Hi guys
I was using this phone naked with two glass screen protectors from nilkin and after three months both had cracked.
Now i bought another thicker glass protector and a case. Problem is i'm still not a fan of the case, as thin as it is.
So just wondering if anyone use like skins, like vinyl wraps? Do you guys think that can increase grip and minimise the bulk?
Any recommendations for brands? In particular I have the dual, and not just the normal one.. Really cuts down the amount of choices I have..

I ordered a dbrand carbon fiber skin for the back panel. It's helped for my old HTC M8 and my old Z2.

The same thing happend for me earlier. i found this danish company Lux-Case dk who got pretty much all accesories that you can think of. I found i pretty cool cover there + some ekstra equipment. Hope you will find something

Not there. I asked the store and they confirm not having a case or cover for the D6633 in their portfolio.
Anyway, after nearly having given up finding a back cover that actually fits I came across the Nillkin Matte Textured Super Shield Hard Case Cover for Sony Xperia Z3 sold by Gadgetwear. It fits the Z3 dual perfectly and has a very good grip.
I ended up getting the j&d slim one. It looks like it offers zero drop protection but I don't have a daily urge to break the phone any more for its slipperiness.

I have one right now... but it's a cheap one from Ebay. When I first bought it, it fit real nice and tight but now over a month or two it's getting loose and slides around a bit.
Anyone have any suggestions? I'm looking for the following:
1. It doesn't expose the metal part of the camera on the back cover.
2. Fits snug on the phone indefinitely (is this possible?).
... and if possible one that isn't really sticky.

hi, i have a clear one of these, think i would buy the grey next time. its also a cheap ebay item. its very snug, not as flexible (which makes removal a bit of an effort) and nowhere near as sticky as some silicon cases.

Yeah i bought one of those that bl1nky recommended. The only thing i can say is that the fit around the bezel edge is not as good as other 'softer' silicon covers.
In my case particularly, the right hand edge is badly formed and seems to pull away from the HD bezel.
In addition i find that locating and using the power switch to be troublesome and it's this that i find most annoying.
My personal quest for the perfect case continues....

good choice. its the best case IMO. the grey one is almoste invisible. really thin and it protect greatly the phone.

They look the same from what I can tell in the pictures... but you never know on Ebay it could be a cheaper knock-off of the original. I don't know because I haven't purchased the one from Ebay. I will be getting mine today or tomorrow from Boxwave and I'll take some pics of it and stuff and update here.
Is it the non-transparent one with small camera hole? (I'm in the boarding shcool where ebay is locked) If so, it's good, but rather thick, good for protection, but will make your HD thicker (around 16mm). If not, just remove this post.

Ok so I got the case and have been using it for two days now. It is pretty damn nice actually. It fits well, not too tight and not too loose either. It's not sticky like the cheap Ebay one I have so I can easily slide it in and out of my pocket. I got the smoke color. It's clear and shiny so it suits the HD well. I like being able to see the phone through the case as well.

i got the silicon case from ebay and its not a tight fit.come off very easily. am now on the hunt for another case. there is a case for the iphone which is a plastic case but a rubberised finish.

I think there's no such a big range for g2 mini
In my opinion there is a few interesting positions. I'm using Nillkin frosted shield and for me it's perfect but white colour is not a white anymore... It became dirty-yellow and it's not nice

I think it's cool but it depends if someone want to use front-cover case or not
I just saw it but i dont know if it would protect your phone from falling. check the youtube and screens how the case looks on the device.
I bought that one but in black:
back is like s5 and the inside is like Spigen and it's made of flexible TPU material. I just don't know how thick it is so it would protect from every fall. In 2 weeks i will get it so i will tell you how it's worn

what i don't like about the second case @plageran has shown? it has this plastic thing to hold phone on stand - i don't like plastic on case.
i'm not here to hate everything but i'm not a fan of 'S-Line' which @ignasigh likes.

The case fits quite well, the phone is a bit thicker (but still bit smaller than finger), quite good in touch too.
i like to write messages with this case, only.. i rather do not use cases so thats just for fun.

I can recommend case I'm using. accidently dropped a few times my phone, sometimes landed on screen but nothing happened.
Case does its job but like every case .. phone is somewhat thicker so maybe that's why i drop my phone sometimes

Wasn't going to use a case with the phone, but I've almost dropped it at least 5 times in the last few days. I ordered the Ringke Fusion case smoke black. I had one for my Z1 Compact and it worked amazingly well, dropped it from about 5 feet onto hard concrete multiple times without any issues, feels extremely solid. It has a hard plastic back and soft, rubbery silicone edges.

Can you link to the Apple case that you're comparing to please? I'm not familiar with it. I'll also search in the meantime.
NVM. I think I found them. Looking at pictures they look similar to the Google cases. I use one and like it though I think they are overpriced.

They just feel really soft and well made that's all. Of course they're also overpriced since they have an apple on the back. Is the Google one soft? I thought it had more like a tpu feel to it.

No it's not like TPU as far as the texture. It's kinda rigid like TPU, but its texture feels soft.
Yes my friend. Have you looked at the Ghostek line? I've been using this one & love it. It doesn't block my Pixel Stand's(1G) wireless charging, it's not glossy but matte finished, and it's crazy inexpensive (or at least on Amazon).
(I'll find a pic of mine & throw it up for you).

I just got my Pixel 6 a couple days ago and need to buy one soon too.
Along with case you should think about purchasing a screen protector. I had purchased one for my Galaxy phone and it has lasted for over a year and not one scratch. I dropped it plenty of times and no problems. Also make sure case is one of those shock absorbers.
Honestly I paid for a cheap case and it worked great.
These are just recommendations obviously. I (you) would hate to break these delicate phones haha.

I was eyeing the ghostek case but not really sure about the hand feel of it. It doesn't seem like a soft one.
I ordered the Google case from Amazon uk. It had a 10 pound offer on it so I thought why not

That's a nice one too, didn't get a deal on it as that never happens to us here with the G-whiz crew! Lol
However, if you glance at Amazon every once in a blue moon like I do, and see one of their PRIME MEMBERS ONLY deals for this one, you might wanna snag one cuz I promise I liked a little better than my Pixel6 ordered case and put him on STANDING BY for a minute! It's as soft, maybe a lil' softer, but the corners and display protection is what got me. The raised edges when flipped on it's face is remarkably Improved vs. my Pixel case, and the corners on my Ghostek remind me almost of the Tech 21 line, if you're familiar? I remember calling them "Shock and Awe" first time I saw the corner buildups! Lol
True story, I'm a Tech 21 fan and was looking for one for my P6 and didn't connect, so I took a chance on my Ghostek and it paid-off because now it's a "WINNER, WINNER, CHICKEN DINNER!" (yw, Ghostek)

You can get back phone skins from Gadgetshieldz or Dbrand so your phone's body doesn't get damaged from cases! I'm using skin and I never get any scratches or dents.

I was most after a soft to touch case. I never had scratches from cases. Today I received my Google case and I can say that is pretty good, especially for less than 25€ that I paid after the discount.

Nice and I bought this skin customized for around $10 from Gadgetshieldz and a tough armor case from Spigen! It is worth it...
Hi, just bought the phone and I'd like to ask of there are any good cases, TPU or Rigid (TBH I prefer TPU), for this phone. On Amazon &co. I see the usual chinese cover, any brand you reccomend? I've also seen that Nillkin made a rigid cover, someone tried it perhaps?
I prefer neoprene or elastic soft myself.
I'm still waiting for a silicone case I ordered from Aliexpress, that's the only place were I found variety. But since it hasn't arrived yet I can't tell you any experiences.
For now, I'm using the one that came with the phone when I leave the house, I really like it tbh, but I use it without case on my house. The back design is just so pretty.
