This is quite cool. Downloading now and I'll report back.

Thanks for this. Flashed and booted with no issues. Besides the buttons force closing I found when trying to change keyboards you will get a force close on language and input. I'll update this if I find any other problems.

Thanks I should have an update tomorrow with that fixed hopefully, they pushed a bunch of commits earlier too.

Does GSM work? I am on unlocked LS990 and GSM works on ZV6.

After playing around with this a but, it's by far the smoothest ROM I've tried on this phone. Very responsive. Connection seems to be great. Customization is nice. Very good ROM. Thanks very much for this! Thanks for all your hard work man

Hello. Very nice rom here. Only things I've noticed are: seems that NFC drain is in this rom. Simple fix to uninstall nfc for now. Also my connection to data seems to stay unconnected more than connected. Not sure if its the tradeoff between 3g and LTE doing it but sometimes I have to reboot to get my data back. Thanks

Is there any exchange email I kno on 5.0 its suppose to be built into gmail but it only has IMAP and pop3

Need some help. I was going to go into recovery to backup this ROM... Well it says now I'm not rooted to boot onto recovery .

Installed this yesterday and am very happy with it so far. Thank you and I look forward to this getting even better. I used mahdi ROM on my g2 so I know it will be a great ROM.

Just an FYI.... A 1/28 build has been uploaded. Has theme engine. I haven't been able to check BT, but navi lock and turn by turn working good. Thanks dev! The one thing I did notice is settings/tap on "Buttons" results in FC. Included MMS app send button is unresponsive (on every rom I've tried).

Yeah I uploaded that this morning, I haven't a chance to update the OP. The buttons fc I haven't looked into yet.

Is there a changelog for this build?

Not at the moment. I'll get one up when Iupdate the OP

Thank you for the updated build. I can confirm buttons still force close but that doesn't matter to me. Language and input is working fine now. Finally was able to change keyboards. Hated using the keyboard that came with the rom. That was the only downfall for this rom for me. So nice to finally be able to use SwiftKey again.

I've just released an initial version of what I'm trying to accomplish. However some settings and other screens may result in SystemUI crash or other malfunctions, once configured to your needs it should be stable for operational use.
Please feel free to comment but don't expect any wonders, as stated in the first post, I'm only experimenting with this device to adapt it to my personal outdoor needs:
Eg:
- Less power consumption by disabling sensor apps and indicators that rely on calculation
- Big buttons (mountainbike mode) in the quick launch
- OK google voice integration
- etc...
Any other suggestions are welcome, especially looking for skydiving features and mountain biking features.
Todo's:
- Extend quick launch
- Cleanup SecSettings.apk
- Cleanup systemui.apk
- Update Lidroid Buttons to work with this device
Cheers!
Thanx mate i ll try ASAP! Also I am a running and MTB man so I Hope I'll enjoy your ROM! Thx again!

Sorry for late reply, been on a holiday. Thanks for the feedback. Glad you got it installed.
Finally! Something other then the stock rom that works and has a network signal! Thank you!
The only thing apart from the already known bugs that i found out until now is that the icon for bluetooth headset connected doesn't show up on the notification bar (only a dot shows up) but the bluetooth works fine.
I'm gonna try it as a daily driver a few days, see how it fairs. It still needs some improvemets to the interface and especially the notification UI. The most annoying is the toggle switch not working the first time and not being able to choose default slide down screen. I like the direction you are going in with the oversized shortcuts! keep up the good work!

TY,
As @maurensen already mentioned, not much to customize yet.
I'm working on some live tiles right now and hope to finish them by the end of the week.
For your "issue" with the notification slider, you can either slide down touching left or right on the screen.
This allows you to choose between notification and short-cuts.
Thanks for your input,
Ok, i'm officially dumb ) thx for clearing that up and the ultra quick reply! I'll be looking forward for the updates!
Found out a couple more bugs. Pressing the edit button in gallery causes it to crash. Gallery option is missing from Lock screen wallpaper selection (i can only choose from the default WPs).
LE: found another one: Can't assign contact picture from the contact edit screen (when clicking on image the message: "Application not found" is displayed). You can set it as contact photo from the gallery though.
Hi, I'm looking for rom based on stock rom for my xcover2, i used vanir rom but i want to change on this rom, could someone reupload and/or reactivate download link??

What is this?
CM12 built for the OnePlus One from source
Minor changes have been made.
Changes over stock CM12:
Lollipop Boot Animation.
[*]Enabled Ambient Display (think Peek, or Moto's Active Notifications) (will work on that again)
My Gapps package:
Removes AOSP apps (Browser, MMS, VoiceDialer, Launcher, Calendar and Keyboard) - They are replaced with Google alternatives
Includes more Google apps (Drive, Keep, Maps, Youtube. Play Music, Google+. Calendar, Camera, Chrome, and Keyboard) - Remember these are stored in /system partition so its saves you space in /data/
Bugs:
Minor instabilities might occur.
Source:
https://github.com/SouzPear-Conglomerate/android
Changes:
11/22/2014

Enabled ambient display again.. Still does not appear to be working however.
11/18/2014:

[ROM] [LRX22C] Minimus for Nexus 6 (12-06-14)

This ROM is built from 5.0.0_r7 branch.
I want to bring the stock experience in my ROM. I believe google has done great things to make android better, but at times they always leave things out that would make the os perfect. I try to do that with my ROM. This will not be a ROM that is packed with every single feature out there. This will be a ROM that will include the necessary features to enhance the android experience. This is Minimus. Hope you guys enjoy it
Please note this is in beta. Please report any bugs. Thank you.
Features:
- Built from AOSP
- Expanded power menu
- Many "under the hood" optimizations
- Delete Screenshot
- Clear All recents
- Quick access to Quick Settings
- Navigation bar height
- Battery Percentage
- Latest Google sources
- Disabled forced encryption!
- Double tap to sleep
- And more!
To install:
1) I suggest a clean wipe coming from any 4.4.x or stock ROM.
2) Flash ROM, Gapps, Root (in this order)
3) Set everything up. (Start up might take awhile so give it time)
4) Enjoy

Double tap is enabled by default by the way. It's just not 100% like the app. Sometimes it requires more than two taps
First impressions,
Very nice ROM. Has many of the features that I had apps to do (e.g. Battery %, Double tap to Wake,
Other than that, everything works great. Haven't tested the speakers or sound or video just yet. Using LeanKernel beta2 with this ROM right now.
Edit: removed the points that are clarified

Some observations, you mention double tap is enabled by default. It wasn't, it has to be activated in Settings > Display.
Also in Dev Options > Kill app back button.. when enabled, it doesnt kill the app. I believe this option wasn't in stock dev options.

There's a difference for the double tap in display settings. That's for tap to sleep. Nexus 6 had double tap to wake like the OPO or HTC one, but google disabled it. I'll look into the killing app.
Holding back does kill the app. You just need to hold onto it a little bit longer. I'll shorten it so it makes more sense with the haptic feedback.

Ahh right, its still early for me holding back does kill the app, you're right again on that. I was testing kill Settings.apk instead of another app.
Maybe you could possibly add the option that lets the user change the kill rate to be lessen or greater. I've seen this in previous ROMs as well as possibly add Double tap to wake disable/enable in Display for those who are afraid if their screen turn on since the double tap to wake doesn't check for proximity sensor
Big fan of your work, thanks!
Does this have expanded desktop or immersive mode?
OK Google "Always On" is greyed out and can't be toggled. Downloaded offline language pack as well and still is grey.
Other than that things are running really smooth so far

Not sure why. :/ can be gapps related, but might be wrong.
Looks like it has all the features I'm missing from kk. Will try it out tonight.

Nope. Sorry.

Double tap is enabled by default by the way. It's just not 100% like the app. Sometimes it requires more than two taps

Is there a way for us to turn off that feature permanently (persist through reboot)? I had it on my G2 and it was a terrible feature for me. Causes way too many wakeups in my pocket, leading to locked phone if I have security on lockscreen or doing all kinds of stuff in my pocket if I dont have a password to unlock. Much better to just not use the feature and then I dont get random wakeups.
other than that it looks like almost everything I want in a ROM. The one feature left that I am still looking for is being able to switch around nav buttons, then Im set. I think I can do it by hardcoding the changes I want though so its all good.

I'm looking into it. I'm gonna try to include what cm created with checking proximity when waking up device. If that doesn't work out, I might disable it by default and let users decide if they want it with the app.

Awesome job man.
How often do you plan to update the ROM..?
Will it be weekly, fortnightly or monthly?
