Download ROM, check md5sum, and place rom in your internal/external sdcard.
Boot into recovery and wipe system, cache, data. (Make sure you make a backup to avoid hassle.)

I think you have to flash cm11 before you flash this rom.

So I should google cm11 and enter first link and chose moto moto_msm8960dt and flash that before your ROM?

If u haven't flashed a cm11 and let it boot up, then lollipop Roms will never work for you. It only takes one time to flash a cm11 ROM then after that u can flash any lollipop ROM u want as long as the ROM doesn't have boot issues

bro i flashed it over the rom bliss pop (clean install) and i got stuck at the logo, do i need to flash cm11 before this one ?

Yes. When coming from blisspop, you have to a full wipe an reinstall of everything.
