Hi, I wiped all the caches, memories etc, started the rom change via clockwork mod, ticked the custom mode, not the default and after instalation it prompted me to reboot and after it just the standart ZTE logo showed up and I wait and wait and wait, it has been over 20 minutes now and nothing has changed... So, I do not know, if I have to wait another hour, or just simply remove the battery and try it again, but, what if I damaged something, or just have already something damaged....
After removing battery happened just the same, not possible to get anywhere with start button + volume down, the zte logo only shows up in a sec and that's it... Bad luck, I guess...
How is the camera? Works well or is pink?
And the battery is running out very fast? How is the duration?

I revised the files, but don't see the problem. Sorry if this is a foolishness, I am a newbie.
I have this Rom. And is good, very good.
But battery drain fast. 10% on moderate usage. WiFi net browsing, music and this all. Any fix for this?

I'm using this ROM (v1.2) for almost a month. I've only few problems with it.
Turning on data connection takes long (at least 30-45s) when on previous ROM (4.1) it was almost instant.
Second problem is streaming music (youtube works fine). I've tried "sound cloud" and some other app to listening my favourite radio so it is not problem with app. While listening, every 30 sec. music stop for 1 or half of second. Very annoying Have anyone has this problem with this ROM?
And of course there is battery indicator which is at 100% for all day and suddenly it is 15% (but it was on every ROM on my zte, so I'm used to it - but on this ROM it very often).

Hello, I'm from Venezuela I've been installing all of your roms, I'm really happy with this new one, it's very great and looks really good! I did a custom installation to make it work for Venezuela, after full wipes and flashing room, after first boot the rom is runing very very slowy.. I can't even use Whatsapp or playing because it's very laggy... Can you tell what could I do to make it work smoothly? May be I have to setup something and I don't know.. Thanks!

Screen Flickering
Hello,
I installed this ROM to my V970 and now my screen is flickering. It can be noticed everywhere. On previous ROM i used (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1856578) this thing occured only when i had very low battery level. But now it doesn't depends of it. It is happening no matter what brightness level i set. Is there some kind of fix for this?

caller id problem
hello i've always loved ur work.
so far the only problems that i have found with this rom are:
- the caller id doesnt work, when someone calls or even when i make a call and the number is registered in contacts it doesnt show its name while dialing or recieving the call (ive looked all over the thread but it seems that im the only one having this issue)
- when i update SuperSU it says that theres is no binary file instaled and its just like it that situation unables the root it self coz the apps that need root permissions say that i need to root, the only solution i could find for this prob was reinstaling the rom and not updating the supersu and works just fine like that

Soft Keys support
Superdragon or anyone who can help me with this ROM, I tried every single way to enable the "soft keys" so I could make the entire system look like Lollipop, but it seems that I can't in this ROM. Can you tell me what can I do?

Video bug
Downloaded Stable 1.2, everything works fine, i wiped all 3 cache stuff, did a clean flash of it. Everything working perfect but everytime i record a video (Optimized/Fine) quality it shuts my phone down or it simply just closes camera app, and that means i can't record videos on 720p which sucks. I hope you get a fix for this cause the latest version R2 1.1 was perfect camera quality and video recording..

I tried to run android 4.0 on the honeycomb and mini Xperia X10, but in the case of 2 they showed a screen unreadable, remembering that the honeycomb tried to use the SDK either version 2 of google, as you posted XDA, even for those who said the Xperia mini honeycomb in a lie is wrong, but the screen is unreadable, so google the SDK, such as honeycomb posted in this forum.

precisei deletar a pasta meta-inf e coloquei da rom JROM postado nesse forum tb, e deletei o build e coloquei outra no lugar alterando alguns valores, e usei o kernel NAA 02,o resultado foi que a rom chegou até carregamento do ICS, ficando meio ilegivel, como a imagem do kernel naa2 ou naa3, com a dica do paul-xxx o boot parou de ficar ilegivel, ele aparece perfeitamente porém nao chega entrar na area de trabalho da rom, olhando pelo DDM do SDK tool voce pode ver que ele gera varios erros, coisa que nao conseguirei corrigir, mas esta ai a rom pra quem quiser customizar e fazer funcionar no mini xperia x10.

Mmhmm. If we get ics to work on our phone, I'm guessing a similar problem to the one just mentioned might crop up. There's no qvga files in ICS if I'm not wrong.

I think you're wrong, because in the ICS case it is compatible with all resolutions, since the HC it is compatible only with tablet, then I leave the question.

You can not use HoneyComb on small screens. She is transformed into a regular GingerBread. We need compiled files. Not the source. For port ICS

HOW TO FLASH(please follow every step)
1. Download the rom and place it into your external sd
2. backup your apps contacts etc if necessary
3. make sure you have another working rom or nandroid backup in sdcard..just incase your phone screws up
4. now for flashing....reboot to recovery
5. wipe data/factory reset
6. wipe cache partition
7. goto mounts and storage and format system...double check you are formatting system and noth anything else
8. go back and select install zip
9. choose zip from sdcard
10. navigate to romzip file and flash it
11.after flashing reboot..if it takes you to recovery just reboot again
12. first boot may take some time...after first boot it is recommended to reboot again

Mam problem. Zainstalowałem sobie dzisiaj tego ROMa i co chwilę pojawia się komunikat "Niestety proces com.android.phone został zatrzymany", a jeżeli zablokuje telefon to po jakichś 2 lub 3 minutach wyskakuje Kernel Panic
Flash was easy, rom is very smoth, litle bugs in messenger app, thank for your work and i hope that u will continue, i love this rom!!! Thank you!

Review after 1day usage
1. with one day of my testing ive found it to be laggy..
2. apps crash frequently due to memory management i guess even after disabling notifications on lockscreen ..
3. Few apps on playstore show a message that ur phone is incompatible ,well fot that ive used other app markets like mobgenie..
4. There is no option to control backlight in rom ,ive installed l9 backlightmod by artas from playstore to swichoff softkey backlight..
5. Battery life seems to be ok...
6. Inbuild flashlight doesnt work but using third party app solves the problem..
7. Dialer app seems to be so laggy, its takes ages for call screen to appear after presssing dial(green button)..
8. Signal vanishes very frequently even in full coverage area might be some ril related issue..
9. No on screen buttons option ,hopefully complete Resurction menu will appear as it is still in beta..

You can use TWRP by Artas. THe Rom is really good and stable, I am using it with no problem.
disable F2FS in artas182x recovery ?
For installing this ROM via artas182x TWRP recovery should i disable F2FS ? And resurrection remix rom update via ota or manual update?

It's great ROM (thanks for this), but i can't install many apps like Google Keep, newest Google Maps, Inbox, Sygic, Nokia Here. Please, solve this problem!
U can install apps but not from play store. Download it do your SD card and install through File Manager.

In your previsous relase (1.0) I have some trouble :
- to wake up my phone when I was in sleeping mode (power button), I have to wait a few seconds (between 1-10 seconds).
- sometimes, when I want to launch a application or just for typing a number, my phone freeze for a moment (1 or 2 seconds)
- It's a small problem but with Dolphin Browser, I can't go in internet, I have to use another browser (like Chrome)
For information : I install the 1.0 with a clea install (factory...)
Do you have this problems ?
To install the new version, currently i'm in 1.0, I just have to follow this step ?
- Wipe Data / Factory Reset
- Wipe Dalvik Cache
- Mounts and Storage > Format /System
- Reboot to Recovery
- Flash The ROM.zip

You have to read the warning in TB that says you must deselect in SuperSU under Security the NameArea mount. After you have done this, restart your device and try again

Problem with bootanimation on this rom
Hello and first thank you for the hard work you've done, the kitkat rom is very smooth, and works perfectly.
But i have a problem when changing bootanimation, while on stock jellybean my root explorer could change permissions,
cut, copy and paste to /root but now i can't copy my new boot anim to /system/media like before, it says : operation failed !
and i can't change permissions of any files, even if su access is fully granted ...
currently i don't have any bootanimation at all and i can't put another one...

Battery Problems
Hello,
I seeing the same issues with battery.
It takes about 2 days and half to be depleted... but its showing always 30% to 50 % of battery before it shutdown.
Have seen that for example when i complete charge the phone and doesn't get to much use the phone shows 100% battery even after 4h of been turn on its strange at least
After running some apps (games for example) it jumps to 94% (this is a specific case).
Its annoying but nothing that cannot be controlled.
Do you habe a CWM-Backup of the working system?
Maybe you could try to recover everything from the working backup except the data? I think it's worth a try. Do a Backup of the non working system before, so if all doesn't work, you can install a fresh system and recover the data via nandroid by hand.

You saved my live. I could not do any install or upgrade anymore on my Darkmoon and now, I have mnanged to install CWM and your unofficial KitKat version 1.1 (30 march 2015) and everything works like a charm... except a small littre anoyance regarding date and time.
When I choose automatic update of date and time based on operator network, the date and time first set the good value. But after one hour or two, the time (and sometime date) suddenly change arbitrary. If I choose GPS time, the time is one hour too early. Since I installed it begin april, I can't tell if it has something to do with summer time or not (i.e. if the problem would have been the same in winter time). I've tried these settings many time with the same problem. As having a wrong date/time is really frustrating, I finally chose for manual date and time.
Does anyone have the same problem?

Since I installed it begin april, I can't tell if it has something to do with summer time or not (i.e. if the problem would have been the same in winter time). I've tried these settings many time with the same problem. As having a wrong date/time is really frustrating, I finally chose for manual date and time.
Does anyone have the same problem?

First of all, thanks for the feedback.
I do have this option enabled, and no issues here (with dual SIMs: MEO/Vodafone PT).
There's yes some issues with (our... stupid) Summer Time, usually it does have some issues updating to the "new" summer time hour.
What i usually do, is turn it to manual, set the current hour, reboot, turn it on again. This never failed on me.
Also, let me just say that this also occurs in some of my other phones...

But I get a problem for install your KitKat ROM.
Even after following all instructions, I can't install the ROM. I have done it several times, to be sure, I tried with another recovery, I tried to flash your 3.4.5 kernel.
The first times, when I chose the ROM, the recovery stayed on "opening package" and then reboot. After I flashed the kernel, I succeeded to install it but I had bootloops. And now, I get an error message that says "installation aborted (bad)". I also checked if the file wasn't wrong but this is not the case.
Oh, and I have a question, is your 3.4.67 KK kernel included in the ROM ?
(I would add that I already got problems to install this ROM, I had to change the recovery to make it work)
So, I hope to have a solution, and thank you in advance.
(I'm so sorry for the bad english...)
Does your GPS work?
My Darkmoon is unable to catch signal from the GPS using Google Maps or Meo Drive. When I indeed can connect (rarely and only with the internet on) I immediately loose the signal again. Is the GPS working better in the stock ROM?

Dude you got to Flash Wiko Stock rom form Superdragonpt first & let it boot, then get back to recovery to Install Kitkat through CWM Recovery.
Kernel is included in the KitKat Rom.

Hopefully there is someone who knows, what i could do about this problem.
I'm not able to use VoLTE in Germany! Even T-Mobile supports it & it was shortly working on a different rom, currently it seems no where to work (IMS says "not registered")
Tried different ways to activate VoLTE first but no way.
Would be glad for any help!

Heyyo, odds are you'll need updated APN settings. Please download this TWRP installer I made to update APN settings from Google.
https://sourceforge.net/projects/lineageos-for-x2/files/Mods and Tweaks/
Download > install via TWRP > reboot to system.
Then once in Android again? Settings > network & internet > mobile network > advanced > access point names > "..." Menu button > reset to default.
Hopefully after that? It will work. I can't guarantee though that Google APN settings already has the necessary APN settings for that network, but they should be more up to date than our current ones.

First of all thank you very much for your help (and to help others aswell) & should I say for your effort in developing custom roms for our beloved Le Max 2 :good:
Unfortunately VoLTE still doesn't want to work, currently sticking still with latest RR nougat from 05/10/17. But I tried some Roms in the meantime & interesting enough, on a very few (i think your LineageOS aswell) VoLTE did actually work. Maybe trying also to reset that system + that fix (I installed it in a time where i didn't have VoLTE)
Actually I'd like to update to at least Oreo too, but I heard that the sound on the phone is not supposed to be good (quiet or noisy): Is it also the case with the latest version of your Rom? That's pretty much the only reason I don't want to update. (And even with the current Rome it's pretty quiet)
Trying out a few EUI Roms in the meantime, but because of very outdated security patches & almost no substrate support it's quite a pain
EDIT: Also forget to mention: In *#*#4636#*#* Settings, VoLTE is enabled.
However, I don't expect you to be intensively involved with that, but of course if you have any more ideas, i'll appreciate that.
Since sometimes even in custom roms, where VoLTE worked at first & later on it didn't always assumpts, that the missing band 20 (which is very essential at least here in Europe, X829 version ) could also play a role in that. (LTE itself works here, where I live: But maybe VoLTE is also coupled to band 20 here.)
T-Mobile justifies it like this & can't help me futher ("Doesn't support all frequencies so...")

But what i would also like to mention: After flashing this Zip & reseting APN to stock values, phone calls are broken for me! (After Dialing, it immediately says "Call ended") Thankfully i did make a TWRP backup before.

Thank you for the kind words! Yeah on Oreo? I've made a crap load of prop changes that relate to IMS / VoLTE, so that may have been the difference.
I don't think most of them would directly translate to Nougat ROMs as they don't have the same blobs as our Oreo based ones which changed a bunch of properties to vendor... So I'm unsure exactly what on RR Nougat would need to be changed.
Audio on Oreo? I fixed Noise Cancelling / Echo a while back, so it's super good for that. I am cranking up a few more volume parts just to Max them out before potentially sound distorts heh. :good:
Sergey also had a fix for microphone source on Oreo ROMs to also improve things for those trying with a 3.5mm headset :good:
As for audio quality? On LineageOS I wouldn't get approved for Dolby Atmos, so that would require flashing audio mods (RR Nougat included the mod ViperFX Audio or something like that).
The only low audio issue that needs to be resolved is WhatsApp audio recordings as it does some odd method of selecting audio recording source... But the rest is good.
I can't test VoLTE tbh... Canadian carriers currently blacklist any BYOD... So my imported LeEco Le Max 2 doesn't get activated for VoLTE or WiFi calling sigh... As if having the most expensive mobile data plans in the world wasn't bad enough eh? So yeah, I'm not too sure what else can help...

Ah for that, yeah a backup or reflash the ROM as it'll overwrite the mod. Sorry I didn't know you were running a Nougat ROM, so maybe it's not compatible with the latest APN update from Google... But it should though, as I don't think their APN list is version specific as they list it under "master" branch, but I could be wrong...
Now with rr android 6, but we are the e tested all android 6.7.8 and 9 without any resutado and changed austes in build.prop etc etc and there is no way to make it work.Many thanks for your collaboration
