Review (French with English subtitle) OLD VERSION, NO LOLLIPOP SUPPORT​
This mod requires a Custom Recovery (TWRP, CWM, Philz Touch).
Bootloader Changer allows you to change the bootloader on the fly through AROMA (graphically)!
You can change the rom as you like, switch between Jellybean for KitKat or simply Lollipop.
You can update your recovery with it (recommended).
Bootloader Changer support the multi language (French, English, Portuguese, Czech, Spannish, Russian, Italian, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Turkish & you can help for other languages )

Jellybean
KitKat
Lollipop(*)
Lollipop Bumped(*)
Lollipop Lokified(*)
* Not available for D803
How to :
Copy zip and md5 files in the same directories.
Use Bootloader Changer
Bootloader : Select your bootloader
Assert : yes (recommended)
Reboot : Recovery (highly recommended)
Update recovery : yes (highly recommended if not up to date)
Full wipe except sdcard.
Flash your new ROM
simpleBootstacks is a simplified version of BootloaderChanger, no AROMA, only one bootstacks/bootloader.

Can I use this to switch back to the lollipop bootloader but without flashing a new rom. I got the blastagator bumped TWRP was going to flash a rom but decided to stay on stock and its been acting weird. Wondering if downgrading the bootloader is causing this.

No as the bootloader files are meant for the D802.
Guys 1.2 is also released of the Bootloader Changer.

Are you sure you're talking about bootloader and not baseband? I don't think it would boot with KK bootloader at all.
For that, they should merge this patch.

Just click on one of the download links and browse to the folder nevax and then choose kk, jb or lp folder then you will see which partitions are included

Okay, last question
I am on a clean stock lollipop v30b with TWRP Bumped 2.8.6.1 installed and a KK bootloader.
To install official cyanogen i just need to download the file above and let install or i need to change recovery because of JB bootloader or Baseband or other?

The recovery should be fine I guess as it's an bumped one but just flash the nevax bootloader changer as it will flash the right bootloader/bootstack and also the good twrp recovery. So the only thing you have to do is flash the right baseband indeed. I am not sure or you need for cyanogenmod kitkat or jellybean bootloader as I didn't flashed official nightlies anymore for months. The reason why is the same as in your description.

Because the Loki exploit that allowed for custom firmware was patched in these bootloaders.
