Dude, you have mistaken, this zip contains difference between latest sprint Base and older. 15 international base, because int base already had camera fix which other carriers only got now, I made this zip for compare for users running. 15 int base, if sprint user running older Base flashes this he won't get new camera, and more drivers are missing for them than.

[DEV-ROM]Stock EU_1.20.402.1 for porting [GB 2.3.4]

DO NOT flash this to US EVO 3D, for DEVS only !!!![/size]
This is a stock rooted EU Shooter 1.20.401.2 ROM (odexed) to use as a base for the DEVs so it can be ported. This was extracted directly from the RUU.
The only MODS made to this were that it has been ROOTED and ZIPALIGNED.
I would port it but I don't know how.

I am hoping I don't come off like an ass when I say this... So I apologize in advance...
You post a ZIP file of a ROM from Euro device for "Devs" that want to port it? Any Dev would use the original (which is assuming where you got this) from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1176174. A real Dev would not need this for porting. They would use the original. Just saying...
Also, for anyone interested, I did a side by side comparison of this Euro ROM and the US ROM back on July 21st: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=15847420&postcount=17. It details the specific /system changes besides the OS change.
I think your effort is commendable but maybe a duplication in work... Either way thanks for adding to the community!

umm yea, you're sounding like an ass. sure they are perfectly capable of doing that and YAY for them if they do. just trying to save someone a few steps because i had nothing else to do. it's much more convenient to work with a zip then to have to pull it all from the RUU.
anyone more knowledgeable than I attempt to port this yet?
JoelZ and I have been working on it but the display will not work properly. Apparently it's not as straight forward as we thought.
I got it to boot with sound and everything the screen went out and I'm currently trying to fix a radio issue now. I really hope there isn't a RUU in my future. LMAO

Sure. "Base" is a term used to refer to the starting point of a ROM, in this context. Essentially, at a high level, for this device there are two "main" bases, AOSP/CyanogenMod and Stock Sense. If the dev is using the stock sense ROM as their base, then when a new update is released, they have a new base to start from.
The process consists of them taking the old tweaks and re-applying them to the new files in the new/updated "base"/OTA files. Depending on what the OTA contains, the new tweaks might port across easily, or might take some more work. All depends on the type of tweak and the changes made in the OTA!
Some ROM devs will work off the OTA files as their new base and others will work off the official RUU leak as their base. Personally, I prefer the RUU as this contains a full set of all the files where as most OTAs contain a patch version of the file which has to be applied over the previous full version of the file. Either way, the concept is the end product will be the same, just a difference in preference of approach!
Hope that helps make more sense of the term and the process!
Mikey will have all of that working soon. It takes a little time to port everything over. This latest ota was a huge change from the last one. Both sense and ics were upgraded to a new version. Give Mikey some time to work his magic.

[ROM][Nov 09] Navalynt's Optimized Base | RC1 Update 2 | 1.23.1540.1 | T6UL (GSM Only)
Introduction
My intention with this ROM is to create an optimized but stable base that I can use for my daily ROM and from which others can customize for their own ROM releases. I have no intention of spending large swathes of my time with programming and debugging for custom features, many of which can be added through the Xposed Framework. As much as I would like to do that I just don't have the time so please don't take offense to the fact that I have no feature request section and may just plain say no if asked to add something.

Please feel free to take this base and build off of it to create your own custom ROMs!

How to install a Custom Recovery
There are two current options from Flyhalf205
TWRP v2.6.3.0
CWM v6.0.4.4 (touch or classic)
It doesn't really matter which one you use, it's all personal preference. Just download one, reboot to the bootloader (Power + Vol Up), and flash using the command fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
After flashing the recovery you'll want to reboot into the recovery and IMMEDIATELY make a NANDROID BACKUP. There are no RUUs available (that I know of) so if something goes wrong you need a backup you can restore! My personal recommendation is that you backup to an external SD card and also keep a copy of the clockworkmod or twrp backup store on your computer for safe keeping.

How to Install the ROM
ROM performs a FULL WIPE (except for internal/external SD storage)
First of all, have you made your NANDROID BACKUP yet?
Copy the ROM to either Internal or External SD (doesn't really matter)
Reboot to recovery and flash the zip file!

I can't really talk about the base except that the 1540 designation in the build number says it's a developer edition. The only way to know if it's going to work on your phone is to try it out. Just make a nandroid first so if it doesn't work you can just restore your stock ROM.
It should work so long as your phone model is t6ul.

The RIL files within the ROM are for US bands, so from what you are describing it's possible this ROM simply will not work with your carrier.
Edit: Added as a known issue for now. It would be awesome if at least one more person on O2 or an O2 based MVNO would test and verify.
After half day running, the Rom is quite stable, smooth, thanks guy.

Because my phone is unlocked it wouldn't matter if I used Vodafone, tmobile or 3, the mobile internet settings were completely greyed out and, when I inputted a code into dialer and went to phone settings it was set to wcdma

Unlocked just means you can put in another carriers SIM card. If your phone wasn't unlocked you would get a popup asking to enter a subsidy code.
The RIL is the radio interface layer. In simplest terms it acts as the go-between for the operating system and the actual cellular radio on the phone. If the ROM has a RIL file that is not compatible with the radio in your phone then cellular data will simply not work.
That is what the problem sounds like to me because restoring your nandoid (going back to stock) fixed the issue. I've tested this ROM on several handsets with several SIM cards and had reports via PM from several users that this ROM is working fine for them so the only thing I can think of an incompatibility between the RIL and cellular radio.
We're still in the infant stages of development for the HTC One Max so there's probably going to be several other pronounced differences between handsets depending on where they are sold.
One thing you could try is pulling these files from your stock ROM and pushing them to the custom ROM:
/system/lib/libhtc_rilhook.so
/system/lib/libril.so
/system/lib/libril-qc-qmi-1.so
/system/lib/libril-qcril-hook-oem.so
The easiest way to do this would be use adb pull on your computer while booted as stock, then replace those files in the ZIP for the custom ROM before transferring it to your phone to flash.
If you try this please post what happens!

How about Viper4Android instead. There are A LOT of extra options to customize the audio with that than with Beats (which is really just a equalizer preset). Plus it's still being actively developed and the developers don't mind integration with custom ROMs so long as proper credit is given for the work.

I'll see if I can put together a supplimental ZIP file tomorrow which adds Viper4Android and update a FAQ section with info on it as well some info on using ROM Cleaner v2.0 to get rid of the Sense elements that are unwanted. I personally get rid of most of it but I don't want to maintain a separate "slim" rom or start maintaining a fancy Aroma installation unless it's absolutely necessary.

hey @j13smiley *cough* ... check over here -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2601175 ... we are discussing the new OTA since 2 days already ... the actual OTA.zip is also linked over in that other thread in the general Dinc4G section
based on the new 2.19.605.2 OTA (uploaded here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=49243081&postcount=7 by @dcooterfrog) i managed to execute all patches manually and "offline" on my linux system (following the guidance from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1286731)
I have uploaded the full set of OTA changed files (apps, framework etc) here: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?a=show&w=files&flid=7765
* all newly added files from the OTA included
* all patch-files executed, based on the 2.17.605.2 RUU and resultant 2.19.605.2 apk/odex etc files included
* old and new sha1 checksums verified (as per updater-script from the OTA)
* included all files from the RUU that got _removed_ by the OTA (for reference)
* attached the full summary of build.prop changes
(* missing: deodex and zipalign the newly patched files, for an easier comparison with the prev deodexed STOCK-rom, based on the 2.17.605.2 RUU ... to start at least some new mods and/or updates for Sense-based Dinc4G roms)
important notes: only in the (original) OTA included is a full new firmware set: boot.img, radio.img 1.53.06.1009 (was: 1.53.06.0919), recovery.img etc
also important: among the removed (and _not replaced!_) files is the: /system/lib/libDxOAF.so !!!
It thus looks like as if with the new OTA, the cam on our Dinc4G does _not_ rely any longer on that damn patented DxO-autofocus library, as HTC/Verizon removed it from the ROM via OTA 2.19.605.2. Along this line it is also suggestive of an updated kernel, to make up for the removal of that DxO autofocus library. This could in principle allow us to finally FIX the problem of camera initialization on JB-based Sense-ROMS which were missing a function cam due to that patented DxOAF lib not being included in the official HTC kernel-sources. (CM already solved it on their own via a different and newly written cam-lib for the Dinc4G!)Sense-based roms!!
i sincerely hope that the Dinc4G-dev community for Sense-based roms and mods is NOT yet completely dead :crying::fingers-crossed: ... let us show them that we can do more than just the 20th incarnation of another CM/AOSP rom.
Could we import these patched files in say viperROM or the rooted 2.17 stock rom?

even if deodexed ... not as such, at least not into Viper as they heavily modified almost ALL system-files/apks as well. but after deodexing they should be fine to upgrade the stock-rooted 2.17.605.2 rom ... and possibly others, even like Pizzuto (maybe), but not directly as 24ky (in case of pizzuto) would have to check if his modifications interfere / are implemented in apks to be changed. he could (if he has time and is willing to) integrate the OTA-updated files into his rom by _re-adding_ his modifications to the new _base + OTA-included_ apk and framework.

Figured since AT&T has NOT released an update as they have to bloat and carrieriq the hell outta a rom before release, Id make the first official sense 6 AT&T rom...shrugs...folks seem to think the euro builds are less boated or something, us developer build is best release for att because its same hardware onnly (difference is cid) as att devices...

This build is smooth as butter. Looks like an official AT&T Rom if they didn't use bloat haha ?. Still testing battery life but seems like it's doing great haven't even lost a piece of the battery bar yet

Possibly a newer, faster build later today...Sounds like the initial ROM is doing well

Well it is nice to see someone working on the AT&T version. IMO the international ones work fine but for some reason the AT&T based roms seem smoother... At least that was my experience with cleanrom before..

Almost forgot the camera, pics, and screen itself is noticeably more vibrant and the clarity is astonishing

Why can't AT&T create our ROMs like this? Lol. Battery life and speed is amazing like always. This is refreshing after trying the ports, not to say anything against anyone's work but this feels like this is how my phone should be
