I´m new to this Xperia (i bought the X1), but I imagine that rooting this phone is something similar to jailbraking an Iphone, Is not? I will give me the chance to put in some custom firmware on so on.
I'm in Mexico with Telcel operator but after a unlocking it I´m using it with Movistar Mexico.
I will like to root it but I'm afraid I will lose the garanty.
Is there a way to recover the original room first and to put it right in if I need to service the phone. (It was really expensive)
Any ideas will be apreciated. (sorry for my english)

First off, Im a noob here so sorry if I post something in the wrong place -_-
I recently sold a batch of 9506 S4, asian version, once my customer received it, it turned out the phone did have any French language.
Thinking that stock Samsung android no matter which version would have French. This was Asian OEM stock.
Any help will be appreciated.
