I am creating a flashable zip file for updating my android ICS rom.I have been following the below tutorial for making the flashable zip,
And for signature matching I have followed the below tutorial
http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...tutorial-making-flashable-zips-edify-t1611615
After everything done successfully when I want to use my flashable zip from stock recovery mode then it says "Signature Verification Failed".
But I have followed everything that is written in the tutorial. So where is the problem??Can anyone help??
I am attaching the the zip with the thread also..

Have you tried toggle zip verification and signed zipped.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1966007?

I have been trying to signed the zip using SignApk tool?
Do I also have to signed the flash zip file ??
I actually could not understand the whole process as I am new on it.
Another thing can you tell me Is it possible to use a flash zip file in stock recovery mode??

Corrupt File

Im trying to put the FROYO_2.2.1_Final_Android_Stock Rom on my HTC Hero, however once I try to flash it, It says after verifying update package:
"E:Corrupt file: system/app/HTC_IME_lo15.apk
E: Verification failed
Installation Aborted."
Can someone help me please?
Try downloading it again or use a different link to download the file
What recovery are you using?
If you are using Amon Ra it could be that the file is not signed.Either flash clockworkmod recovery or sign the zip file.
Happened to me before... try to d/l the file again (if possible from a different source) and it should work just fine.

Desire C (aka golf) - how to make flashable CWM zip of stock rom?

Hi.
I'm tryin to make flashable zip image of stock rom for CWM, but i dont know how to start. I'm aware that structure of zip archive of custom rom is different than stock one. I've extracted rom.zip from ruu.exe then renamed it into "PL01DIAG.zip", and tried to flash it through normal recovery and found it doesn't work (something wrong with hboot). So i decided to repack orginal archve and create new one which will be able to flash via clock work mod - but i duno how to do it.
The question is how to make it work?
btw. Bootloader is unlocked.
thanks a lot for help & sorry for my english

ZIP Signature Verification Success On Stock Recovery

I Get A File From OTA Update Original For GT-I8190 In Folder /CACHE/OTA-Update/, But I Have Deleting Files delta.bin (35 Mb) Because Easy In Upload, I Already Tried Flash Stock Recovery And The Signature Verification Success But Installs Update My Firmware Failure (My Firmware Not Official / Custom). I Think The Signature Verification Can Use To Create File Root Flash From Stock Recovery.
Download ZIP Signature OTA Update
It's not only Signature Verification but also checksum involved.
Can it be edited to work?

I Also Think So. And I Hope Someone Can Make File Root Or The Other Flash From Stock Recovery.
Correct me if I'm wrong but that checksum looks like what md5 [file1 file2 etc] would spit out - the kind of thing you do when CWM can't restore your backup.

Link to latest recovery image required.

I've got the "Your device is corrupt" message appear on my Swift 2. In the summer my wife had the same issue with hers and I fixed it by downloading the TOS163B Signed Recovery zip and applying update from SD card but it won't install on mine because it is older than the installed version. So I found TOS249H Signed Fastboot zip and I am getting a signature verification error.
What file do I need to fix this? I'm guessing a later Recovery zip file but I can't find it.
Thanks in Advance

Problem with Magisk rooting

Well, i decided to root my tablet(Samsung SM-T515) with Magisk.Following the in instruction i downloaded AP file for my device, patched boot image and transfered it to my PC.Then i tried to flash my image with Odin, but i failed because you cant flash modified files with odin.My image has tar.md5 format and i can't just delete md5 extension because
my archive becomes invalid. Please dont advise to install TWRP because there is no build for my device.I also cant build my own recovery because i dont have root permission.Should i use other flashing tool or something?
Maybe try Heimdall?
Also there does seem to be a TWRP build for your device....
Thanks, I tried but i can't choose necessary image because its incompatible with heimdall.I read that you need rfs files to flash
Make sure that you are ingest the correct Binary compilation or kernel version of the new ROM.
