So I saw this thread yesterday: http://forum.xda-developers.com/mot...ogo-bootlogo-bootanimation-exclusive-t3025767 and I found another "Moto_Demo" in the MotoG variant of the Lolipop Rom. So I turned it into another bootanimation and logo. Enjoy.
By the way you should go check out that thread for another awesome exclusive bootanimation. But here is what I have to offer...

Not sure what the problem is but on the later builds of Titan I had the same problem. I wasn't using the method here but similar. I was using the original boot animation files and they worked fine until the last few Titan updates then I got bootloops. I finally just gave up.

On Titan Prime ROMS you need to set permissions to rwx r-x r-x for the bootanimation.zip to work

Actually I did that. After a couple of updates ago, I could no longer boot and I just got tired of daily flashing.

That's what I"m on. I haven't tried it on the Unified, but I may have to give it another go. I actually like the original Moto animation and sort of miss it. Sorry Shawn

I didn´t - I have installed a number of bootanimations, so pretty confident I know, what I am doing. Copied it to system/media and set proper permisions.. after restart phone would bootloop continously with com.android.phone crashing continously.
I had to boot into TWRP to delete the bootanimation.zip via filebrowser and phone worked normal again.. so something incompatible with VANIR rom at least.

So after deleting all these files it can be flashed on d802?
how exactly can it be used on d802??
Sent from my LG-D802 using XDA Free mobile app
VS98026A works well but other versions have issues. I would wait if you have other variants. It's not for newbies, yet. It does not help that the O.P. is very vague and the linked post is in Vietnamese !!! Mega is faster but Fshare is sloooooooow (6-8 hours download)

It takes forever to download from fshare so here what i did; downloaded the stock 30E kdz, extracted and got the system.img from 30E. It supposed to work right? If its, can some uploaded the template. Thanks.
Edit: I figured it out, it is the same system.img.
Guys I will share a mirror from mega of the stock once done. I hope this will not be respectful to @vandieutot
Deleted the files and flashed the rom over cloudy g3 2.1, didnt boot just kept loading . Then tried flashing after complete wipe(including system) then the recovery says no os installed.
Using D802. Is it obligatory to flash it over stock kitkat?
how can this work? when only applying system.img the handy won´t have network.. without modem it can´t use data or is the kitkat modem compatible?

[MOD] [BOOTANIMATION] Oxygen OS Stock [Colors] [Rainbow Special Edition] Jun 22

Hi guys,
So after seeing the Colette Oneplus Bootanimation, I decided to try other options. Eventually, I would like to do a new bootanimation for each accent on Oxygen OS.
Instructions:
1. Go to /system/media and rename your current bootanimation to bootanimation.zip.bak (just to have a backup, if you don't do this you will have to dirty flash your ROM).
2. Download your preferred color and paste it in /system/media.
3. Rename to bootanimation.zip.
4. Make sure to change permissions to rx- r- r (0644).
5. ???
6. Reboot and profit.
Can't decide? Try Rainbow Special Edition (click on image to see .gif):

It's because selinux mode was setted to enforce, than you can't change some system files. To change your boot animation, use TWRP File Manager. Remember to mount System in TWRP --> Mount

Dunno for sure.
But when you have the logo of oneplus stored as a bin file.
Maybe you could try in fastboot
fastboot flash logo logoOP.bin
This removed thw unlocked bootloader sign on many devices. Not sure if this would work on the oneplus 6.
Edit:
Found the logo files in
/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name
Its called LOGO_a & LOGO_b since we have 2 partitions this would also make sense.

Those files don't contain the boot warning screen, so replacing them won't do anything.
