If you use google chrome you can translate the hole page , but you still need to register on baidu site . Problem is that it need a phone number and i really don't like this kind of registering. For example on miui site you don't need a phone number to register. Maybe the rom will be posted there too .

I just clicked the link, put the password and then on the page that has the icon in the middle, I clicked on the top button grey button with the (354MB) written. No registration needed.
I don't think I ever registred to that site...
