Have you installed the drivers for fastboot or ADB? If not you have to do so, and it shouldn't take much time if you use the fastboot gordon gate installer.

Not able to unlock bootloader on E311

Hi All,
I have rooted the phone using king root and it rooted my kitkat, then i downloaded MTKdroid tools and flashed TWRP.
My problem starts here, after flashing using MTK droid tools it does not boot on reccovery but it boot into normal mode. I did a research using fastboot and found that the bootloader is locked. I tried
fastboot oem unlock it shows the disclaimer screen but when i selected the key it says unlock failed. Again i googled out and found some devices are code locked. Is there any method for E311 bootloader unclock.
Your help is very much appreciated
There is no botloader man...
Try this commands. But before paste the recovery image in fastboot folder of ur pc and rename it 'twrp' then open cmd window. And type "adb devices" If u see ur device listed, u can proceed. But if it is not or it shows unauthorised, do the following
1. Install proper drivers on ur pc
2. Enable usb debugging
3. Then connect to pc and bring down ur notification panel of ur phone.Click on usb options and select camera option. Then again enter "adb devices" in pc. Even then if it shows unauthorised, you will see authorisation window in ur phone...
Ur done!!!
U can enter following commands
"adb reboot bootloader"
Wait for some time then
"fastboot flash recovery twrp.img"
Then ur pc screen will show succeeded!!
Then enter
"fastboot reboot"
Ur phone will reboot into normal mode
then enter "adb reboot recovery"
Congo!! U have twrp custom recovery installed

If you do these steps exactly then your phone can enter the recovery normally and you can flash any stock or custom rom.
1- Download and install Minimal ADB and Fastboot from this link: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24521665358595410
2- Download and install Flashtool drivers from this link: http://doomlord.xperia-files.com/download.php?dlid=Rmxhc2h0b29sLWRyaXZlcnMtMS41LTIwMTQwMzE4
Skip Step 2 if you already installed Flashtool Drivers that install with Flashtool if you have installed it.
3- Download the latest twrp recovery from this link: https://dl.twrp.me/sirius/twrp-3.0.2-0-sirius.img.html
4- Move the twrp recovery that you have downloaded in step 3 to this Path C:\Program Files\Minimal ADB and Fastboot
5- Download this kernel from this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bwn7bAJ-USZjZzg0Q2I2RWlWa1U/view?pref=2&pli=1
6- Extract it then you will find boot.img take this file and move it too to this Path C:\Program Files\Minimal ADB and Fastboot
7- put your phone in fastboot mode by this way >> (Power off your phone completely then wait for 10 second then press and hold the volume up then connect your phone to the computer with usb cable while you are pressing and holding the volume up then the led will change it's color to blue.. that is the fastboot mode)
8- Now go to the Minimal ADB and Fastboot folder in that path (C:\Program Files\Minimal ADB and Fastboot) Press shift button from keyboard then press right click form mouse while pressing the shift button you will find an option [Open command window here] Press it.
9- In the command window write this command exactly: fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.0.2-0-sirius.img
10- Then write this command after it: fastboot flash boot boot.img
11- After it flashed successfully reboot your phone by writing this command: fastboot reboot then unplug the usb from the phone
12- when the phone reboot and the sony logo appears keep pressing the volume up and down until the twrp recovery opens
13- Done
I wish that i had helped you. if you want any thing just ask me and i will answer.

Hi , in your place I will download latest stock firmware for your device and extract , boot.img , system.img , recovery.img and also fastboot.img if you have inside your stock firmware.
Next install minimal adb&fastboot tool :
Download link:
https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=745425885120698566
How to install:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317790
Example how to flash those files from command line :
First check if your device is recognized on your pc :
write command in adb&fastboot terminal tool :
fastboot devices (you should see some numbers )
Now put those files inside adb folder where you installed adb&fastboot terminal for example :
C:/adb/
Now flash each file :
fastboot flash boot boot.img (and press Enter)
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img -||-
fastboot flash system system.img -||-
fastboot flash fastboot fastboot.img -||-
now :
fastboot reboot -||-
Now your device will reboot and it will take some time to load for the first time if it doesn't boot to system just put your device again into fastboot mode , open adb&fastboot terminal and write:
fastboot boot boot.img and wait little bit to boot up , if not try :
fastboot boot system.img ...
Before trying other options, I do suggest you to remove and replace the battery when the phone is disconnected from your PC and possibly when it's powered off. Then restart the phone in "Fastboot mode" by pressing VolumeUP+PowerButton keys until the phone vibrates. This helped me a lot and I was not able to find this trick in the dozen of discussions, except one, that I read about this topic.
