Ok, thanks for clearing that. It's a shame there is still so much incompatible software with Lollipop. I miss the full Xposed experience and the previous sound mod which gave me true stereo sound.

what s0und m0d y0u use?y0u can still use it by just replacing media_xml anyway

Correct, I have done so.
Previously, on Kitkat, I was using a stereo sound mod made by dontbelieve. Not only did it replace the current mixer paths, but it enhanced and increased sound, lowered distortion levels, increased bass and best of all added stereo soundI The earpiece was used to give out the left channel sound to produce stereo.
The sound produced was fantastic. Playing music, movies and games sounded great, loud and clear in stereo.
Unfortunately there is no support for Lollipop. We are just hoping 'dontbelieve' creates another mod compatible with lollipop.
You simply needed to flash the mod in recovery and reboot. I did attempt to flash the mod in Lollipop but it resulted in a bootloop.

[Q] [JB] How to disable Clear Phase?

Hello there! I think everyone has noticed that the quality of the phone dynamic is very poor while ClearAudio+ is on. This is because of non working properly Clear Phase. But a ClearAudio+ does great! The sound in earpods is awesome. So here is the question: how to disable Clear Phase without disabling ClearAudio+? Thanks in advance

That is strange. But they shouldn't interfere as clear audio is mainly for headset and clear phase is for speaker

[MOD] Enable Dolby Digital Plus

It´s for the LG G Flex but it also works on my D802 (Black Pearl Rom).

What kind of difference does it make on the sound?

Works really well in my stock player with flac files via OTG. Why this isn't active as an option by default is a mystery. Would love it for Play Music as well, but won't work at all for that. And I don't fancy breaking the stock app just to get that working as I use both. But still, nice find :good:
I have noise sound with this mod

Hmm, did you lads who tried this notice a improvement or what?

I have changed the one line to dolby and i can see Dolby Digital Plus but i dont hear any difference and all other settings now also not work. I hear bye all the same, no difference.
Maybe it's the player that you use.

z2 vibration noise

The vibration noise is really annoying me on this z2. its hard to explain but its audible when using the keyboard. Is everyones like this? its like it rattles a bit.
If it rattles or sounds louder than its supose to, this isnt right
Try sending for replacement and/or repair

It's like a buzzing sound, my girlfriend has a z1 compact and the vibration is smooth so I would assume the z2 would be the same.
Should be the same, as Z1
Because i had a different Z2 before this one and it buzzed just like my freinds Z1 of which this one does not, it sounds demented and rattely
