Hi all,
This MOD is change audio input/output configuration on galaxy S5 (G900H) to most volume without distortion.
Tweaked: audio config while you in call, audio config for ringtones, all media sounds that plays on your device, Incommunication
Only G900H *LOLLIPOP, Might be These do NOT work on the G900*, use with caution!
Requirements:
- Recovery CWM
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Copy attached zip to sdcard.
1. Turn off your phone
2. Press and hold Volume UP + Home + Power.
3. install it.

On all roms, the stock camera makes 2 sounds:
1. Focusing - Double beep when you hold down the button
2. Shutter sound - Single beep when the picture is taken
This guide will show you how to disable both these sounds. Although the camera settings allow an option to disable camera sound, this does not work on most roms
Focusing
1. Launch RootExplorer, then open the /data/.
2. Create the file local.prop (If there already is a local.prop, dont create a new one)
Press the menu button - New File
Name it local.prop
3. Open local.prop in Text Editor (Hold it down)
4. Enter the following text into the file. Press menu and then Save & Exit
Code:
ro.camera.sound.forced=0
Make sure not to leave a space after the 0
5. Reboot
Now, the camera will be completely silent when you switch the volume of your phone to silent/vibrate. I use tasker to automatically switch my volume mode when the camera is open.
Shutter
Much easier than focusing.
1. Open root explorer and head to head to /system/media/auido/ui/
2. Delete the following file
Shutter_01.ogg3. Done, no reboot
The camera will work fine whether you have these mods or not.

1. Try install V4A as user app
2. Use Normal Mode and select V4A FX
in Settings>Sound>Music Effects.
Installation
1. Download, extract and copy
ViPER4Android_FX/XHiFi.apk to your device.
Note: The zip contains two files for Ginerbread 2.3 & another for 4.1 Jelly bean
Install the one For Gingerbread 2.3
2. Install the apk as USER app or SYSTEM
app is up to you. (v2.3.1.0 onwards)
3. Run FX/XHiFi app from app drawer, allow
root access if asked.
4. When driver installation prompted, choose
Yes.
5. V4A auto detects your CPU and show
available driver modes below :
No modes: For processors with or without
VFP .
Battery Saving: Available for all processors
with NEON.
High Quality Mode: Available for processors
with NEON.
Super Audio Quality: Available for
processors with NEON.
6. Choose your desired selection.
7. After installation done, Reboot device.
8. If you want to use only V4A as audio
effect, follow normal mode. If you want
existing audio effects to work, follow
compatible mode.
Normal Mode:
9. In Sound settings > Music effects, always
choose V4A FX unless FX is not installed.
10. Open up V4A FX (and xhifi), in menu, FX
Compatible Mode set to Normal Mode.
11. If not working, try Compatible mode
before trying Force-Enable.
Compatible Mode:
9. Do not change anything under Sound
settings/
10. Open up V4A FX (and xhifi), in menu, FX
Compatible Mode set to Compatible Mode.
11. If not working, use Normal mode and
disable other effects.
Uninstallation
1. Open up V4A FX (and xhifi), go to
menu and choose “Uninstall driver”.
2. After that, uninstall V4A FX (and xhifi)
app itself.
3. Reboot. Done. Bye-bye V4A.

Hi, I made small modification for G2M which makes call volume louder.
For me it was too quiet.

How to install?
Download v2 version of VOLUME_MOD_IN-CALL-g2m-v2.7z
Extract this archive.
Choose version: Lollipop or KK - and move mixer_paths.xml file to SYSTEM/ETC and overwrite it.
Set permission to '0644'.
Reboot & enjoy.

What do you mean? I just can boost volume, make it more than standard values but Its for stock, I do not use CM and I dont want to use (until i will see working remote control

? OF COURSE YOU NEED YOUR PHONE TO BE ROOTED . BECAUSE YOU'LL HAVE TO MODIFY SOME SYSTEM SOUNDS .
1 - SIMPLY OPEN YOUR FILE MANAGER [ EXPLORER ] - SOLID EXPLORER [ > RECOMMENDED <]
2 - HEAD TO - ROOT > SYSTEM > MEDIA > AUDIO > UI -- >> JUST AFTER CLICKING UI YOU'LL SEE VARIOUS SYSTEM SOUND IN .OGG FORMAT .
3 - SO THE NEXT AND MOST IMPORTANT STEP --->> #RENAME THE - camera_click.ogg to camera_click.ogg.bak [ SIMPLY YOU NEED TO ADD .bak AT THE END OF THE FILE NAME ]
4 - SAVE IT . CLOSE EXPLORER AND REBOOT . SCREENSHOT SOUND WILL BE REMOVED AFTER THIS - FOR SURE ENJOY :fingers-crossed:
- AND IF YOU WANT THOSE SHUTTER SOUND AND SCREENSHOT SOUND BACK JUST REMOVE .bak FROM THAT CAMERA CLICK . OGG FILE AND REBOOT EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE .

It solved the audio playback issue.
Previously if you were listening to music on earphones and took a screenshot or a camera photo, your music output paused, although player continued to play. The only way to resume play was to go to home screen and reconnect earphones.
Now, no need of that pain in the a**.
Also Disable Charging Sounds
Charging sound enabled would also cause the same issue as aforesaid.
Disable it in the Sound settings.:highfive:

Hi everyone and root lovers
We have a good speaker in our k6 series and I think it's good when used with dolby, I tried so hard but dolby didn't work on oreo rom or I couldn't..
For those who want to try, I get the best sound for headphone and phone speaker this way:
System equalizer should be turned off from its on - off switch, no need to disable or uninstall;
1- İnstall; 'Audio Modification Library' (Magisk Module)
2- Reboot recovery and flash zip; 'ViPER4Android Black n Cheese Edition Unity.zip' (this module is always flashing without driver problem)
3- Reboot the system and control the viper4 (if it is running normally, continue)
4- Restarting recovery again and flash zip: ' SoundModAromaInstaller.zip'
4- there are many options but some did not work, my install settings:
4-(All other options and VİPER4Arise: skip-none)
- New user
- Core System, then Modules
- VIPER4Arise Profiles: yes
- ToolBoox: install
- Remove deep buffer from audio policy: no
- Set SELinux Permissive Mode: no
- SDCard Permissions Repair: yes
- Next: install
- Finish: Wipe Dalvik/ARTCache, reboot system

if you want to use the detailed headset settings for the phone speaker; VİPER4Android> Settings> Lock effect mode> Headset
I get good sound from headphones and speakers in this way, sorry if there is any faulty information I'm no expert..

Dolby Digital Plus
Hello again,
I found another forum and I want to share a good working version on oreo with magisk v18
You can install the zip file from twrp after the above installations or only Dolby Digital , if you want to delete; uninstall file is available
I tested it on bootlegger rom and it works fine, achievements..
