I have Alcatel Idol Mini 6012D dual sim
suddenly phone restarted and stuck to black screen after Idol mini logo
appears .. I flashed it with original rom using Alcatel upgrade tool
but it still doesn't continue boot .. any help please ?!!
Funny thing. I got the same. Not any rom working.

Since this guy did not reposnd for a number of months.. I would like to continue as I have the same problem.
I had a boot loop problem and flash the wrong frimware to the phone (I couldn't see the model number clearly).
Now the phone appears to be hard bricked.
When I turn on the phone the screen powers up, but it's black and I cannot do anything. except turn it back off.
I have the model Pixi 3 and the model number is 9002x.
