Is it just cm12 with a little bit of addons or its newly ported rom ? and does app to sd function works?
system error
when you install rom you dont have to do a system format because if you do that you will get a system error. (system missing).
You can install rom is it still wrong?

After i installed that rom i see that i dont have root acces. So i rooted again with DP TOOLS and after that i can flesh recovery mode again. After i to that all is work nice.

process for "install"
Yes i have read the process and the forum but how EXACTLY do i install this? I saw there was a Stock.zip and then the original one, what are the commands? Im just lost. I camefrom a Galaxy Mega and it was far easier then a sony device.
Please help. I am rooted running Candy Rom but i want group messaging and the chance of lollipop OTA.

Use CM12 on Stock
You can get rid of the Stock ROM and use that Slot and Space for CM12, don't worry, you will not delete SS when you format Stock /system/ partition.
On my XT910 (umts_spyder), i have CM12 on Stock and my CM11 on Slot 1, without problems and CM12 more faster because not need to use SD cards anymore

A2 Original Rom
I didn't install any custom rom till now but I want to install it, I want to know that how can I install back Original Rom of Qmobile A2 If i encounter any problem and want original Rom back.
