ROMs can often be fixed by fastboot erase cache and installing recovery again. So yes, the RUU to install recovery may help.

Like stated above you can flash between/over recoveries normally with no issues.
If flashing a ROM takes a long time to boot it's mostly caused by not being on the right firmware .

First I couldnt get MTK tools to find the img file. (put it in the root of your sdcard everyone). Next, when i said updated recovery, it just took 1 second and said 'reboot into recovery'. when i rebooted, it was still stock recovery. Any help appreciated.
EDIT2: IT WORKS. Use the Flashify tool to flash the recovery img. Now we have CWM. Lets repartition our sdcards and use link2sd!
