I made a nice black/white theme for the Arc with help of the UOT Kitchen v4, some modding and using the great themes of hansip87 (10-in-1) and like-p (v1.8 mod) as base themes. It's based on the original Arc theme and therefore it doesn't have graphical glitches like a lot of highly customized themes. The theme is compatible with the 4.0.2.A.0.62 firmware of the Arc. Arc S and Neo are not supported but may work. Also flashing on a locked bootloader using Xperia CWM Auto-Installer may not work so be warned and make backups! It may also be required to re-login into you Google-account due to replacing of system-files.
WHAT I'VE ADDED/CHANGED:
-Customized selectable/sliding notification area widgets v2b (tnx to sj8023ld and rablex) in black and white with 2G/3G toggle. Widgets can be changed by using the included QuickPanel Settings app.
-CRT on/off animations (tnx to unknown Japanese user).
-Reboot options to CWM, fastboot and normal reboot (tnx to AdamTt, tRippinthehead and Black_jackss) in power-menu.
-Swipe-to-Remove notifications (tnx to ThJap).
-Kill app long-pressing back-button (tnx to kenjidct). Enable under Settings => Apps => Development.
-Media volume stepping in 30 steps instead of 10 (tnx to AndroidON).
-Disabled scrolling cache to improve smoothness while scrolling in list-view (tnx to AndroidON).
-Xperia S style lock-screen (tnx to FlamEmo).
-Increased smoothness of spinners (tnx to D.O.C).
-UOT Kitchen v4 changes: black/white theme, battery icon with percentage, glowing parts, customized notification area, flying animations, bubbles loading circle.
-Customized system-backgrounds. You can choose from 10 system-backgrounds in addition to the default SE themes. Suggestions for new system-backgrounds (at least 960x854 resolution in good quality) are welcome. I will not add more system-backgrounds, but instead I will replace system-backgrounds to not let the size of the package get too big. Choose them under: Settings => Display => Theme. Or don't replace DefaultThemes.apk to have only the default Sony-Ericsson themes.
-ICS boot-animation. Can easily be changed for something else by replacing bootanimation.zip with another custom animation. Or don't copy bootanimation.zip to have the default boot-animation.
-Recompiled .apk files to minimize the file-size.
-Zipaligned .apk files for optimal performance.
CWM FLASHABLE INSTALL (using DooMLoRD's kernel):
1. Make a backup as a lot of people don't read these instructions and end up in a boot-loop!
2. Download/transfer the zipped flashable theme to your phone: CWM_BnW Arc theme v13 for 4.0.2.A.0.62.zip: MediaFire
3. Start your phone at least once before flashing the file in CWM. Flashing directly after a firmware flash may result in a bootloop.
4. Restart and you're done!

MANUAL INSTALL (using rooted stock kernel):

2. Download the theme: BnW Arc theme v13 for 4.0.2.A.0.62.zip: MediaFire
3. Extract all the files in the zip-file to /system/
4. Change the permissions of the files as below (when applicable). Double-check each file as you could end up in a boot-loop if you don't set them right!

5. Move the files (when applicable) to the right place in the below order or you may have to restart (multiple times) to move them all due to UI-errors. Be sure the permissions are set as in step 4!

To recover from a bootloop you can use CWM, also on a locked bootloader using Xperia CWM Auto-Installer. Just replace the files in my CWM package with the original files and flash it to go back to the stock theme. Bootanimation.zip can be deleted manually to have the original SE boot-animation.

When replacing SystemUI.apk I got an infinite loop saying the status bar keeps crashing.
I can't even get to the phone restart.
I have set the permissions of the new files as you said (rw- r-- r--).
What can I do?
Edit: Hey, as always, I got an idea just after pressing "send"… By locking the screen, I can access to the "Turn off" function without being blocked by that error.
However my phone self restarted after placing "framework-res.apk" into "/system/folder".
Now it's in an infinite loop of restart
Edit²: From what I've read I should have used Root Explorer, other apps can't set permissions correctly.
Seems I have to flash my phone again. Is my only solution for stopping it to remove the battery?
Edit³ : I took the battery off, then reflashed it. This time I bought Root Explorer to change permissions and apply the theme, no error message and my theme is in!
(I made a slight variation of your Black&White in the end)

Sorry for the late reply. You could have flashed the doomlord custom kernel with recovery support. Then it was possible to flash a theme via a zip-file with all the right permissions.
But flashing also works . I always use su file manager to set permissions. Root explorer also works. Just always check the permissions when they are in the system directory, before you move them to their final destination.
The thing is, I have a locked bootloader and want to keep it that way for warranty.
So I guess I can't install any kind of recovery, from what I've sawn.

Use a launcher like go or launcherpro. then just use something like custom launcher icons to dl a custom dock.

No. You have to set permissions and move it to the right locations. installing it the normal way will not work. Or you mean mod it with UOT then yes, but use this one as it includes a reboot option and without you could end up in boot loop.

Added a CyanogenMod 7.1 version.
Ditched the CM version as the status bar cannot be changed with UOT. When you want a nice black and white skin for CM then use JAMT Black (Free or Donate)
Updated the skin with notification widgets, reboot v2, and some transparency for the notification pull-down background. Rest is the same. Will upload when UOT is back online.
Added a version for the 42 firmware. This one is exactly the same as the 368 version apart from reboot v1 (no reboot into recovery). Will update to reboot v2 once it has gotten an update.

When you don't use systemui I think you get the default notification area. So restore the factory systemui and you would be fine. I will have to look into the battery styles. Will get back on this.

But I like the transparent notification background,
I just can't do the transparent notif background..
Somehow I always fail..
I try to flash with adamtt file but the notif background unable to be transaparent..

I like to share with you this S4 theme-mods that I've made for the Note 2. These mods will give you the Fresh-White feel and look of the S4 theme. I tried my best to make them look the same as the S4 theme in every aspect. Please guys try to report any missing thing that you find (Wrong text, image or anything you find missed) because you'll be helping a lot to make this theme as perfect as it could be:highfive:. Quick Description:
Apks modded to have white themes like the S4.
Contains all S4 .pngs and .9.pngs re-sized to fit our Note resolution.
Contains all (most) S4 color codes and color shades.
S4 animations, icons, and widget images.
Changed the Settings of all the modded apks to white like in S4.
Edited most xmls to look the same as the S4
More and more repairs, replacements, and patchings!:angel:

Update: Please download the new SecContacts.apk that I uploaded in this post. It contains the fix to the white header in the Phone app and Contacts app and it changes the phone icon to S4 icons!
Update: I uploaded a new SecNoteMyFiles.apk below which includes fixes to the light grey text colors and changes them to S4 text colors.
Update: Aroma installer is now availlable!! Thanks to dr.ketan for making this Aroma installer for my mods! The download link is at the end of this post!
Update: Several fixes in ClockPackage.apk, SecPhone.apk, and SecMms.apk.
In SecPhone.apk: Fixed Emergency dialer.
In SecMms: Fixed the black background behind contacts search. Fixed text colors of the text :"This thread will be deleted" and " To".
In ClockPackage.apk: Fixed text color of alarm time of night background and other text color fixes.
Download the new 3 apks (attached below) manually and set permissions and reboot.

7. White S4 SecPhone:
Here comes an interesting part! The S4 Phone dialer is almost impossible to port to the Note because the S4 has several .pngs for each dialer button while the Note consists of one dialer background only. So, I decided to make my own S4 Dialer. I used some S4 dialer pngs and then I used Gimp and after hours of work I was able to create a Dialer that looks almost the same as the S4 dialer.:victory:
Note: The dialer is included in SecContacts.apk. So, if you only flashed the SecPhone.apk please flash with it the SecContacts.apk in post 1 because they are interelated.
How to install:
1.Do a nandroid backup.
2. Check for the location of your SecPhone.apk.
3. Download the .apk and place it in it's correct location.
4. Set the permissions to rw-r-r and reboot.

8. White S4 ClockPackage: (Alarm, Timer, StopWatch...)
How to install:
1.Do a nandroid backup.
2. Check for the location of your ClockPackage.apk.

4. Set the permissions to rw-r-r and reboot.

9. White S4 SecSettings:
In this SecSettings, I tried to make it look as much as I could as the S4 Settings. So, as you can notice in the illustrations bellow, I included all S4 Settings icons, .pngs, .9.pngs, and the HD images of the S4. As for the text colors i tried to fix most text colors and change them to the S4 text colors. Also, some Settings are interrelated to other apks that I've made. So, for example, if you want white "Mobile Networks" Settings, then you have to install the white SecPhone.apk above. Another example is that if you want to get white Account and Sync settings in SecContacts, then you have to install the white SecSettings. I believe you got my point!:highfive:

3. Download the SecSettings.apk and place it in it's respective location.
4. Set the permissions to rw-r-r and reboot.

10. White Calculator:
I tried to make our calculator look as the S4 calculator but unfortunately, the S4 calculator is heavilly decoded. So, I just themed our Note calculator to white and changed the text colors to S4 text colors.

2. Check for the location of your SecCalculator2.apk.
3. Download the .apk and place it in it's correct location.
4. Set the permissions to rw-r-r and reboot.

11.White S4 Multiwindow:

12. White S4 Keyboard:
The S4 keyboard is different from the Note 2 white keyboard in many aspects. For example, the upper number row is light grey while in the Note 2 it is deep grey. Also, the icons on the keyboard of the S4 are deep grey while on the Note they are deep-blue. So, In this keyboard I made it almost the same as the S4 keyboard and included White keyboard settings and white shadowed text like in the S4 and many other modifications.
How to install:
1.Do a nandroid backup.
2. Check for the location of your SamsungIME.apk.
3. Download the .apk and place it in it's correct location.
4. Set the permissions to rw-r-r and reboot.

I beleive the easiest way to get root access is to install a custom kernel. Go to the Note 2 development section and download a custom kernel of your choice that gives root to your phone!

These mods are not present in a single location pal. They are present in separate locations (some are in system/app and others are in preload) and their locations differ from one rom to another. So, making one flashable.zip for all apps is not a good idea and may cause trouble to your phone and maybe Fcs.
If you are facing any problem with installation or you are unfamiliar to installation then just ask me and I will guide you step by step.

Yes but you must delete the .odex file of the app that you want to use. For example, if you want to use SecContacts.apk then you must delete the SecContacts.apk and SecContacts.odex and then use my mods! But, keep a copy in a safe location as backup just in case something went wrong!

So addressing to above issue
1.No, i don't think it will cause issue, even copying, and changing permission for 9 application is not easy job. even odexed ROM user starts getting Force closes and really painful to make job complete, particularly with newbie.
Any way i have made it for you, so who having difficulty can use it.
2.Yes this issue can be solved by CWM flashable zip. Script attached will remove odex as well user have choice to make backup/revert too.
3.Nope, That is on Note1.

Here is solution.

Ok Now How to use for users.
--------------
Use CWM/TWRP to flash (required zip are attached at bottom of this post) Mobile Odin user can flash zip with Mobile Odin - OTA/update zip option, but backup/revert utility won't work.
1. backup : you can Flash White_theme_backup.zip
This will make backup of all the files you going to modify to int SD card/WhiteMod folder
Check backup made successfully before flashing mod.
2.Flashing MOD
Now Download following apk from OP
ClockPackage.apk
JobManager.apk
SamsungIME.apk
SecCalculator2.apk
SecContacts.apk
SecDownloadProviderUi.apk
SecMms.apk
SecNoteMyFiles.apk
SecSettings.apk
SecPhone.apk
twframework-res.apk
Download Flashable zip WhiteMod_WinterLove.zip
Open WhiteModLove.zip (dont extract) and drag all application except twframework-res.apk to system/app folder
sameway drag and drop twframework-res.apk to system/framework folder
close zip file.
Now you can flash this file
NOTE : Odexed user have to push all the above said apk, deodexed user can have choice to exclude any apk if they wish.
Also in future any apk added to OP, you have to do it manually OR have to change script
3 Revert
You can flash Whitemod_revertV2.zip to revert to Original (your previous) mod

1. Download and extract
2. Put apk in system/priv-app/TouchWizHome_ZERO (or ZERO-MR1) and set rw-r-r permissions for the apk.
3. Finally put the two libs in system/priv-app/TouchWizHome_ZERO (or ZERO-MR1)/arm/lib and set rw-r-r permissions for the libs.
4. Reboot and wipe data of touchwiz Home from settings.

Hello everyone.
There is a s6 weather widget make it for A300f . and I think it's works with all versions A3. As long as there have an app AccuweatherPhoneMass2014_amoled_qHD_LMR.apk on system/app
First thing take a simple backup for the old app by rename it and add in the last sentence " .old "
For example : Camera.apk To Camera.apk.old
So you can go back to your app at any time. Only scans added
1- download the app
2- add " .old " to your old app
3- put the new app in system/app/AccuweatherPhoneMass2014_amoled_qHD_LMR/ & set permission rw-r--r--
3- reboot your phone
For change lockscreen icon to S6 or S7 . Download whatever you want
And remove from it the name (S6/S7) let it be like this SystemUi.apk
Now put it in System/priv-app/SystemUI
And set permission rw-r--r--
Report your phone
Don't forget to get backup of your original SystemUI.apk

Hi.
First should your phone is rooted. And downloaded root explore to can go to to this path System/priv-app/SystemUI
And just press and hold on SystemUI.apk and cheese permition
