Not sure what your asking but i just put the the S6 edge launcher in my note 4 and it works so you might want to try that will work on the theme part to see if i can get that to work

This works for me too but the installation fails. And even if I manually install them, it only gets applied to icons.

The forum post was for a working s6 theme support on the s5 (since we are on the s5 main forum) not a s6 Rom with s theme engine support working maybe the OP should correct it.

Hi mate, I guess the edge screen is gone, and we will have full screen, just like 6edge plus. Who care about the edge screen since we can access to full screen with full ability of Note 5 and 6edge plus? This Rom will be superb for our Note Edge Device.

Sorry my dude, Not possible and never gonna happen.
You want to imitate it? Then, use S6 icons and launcher or themes instead.
No need to make an entire Rom for that.

I agree MIUI theme store has a TouchWiz theme available changes dialer messaging icons and settings to look like touchwiz
