[Q] Leicke Manna Cases - Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 Accessories

Does anyone have experience with these cases?
I've attached a picture but I can't share links as I haven't really posted much.
Would love to hear your experiences with this case or even this style of case.
Thanks!

I have no experience, but I personally decided against getting a case like this because it looks like they would make the tablet a lot bulkier as well as make it very annoying to hold in hand.

This case does add some bulk, but offers decent protection. I have had this model on my Note 10.1, Note 10.1 2014, and now on my Note Pro. It is not uncomfortable to hold in hand at all (considering the size & weight of this large tablet).

Video Review: SGP Ultra Capsule for Galaxy note

Hey guys,
Got my hands on the SGP Ultra Capsule and wanted to bring you a quick video on it. The case itself is made of durable TPU, so while it is flexible, once you put it on the Note, it becomes firm and tough. I love the look and feel of the case, although the buttons are a little hard to press.
Check out the full video below for more info:
Just wanted your opinion on this; The last Smart Phone I had I never felt like I needed a case for it, was pretty durable. I just got the Note recently and have felt like it's probably a good idea to get some sort of case for it. I've been looking around, and everything I see seems either way too bulky, or so thin that they couldn't effectively protect the phone anyways. The case you reviewed seems to fit into the latter category. Do these thin TPU cases actually protect the phone much? Are they simply for esthetical purposes, or just to protect from scratches? Or do they seem to provide protection in case of small drops?
I'm a noob to cellphone cases, and am rather skeptical of cases such as this one, but for my own esthetics I do prefer them over the bulky units.
Nice case! I look to get this

Note 3 Power Case

I've seen cases like these for many years now. Wondering if anyone on here has purchased one for their N3. If so, care to share your thoughts and or opinions?

I don't own one but I have a Spigen Neo Hybrid Case.
The Note is already a pretty bulky device and too large for most peoples hands.
Add a relatively thin case like the Spigen and even I, someone with large hands, have a hard time holding it with one hand.
The Power Case looks even more bulky.
A friend of mine has a Power Case for his One Max and it is just a little bit too over the top in my opinion.

I have the Neo hybrid as well and like it quite a bit. I wouldn't mind adding just a little more bulk in exchange for more battery life. But I def don't want to carry around a brick either. It already has a hard time fitting into my jean pockets with the Neo Hybrid.
Anyway, if anyone has one post something here about it, I'd be curious to hear about it. If I end up getting one I'll def do a review.
Don't bother with power cases. A spare battery would be cheaper and more efficient. It is smaller and easier to carry. It doesn't make your phone look fat and silly. It doesn't occupy your usb port. You can use any case with it.
Moreover сharging cases and power banks have very low efficiency rate. I doubt you can fully charge your stock Note battery with any of cases you suggested.
Charging cases are just toys for Apple fans.

Light Slim Case for the Note Pro 12.2

Having read other case threads and looking at what's on sale from case manufacturers, I'm surprised that no one else mentioned weight. This is a hefty device by itself, and I don't want to add an additional pound or more of weight to it. Some cases available at amazon Canada weigh in at 450 grams! That's practicalally like adding an extra pound of heft to the alreasy heavy note 12.2. The idea for me at least, is to get a case that's light, slim and non intrusive. Any one else seeking the same or has found something like this?
The slimmest one available is the Samsung OEM case. It adds very little thickness to the size of the tablet, maintains the same texture and soft feel, and even has some sort of magnetic hold 1/3 of the bottom of the backside, so that the front cover sticks to it, to form a perfect angle for typing (using to compose this note).

[Q] Protective Case Recommendations?

I've read through a lot of the posts regarding cases, and have been considering the Logitech keyboard case, but honestly, the reviews aren't very good for the case as far as securing and protecting the device. I'm mainly concerned about the screen getting cracked or scratched during transit. My pro will spend most of its time on my desk but will have a lot of time in my backpack between classes. At the moment it's sharing space with my Mac Book Air in a soft briefcase-type of thing. I was hoping for something a lot like the Zagg keyboard case I have for my iPad 4. I don't care much about the keyboard since the Zagg pairs nicely with my Pro, and I plan to use the stylus 99% of the time.
Any recommendations or ideas? The Zagg for my iPad is pretty low quality as far as the keyboard is concerned but I've never worried about traveling with my iPad when it's in that case. It's a real beast!
Although I don't have one, my vote goes to the Speck Stylefolio .
1. You say you don't need a keyboard since you already have one that works.
2. Having the flip cover protects the screen while in your bag.
3. The flip cover does not have any magnets which means no interference with S-Pen functionality.
OtterBox. Period. Adds some major weight and size, but if you truly want what you're describing - in regards to the most protection any case out there can offer - then there you have it. It's also $130. Best $130 you'll spend on your nearly $700 tablet. A little steep, but your investment is just a tid-bit steeper, don't you think?
I purchased this one off a recommendation here. It protects it nicely but I will be trimming it around the buttons as it covers them slightly. And annoys the crap out of me.

I do have the Speck Stylefolio, and it provides great overall protection with minimal bulk, and securely holds the Note Pro. Quality materials, worth the cost.
=GO=
You can find iPad Case at www cell-phonecover com.
I have both the Samsung flip cover, which has no bulk and the Samsung Keyboard case. Had the logitech, and it damaged the corner by the spen by chipping the finish off the tab.
The flip cover corners have cracked and kinda fits looser. I only use it if I'm doing a site walk outside for work. Other than that, if it's on your desk most of the time, I would recommend a stand of some sort that doubles as a cover.

Carved - real wood cases

Hi everybody.
I love Carved cases (http://www.carved.com/)
I bought few of them for my friends but never owned one. I was looking forward to buying one for my new Pixel and finally Carved opened the pre-orders.
BUT
They are releasing only "Traveler" model, which is a bulkier version of their case. They are not going to release "Slim" model, which I always buy...
Does anyone getting the Traveler? Have anyone had the expirience with the Traveler before?
I really love the design of their cases but I don't want bulkier case, even the fact that Traveler doesn't have the cutouts for power and volume buttons pisses me off (Slim had the cutouts for buttons)
Sharing your expirience is much appreciated
I really like those Satellite cases. Hopefully they make them available for the Pixels.
I always get Carved cases for my phone but I find that it usually takes less than a month for me to crack the slim cases. The traveller case is rubberized and can handle a little bit more without cracking.

Have you ordered one for pixel?
My GF's slim case survived one year just fine even though she can be clumsy. However the one that we bought for her Mom cracked twice during two weeks proving your statement))
How do you like traveller case overall? How bulky it is compared to Slim?
They only just made them available for the pixel but I immediately ordered one. I'll post something about it when I get it (if I remember) but it might take a little longer since I'm up here in Canuckleland. I've only ever had the slim cases since that's all they had available for my Nexus 6 but I got my girlfriend a traveler case for her iPhone and I was extremely jealous. The traveler isn't much bulkier than the slim case, but like I said, it's rubberized so it won't crack like the slim case. I'd liken it in size to the lighter, commuter otter boxes... Maybe a little thinner, it's hard to say.
I'm a guy who likes to minimize the bulkiness of my phone and I can't wait to get my custom Carved traveler case!

Will look forward to your review thanks
Just got my new Carved case for my Pixel. As you can tell from the "New member" tag under my name, I'm new here and can't figure out how to post pictures at the moment. However, in short, the case is fantastic. I got a mahogany custom traveller case. I will say that it somehow doesn't quite feel as "premium" as other cases, but that's just referring to the plastic/rubber part, the woodwork is phenomenal, I think this might just be because it's new and I'm not used to the feel of it yet. If you've ever had one of their cases before though, you'll likely know what I mean. It's not noticeably different in size than my Spigen Liquid Crystal and it's got good grip around the edges. The only criticism that I have for it is that the power and volume buttons on the side are barely raised and it's hard to feel them out when I'm not looking at the phone.
Overall though, I would highly recommend it. It's a great case and I'm glad I got it. The customization options are great... to be honest, it's hard to find the words to recommend the case enough, I love it. Carved makes an exceptional product
I regret what I said about it feeling premium. I lurvs this case.

That's nice!
I decided to skip at least for now as I already purchased two cases and don't wanna spend more yet. Also I unfortunately have white pixel and it won't be as good as black with traveller case.
However, if they out more great designs by artists, I might jump on one
These guys are running a pretty nice Cyber Monday Deal - 25% most cases, $10 the custom SATELLITE case. FREE screen protector with every case purchase. I'm in for one SATELLITE.
I ended up ordering one of their "map" custom cases, which is quite expensive I must say, but I am very excited because the case will display a very important place to me will update with the photos when it arrives (closer to Christmas)
I ordered one of their custom satalite cases and it's really nice. Very unique looking. The lip is good and should protect the screen. It's also not too bulky of a case. Each case is unique and made in Indiana. Very cool.

Sorry for the delay. Posting the pictures of my custom map case. I like the design, but as I expected it is bulkier than I would like it to be. I would be much happier with slim case if carved made it...
