i will add patches for lolipop when i have chance, but i would prefer to backport CAF kernel .

Lastly, I rooted my phone using SuperSu flashed with TWRP. Can I flash this ROM with TWRP or Odin?

hello, yes. as long as you have 4.1.2 jb it is compatible to our shv-e160k and shv-e160s. well, ive tried it to several devices.. only shv-e160l is not compatible. the touchscreen will not work after reboot when I install it on a shv-e160l variant cheers!

Sgs3 rom is android 4.0.4 release it is no 4.0.3 so that means this is a s3 themed rom not a s3 ported rom
If the rom was ported it would be in s2 android original development section as the framework of s3 is different than the framework of s2
So u have to port the whole s3 frame work to s2 to get s3 rom to run on s2 i too am waitn fr that port too if its possible and we dont have to buy another expensive samsung device only fr software upgrades

I didn't had time to test the zip file. I tested the apps one by one and it was ok.
Please make a nandroid backup before flashing it.
The reboot will take 10-15 minutes due to android.policy and services mods.
Please give feedback after flashing the zip file.

How can I modify the files inside the zip to make it model FY (instead of F) and language= PHE (spanish) instead of original model F an russian language?

If you want to have FY instead of F you need to modify /system/build.prop file.
For the language, you can select any language during the setup phase after you flash the ROM.

Concerning root, I couldn't find any solution yet. I tried modding the old 5.0.1 kernel, I tried flashing 5.0.1 bootloaders and so on. None of these worked.
In the moment you flash the SuperSu zip file, the ROM is loading but after 1-2 minutes it restarts.
Waiting for Samsung kernel source.
Please leave a feedback if you decide to flash the ROM.

Is it possible that you add some shortcuts to the notification bar? I would love to see a 3G/LTE switcher shortcut, like it's in cyanogenmod.
As lte is draining the battery very fast and I would like to fast switch from LTE to 3G in hard to reach lte places.
I think there would be also some other interesting things to be put in the notification bar shortcuts.

hey buddy its not jus that its all down loads even from browser will this fix that also as i quite like this rom i went bak to noble rom becoause of the download issue

I can only use it as trial. Am i forgetting to set simething?
I am rooted. I installed the apk. Then i deleted the settings folder and moved the file of the theme to the required destination using a root explorer. I also set the permissions.

You are doing everything quite right indeed. Only 2 notes to verify your procedure ...
- After installing and before doing anything, did you wait for the "Installation Completed" toast message ?
- After moving the file org.AllBacksBlack.Aurum.json file, did you boot? Just a "Hot Boot" would suffice ...
More than that I can't think of anything and you would be doing what everybody else has succeeded.
Please keep me informed.

I've quite didn't understand the last part of your behavior description.
I have experienced some "lousiness" from Theme Store/Engine. If a previous theme had status bar themed and the actual doesn't, that previous remained until a necessary boot (hot boot).
There are 28 icons (main Samsung Apps) inside the Theme Package and there is the complimentary package distributed. These 28 are presented below.

hello! I was looking for a black theme for my note 4 and I saw this alone the way. Can you please help me how to install this on my phone. Im confused with samsung galaxy theme engine. I recently rooted and install twrp on my note 4 sm-n910g.

Hi,
Unfortunately Samsung didn't bring their theme store to our n4 so we have to trick the device a bit. You will have to look for a ported Rom (either s6, s7, or n5) because those also have the theme store. I'm using echoe rom v26 which is a n5 port... without those steps the theme store won't work so make sure you have this covered. Next you can just follow the install instructions from OP to get ABB working.

I'm rocking the N910f but it should work on the g model. It's important that you use a custom kernel which is for your g model. Else check out Dr. Ketan Rom .. if I remember correct he has/had the g model. If you decide to use echoe it's important that you use version 26 because it's the only rom that has the theme store. Then flash the rom and before booting flash the custom kernel that fits your model.

thanks for the info. i cant decide yet. i just want a black theme without flashing a custom rom. if i cant find any way to do that, i guess i just have to flash a custom rom. compiling and decompiling apk is a lot of work. perhaps there other way to do that.

Hello guys. Im here with my new work. In fact this rom has been ported by the master @Ale95 . v1 was a buggy rom and I got permission to work on this awesome port.

Hi, first of all thank you for your hard work. Even though the G900H didn't get the support it deserved for AOSP roms, we've got some decent Samsung roms. So I'm trying to install this rom but I get this error:
- Run logo changer script
set_perm: some changes failed
Updater process ended with ERROR: 7
Error installing zip file ' Rom Location '
Any solutions?

I dont know. I only use duki kernel and happy with it. My battery is old, so I cant say anything. You test and report for others

Im using duki kernel. Never tried GA. Rom is very fast. If you ever tried v1 once, you will see the huge differences.
Hi, this is smooth and great. I love this rom. But i think it will be much much greater if this rom has a DPI Changer feature, because i think the default DPI is too big. But overall, this rom is good. :good:

Thanks ?. You can use any dpi changer from play store. They will change dpi directly when u set.

Brother, mc xs is stock based rom, this a7 port is a port rom as it is named. It means you will use a different device's firmware on your S5 on this rom. Too many differences here. See screenshots, try the rom.
