I have a Nubia z7 mini that works perfectly fine in every way possible, except when trying to open Virtual Reality Applications via Google Play
The split screen does appear on both sides, really small, on the bottom edge and against the center line.
Has anybody found a fix for this problem? Or is it resolved in a later ROM?
I'm currently running NX507J_CNCommon_V1.72, and it works fine for me, so i don't want to make a switch if not necessary

Hi, I have a Z7 and I tried your profile but it's not taking the whole screen. Could you help me with that or to tell me how you did it please? It's a 5.5" screen and 538ppi.
I have a Nubia Z7 too. 2K screen. QR code is a step forward. But same problem as above. Still not the full screen.
How to make such a profile?

I think Nubia camera app have some problems. Like not focus in short distance. and photo taken is not good like i see in screen. I tested lenovo camera. It is better in focus.
I can't see internet calling option is dialer settings which is usually there on all android devices. Can anyone help me how to enable it on z7 mini?

im using Z7 mini and common rom v1.76
here are my problems:
1. cannot boot to fastboot
a. from About Phone->System Updates->Fastboot
b. from adb using my PC
c. volume down + power button
all the 3 methods above will just stuck at the Nubia screen and cannot proceed
2. cannot sort contact list by first name and hide those without phone numbers
any1 know how to solve these problems?

Hi, yes, I have exactly the same problem, also when I compare the
images on my computer (NOT on the phone screen, but downloading files to the PC)to images taken with the (cheaper) Xiaomi Redmi, the Redmi images are not only sharper, but also brighter unedited, and the Xiaomi camera can take pics faster in even darker lighting conditions........the Nubia Z7 mini camera has problems focusing, takes a long time to find the focus. In my case the phone also keeps hanging when I want to start the phone from sleep mode, black screen, and red led slowly blinking.........trying to get a refund or exchange from seller on aliexpress, they say camera from other phones are different, and seems not to want to even exchange the phone for me, despite asking to also look at the hanging problems (of which I sent them a video)

i face a very big problem with my ZTE Z7 MINI. When i purchased the device had the version V9.42. The camera was working perfect, the photos could stored withought any problem. When i updated with the versions 1,62 and 1,72 the stored photos disapeard after a few hours. The files of the photos exist but they are not visible. Can anybody give me a help?

You could try an app on Play Store to see if it sees your pictures, like Quick Pic.

the camera not work... ok, BUT i only use the camera for the Whatsapp Web
and i not can use the whatsappweb without the camera because the QR CODE
have a method to scan the qr(on android) without the camera?
i dont like to use the whatsapp on android emulator
(Sorry for the bad english haha)

I'm going safely assume that this is impossible to do. I could be wrong, but then again.....The QR code needs to be seen in order for it to be read sooo yea I'm confident that this is impossible.

It is possible
Just take a screenshot of the qr code
Send it to your device
Install uc browser on your device
In uc- Go to tools<qr scanner
And click on album
Just search for the screenshot in your gallery and click it
Your work will be done

Here is the screen shot, what does mirrorlink does maybe they call it differently on Huawei phones? Try Googling it and if the call it differently I'll be happy to help, I am usually active when I got a new phone then I disappear on the forum hehe

it cannot be called differently because it is a trademark.
It's for connecting your smart phone to the car,
viewing maps and applications in the dashboard screen.

I have seen it as an update on the Huawei P10 and was told
by Huawei support that the Mate 10 will support it out of the box,
but I am not quite sure.

Huawei-France, in Europe, wrote that the new Mate 10 Pro is fully compatible with MirrorLink.
All phones with Android 5.0 or above should work in MirrorLink FullLink mode. I'm using it since Honor 7, P9 and now P10.

My mistake - all Huawei phone from 5.0 support FullLink, not MirrorLink. Sorry for the confusion.

Yes it is normal. The mirrorlink is in-built in firmware I guess
Can you still use your phone screen and OK Google while connected to mirrorlink?

Hi, with which you can do with the application, I'm getting the error "This app works only on LG branded devices" When I try it with the LG MirrorLink app, but this app uses Samsung devices to transfer the entire screen in the same way as the Youtube vs. I'll be waiting for your help

I'm try connect phone (mate 10 pro) in "double screen" mode to mirrorlink. And I got desktop on phone, but cant start no one app.

after you changed it and I restart, hopefully dual view option supposed to be there in the camera modes.
