Bypass tether limit with pdanet (blocked by tmobile)
Mms compression disabled with 1MB/3MB and 5MB options
Voice Over LTE enabled (in Settings > Call) - works 100% on Tmobile, need people from other carriers to test

What doesn't work:
Wi-Fi Calling (dev edition doesn't come with Wi-Fi calling) . The option is in the process of being ported. 95% complete.

-First boot will take a pretty long time to load, rest assured and be patient that it will boot. I flashed it twice just to be sure.
-Please turn off ambeint display in Settings>>Display upon first boot. Its not ready yet.
