Upgrade, root, then s-off. Try reading around before jumping in. Take a look at the guide in my signature; it's everything needed for s-off.

4.3gt bootloop

I am quite frustrated as to why this wonderful ROM will not fully boot. I get to the lockscreen, and then it reboots. Anyone have this issue. I've searched the forums and tried a few things I had found there, and I even tried to flash version A, which also bootloops.

What is your hboot version? Are you s-on or s-off?
I ask because GB ROMs won't boot on the new 1.58 hboot.
1.58

Yes, but if you're s-off, it's easy. Just flash it in bootloader. If you're s-on, I think you have to get s-off first.

Idk about return but they'll work on it. VipeRUU should still work unless there was an update I wasn't aware of.

You can use a RUU, you don't need to be S-OFF, here is the link to all the RUU's for the jewel, provided by jmz: http://androidfiles.org/ruu/?developer=Jewel

For VipeRUU to work, you must be S-off.

For any other RUU, though, you are correct, you don't need to be S-off

Try to downgrade using the instructions to get s-off, once yo get to the 3.15 version, download the 3.15 RUU, follow the instructions on unlimited.io, I've heard that you can use windows is just not supported by the devs you re on your own, it's real easy, just take off the "sudo./" part on each command and you hold be good to go, good luck!

Is there a thread you could point to? or a link to a walk through. I've searched and can only find instructions for rooting with an unlocked bootloader.

I have already told you, THERE IS NO S-OFF for this device, also a quick search and I literally mean a quick search, you would have found AT THE VERY LEAST 10-20 results.
