I have an the Sprint HTC Evo 3d with hboot 1.50 and android 2.3.4
I need it updated to a rom of Android 4.x to run newer apps. What is the easiest version for me to load onto it, and will it be a problem that I have hboot 1.50?

I would like to try Honeycomb on my Flyer and wonder what the best fitting "current" RUU - mentioned in different Threads here and over at MoDaCo - for my device would be.
I have Flyer wifi&3G from o2 Germany which was 1.40.207.5 with HBOOT 1.07. Did the OTA to 2.27.207.1 and then S-off with Revolutionary.
Now LeeDrOiDs 2.2.0 custom rom with HBOOT 6.10.1002 and ROM 2.23.405.4
Is RUU_Flyer_O2_DE_1.40.207.5_Radio_20.35.30.089BU_38 09.04.04.21_M_release the right one? (apart from beeing the only RUU for this specific device)

If you want to test ruu make sure it runs, just attempt running the exe. If it works you will be back to stock with s off still. You may have to flash clockwork recovery manually there after before starting the instructions to instal honeycomb

If you took the OTA, then you'll need to follow the instructions related to misc_version from my HC downgrade thread before you'll be able to run the RUU becasue your main version will be greater then the RUU.

It was with Leedroid 4.1.0 and i want to get back to Leedroid's GB.
I tried to flash directly a GB's RUU , but then stuck at HTC screen.
I then install PG41IMG and tab know work, but is under Android 3.2.1.
I tried Globaltron's downgrade from HTC OTA solution it doesn't work.
I want to install
RUU_Flyer_HTC_WWE_2.23.405.3_R_Radio_20.3504.30.089BU_3809.07.04.06_M_release_204108_signed
before installing Leedrooid's GB.
But how to ?? What did I miss ?

I WANT to do the same, download from LeeDroid HC to LeeDroid GB. Reading post 3 of the download instructions it sounds like to me I only need to flash a custom ROM if going backward and already S-off. If going to stock ROM though, you must do the other steps. Am I just reading it wrong?
back from S-OFF HC to S-OFF GB, you need to flash (via fastboot ) the file mentioned in post #3 according to your device model then flash the custom Gb rom
Hi, I have a Evo 3D GSM with S-off running a rooted ROM, what do I need to do in order to have my phone back to factory stock? Searched, but couldn't find anything related to S-Off devices.

Flash a stock based Rom or to go full stock run an ruu that's compatible with your phone and won't update your hboot ver.

I'm confused about how i used to have build number 2.17. Then I downgraded to hboot 1.4 and I'm at build number 1.13 with newer ics roms . Am I better at staying with build 1.13 or should I find a way to get 2.17 back?

You're thinking that your firmware is 1.13 and its probably not. The 1.13 your seeing is the base of the Rom you're using. That's the VM leak Rom base. If I'm wrong then ill surely be corrected but I think I'm right.

The official OTA (Over the Air) ICS Update has been released some days before. If you dont modified your phone you should go to settings -> Software Update or something like this. And there should be an update for you. If you have a modified ROM on your phone, you won't be able to download this. Then you need to search the forums for Unlocking/getting S-OFF.
