T-Mobile is great about getting the phones out before the advertised date of release....I remember getting my Note 4 a week earlier than the release date.

So I got my call from the CPWH today telling me there was a delay of 2 or 3 weeks at LEAST on the blue, but I can get the white tomorrow or Thursday.
I'm not over fussed about color so swapped to the white.
Is anyone else swapping like me because they are impatient kids like me or are you going to wait another few weeks for the Blue?

Would call them and check if i was you. I just called to check after being told to expect an email by afternoon today and was told they never even processed the change, so wont even be getting tomorrow as they are now out of stock!
They are getting it to me by Friday under the understanding that if it doesnt arrive by then, ill be cancelling my order completely.

Called at 3pm today. Got told they no stock and would be 2 weeks just for the white. Mentioned I had the email confirmation and was told, "sales people always say anything for a sale"... asked to cancel and he didn't even try stopping me, just said OK, done.
Got email from the manager spoke to yesterday telling me the guy I spoke to was completely wrong and they have loads of stock. Phone has apparently been dispatched, but yet to get email or text confirmation of this.
My wife is kindly waiting at home for it for me tomorrow (we have a new born so she isn't going anywhere anyway ). Hope I am not let down again for a third time by CPW.
Anyone else getting issues with delivery or purchases etc?

Had to order from CPW because my blue pre-order with Amazon was obviously delayed, and said probably 8th June for white because of stock and tried play.com but said they had delays on white too, so ordered from CPW Wednesday afternoon and arrived 5.50pm Friday.
Ordered last Tuesday, still hasn't shipped.

You ordered a color, didn't you. I did red and it took 7 days to ship. I heard yellows and cyans are 14 days or more to ship.
What was/is bad about AT&T, once in process, you can't cancel.

It depends on the rep if you can cancel. When it is shipped, you cannot. I pre-ordered a Charging Stand as well and when I got my phone (which was a Yellow that I ordered on Nov 7 and was in my hands on Nov 16th) I saw they had one in stock, so I had them cancel my order and picked it up in the store. I would have done it with the pad as well, but they did not have any. I found out later the reason mine didn't ship until the 14th is that only the Black, White and Red were released on the 9th, with the Cyan coming next (can't remember the date) and the Yellow was not release until the 14th which is when my yellow one shipped.

They also ordered my free charging plate. The whole preorder thing was a complete debacle especially if you are on the Premier side of AT&T.
Amazon has the Lumia 920 for $49 and rumors of a 99¢ Black Friday sale. They are backordered too, but I have more faith that my order won't fall into cyberspace and never get shipped. Ironically enough, I was able to order a second Lumia 920 through AT&T Premier system for the discounted price. I'll wait and see if they ever ship them.

Thought this would be a good thread. Seeing as everyone in the other thread just have 32 and 64GB devices. I ordered mine before the official link went up and its supposed to leave by the end of today. I'm supposed to get it between the 28-29th but I don't see that happening.

Ordered mine as soon as the links went live (about 10:22am PDT). Was supposed to leave warehouse today. Expected delivery window was Oct. 30-Nov. 03 (I went with free standard shipping). I see people getting emails from Google saying their orders won't arrive until Nov. 07-14, along with a $25 refund. I'm still waiting for that email. I guess I wouldn't mind $25 off.

Google has over a month to get this crap together and they still couldn't do it. Cant even get a damn preorder right ffs... So disappointed right now

Then put Huawei into that sentence if you like. I really don't believe that Google did not have the ability to work with (or pressure) Huawei into delivering a smooth release.
I contacted Google Support after getting the email about the shipping delay, when they checked my order they said it was still shipping today... Why do they not give their CS Reps actual real information? Its so frustrating.

Just an FYI: I preordered the Quartz Gray on Newegg on 7/15, and just received a notification that it is being prepared for shipment. The status says "Packaging."
The headphones now also appear on the order, and are listed as "Monster N-Pulse NC MH NPU OE BK CU WW Over-Ear DJ Headphones - Black," at a value of $199.99 (with a -$199.99 adjustment before the total).
So if you pre-ordered from Newegg, start looking for it!

I think the delay for the Grey paid off and they were able to deliver a much larger stock than originally anticipated or on the pessimistic side a lot of people cancelled their preorders which seems a little implausible.
I ordered from B&H on 7/18 and just looked and status has changed to "In stock, order sent to warehouse" very exciting news! Had said up until now new order processing but changed at some point tonight! Can't wait to get it rooted and daily use!

Can't be upset?? I wouldn't be, if Samsung had not told me I would be first to get the phone as a way to make up for note 7(yes I have a screen shot). Add to that today is my shipping day, and no shipping is happening (have email confirmation on that date as well). Also paid extra for next day shipping which looks like that won't happen either.
So yeah a little upset for Samsung lying to me.

Mine has always looked like that but the first dot was highlighted until tonight. I'm not sure why you don't have this image though.
