1.If i will install Jelly bean my files will be deleted [images music and other stuff]?
2.my installed app will be deleted?
3.My contacts will be deleted?
Do i need to save anything before i install JB?

1. No music, photos won't be touched
2. Use titanium backup to backup apps( https://play.google.com/store/apps/...e&utm_medium=organic&utm_term=titanium+backup)
3. Google cloud will store your contacts

my device belong in Greece so my question is: what i have to do to install this rom [ROM][4.1.2] [XXELKC] [Sotmax Jelly Bean Ultimate Stock V9] GT-i9300 *stable as rock pls a clear answer because you can understad the cofusion

If your phone is not rooted then first you need to root it and install cwm recovery. You can search forum for tutorials.
Then download the rom in your phones external sd card and flash it via cam.
