I unlocked the bootloader kitkat. what I have to unlock it again ?. How do I install the kernel installed on this lolipop to have twrp?
Wysłane z mojego C6833 przy użyciu Tapatalka

its either you already have a TWRP on the previous version which is KitKat, if not make your phone rooted, unlocked bootloader with recovery before doing or flashing this new version (Lollipop)

I am on the GPe port as well. What steps did you exactly take to flash this Sony ROM?
Did you flash another Recovery or Kernel first or did you flash it from the TWRP which is part of Scrubbers port?

No, why? I don't have the SGP611, I flashed my own prerooted zip for my SGP612 and the recovery is working without issues.

Hi glimmling,
I downloaded the prerooted SGP612 MM rom you shared (thanks!). My only concerns are about locked bootloader (mine Z3 is still locked, do I need to unlock before flash your rom?) and wipe\factory reset (is it mandatory or can I dirty flash?)
Thanks in advance!
is there a newer version for SGP611? i`ve seen there is version 23.5.A.0.575 for SGP612.

Hi. If you already have root and twrp, you shouldn't need to unlock the bl again. As far as I know, unlocking was only needed in the past as one step in the rooting process. Later rooting was possible without unlocking with Kingroot.
I flashed the zip and only wiped dalvik/cache.

Root SM-G925F

I've a little Question.
I want to root my Phone. I've installed latest official Marshmallow update (G925FXXU3DPDP) and don't know what's the way to root. The cf-autoroot from File Chainfire is different from my current Buildnumber.
I saw a Video from "Highonandroid" in that he first flashed the SpaceX Kernel and then the Twrp, does this work?
One more Question: When i flashed Twrp and want to install a 5.1.1 over the Official Marshmallow, do i get a bootloop then?
Sorry for the Questions, but i am new at this and don't want to do anything wrong
Flash twrp as in original android development section. Then flash supersu.zip.
And no 5.1.1 rom on MM booloader.

Doesn't matter if the build numbers aren't exactly the same. As long as your device is g925f zeroltexx the root will work fine.
I have 6.0.1 g925f and i used cf autoroot a few days ago and no issues or errors

Can't use the twrp you used on OS 3 for ROMs that don have updated bootloader (currently Ashwins CM13, CM14 do.) For the rest you have to use original twrp. You can just flash it in your current recovery by pressing IMG button bottom right.

Did you install OS 2 before you flashed original twrp?
You have tou use the correct corresponding twrp for each Android version. Official 3.0.20 and unofficial oos 3 twrp version don't work both ways.
Omicron Technics
Fastboot install old OnePlus recovery, then flash OOS 2.2.3.
Then fastboot flash Official TWRP.

The stock roms of le pro3 do not bring recovery.
The recovery comes factory installed and is not changed with updates.

Now I have little time.
When I can I will look at it.
I think 720's TWRP is correct, the failure is the security of the 26S ROM, if it does not find original stock recovery locks the phone.
Greetings.

He has 020s with unlocked bootloader
Does this mean that people who got 20S with TWRP from bangood (vendor rom) can flash this and then use 26S ?
(not sure why someone would want that though)
Absolutely not.
camera problems
I formatted the phone in format reset mode and installed the Paranoid Android 7.3.1 for the X722 ELITE ZL0. Now the camera does not work anymore. Can you help me?
