cheatDroid apk or apkEditor pro will do it
But how to do it? In apk file editor pro i have access to resource of app but i cannot find app restricions file...

look at screenshot it's impossible to edit prefs, it says App Restrictions AAAAAA==

I have never tried something like that, but, does this kind of stuff have something to do with rooting your phone?

You can convert ozip to zip via ozip2zip.

already tested with stock laumcher and it doesnt work too, theme still not appear in display setting menu..
heres attached is my pushed apk folder. is there anything wrong? maybe with permission setting or such?
