Yes it does. It does in tw 5.0.1 no matter the device . we will have to wait until a new version of xposed

this is rom related, ive only seen this feature in lollipop 5.0 roms, dn4 bulldog is as far as i know a kitkat rom
I dont have root or Xposed options in vmos
How to solve that

You need paid account and online connection.
If by chance you need rooted android 5, use Lollipop geek rom 10013.
