Awesome rom bro. Works like a charm. Everything works fine. I have a problem with play store. I says 'app could not be downloaded. there is insufficinent storage space in device' although I have 3.5 GB free space. Please help me bro.

bro video recording not supported in this rom...and unexpectedly sd card remove come even i don't do this...i used third party app but didn't able to record

Can't boot into Recovery Mode
Hello ,
Thanks for the rom
I was successful to flash into that rom but i have two major problems.
1 After successful flashing it is not starting up in recovery mode ,
I tried everything (like starting with command , Through mobile uncle tool)
I also checked ADVANCED REBOOT from developer option
Even i have placed my previous TWRP image and tried to update through mobile uncle but no success...
2 USB connection to my laptop is not working anymore,
Please help

Mic/recorder bug not soved on CM11 unofficial for A310 Micromax Nitro.
Developers of CM11 unofficial ROM for MMXa310.
Please suggest any fix for mic/sound recording bug. It is the only issue that remains in this ROM. Otherwise its an awesome ROM. the cleanest and most fluid ROM for this device.

IT DOESNT READ THE SIM AND IN SETTINGS IT SHOWS SIMS ARE DISABLED, WHEN TRY TO TOGGLE THE SIM ENABLE BUTTON IT DOESNT DO ANYTHING.

Do the following in TWRP Recovery
[1] Press Wipe -> Advanced Wipe -> Check all the Checkboxes except Internal Storage & Micro SD Card -> Then Swipe to Advanced Wipe
[2] Go to Home
[3] Press Install -> Now flash Optimized Stock ROM.
[4] After flashed just Wipe Dalvik Cache & Cache
[5] Finally Restart..

Before installing your pure edition rom. i have tried another ROM through mfastboot and i think i have lost the EFS folder that may contain IMEI, MAC, Bluetooth address.
but i have my imei numbers with.
It would be a great help if could help/ guide to restore those..

Try to wipe System and try any xustom roms like CM11,PAC,Carbon....:good:

My Problem: The phone app is consuming a ton of battery. So I uninstalled the dialer app from system/priv-app. Then I installed Google dialer from apkmirror.com but this Google dialer is not working. So I request you to send me dialer.apk from this ROM. I accidentally deleted the downloaded file and cannot download the whole ROM again. So please send me dialer apk.

Depends on user. Acc. To me CM11 is the best. CM12 is new and still under development. On the other hand CM11 is very stable and fast.

No. You can't flash gapps over a stock rom which already has google apps on it.

As long as you have TWRP recovery installed you can't update. If you want to update then unroot from supersu app. And then flash original recovery file from ADB. I hope u understand what i'm saying.

This is a CM bug, it will be fixed on future releases I suppose

1.Takes long to install apps. I think that is because ART and its not a problem.
2.Download app force cloce when I open it.

2. CM bug, it will be fixed
4. Haven't tried to root it
5. Not implemented yet from CyanogenMod, it is not a bug

1)My facebook messenger works fine, so it not necessary is a system problem
2)I've also noticed that when I go to choose a photo the documents app is force closing
All system apps crashing is not my fault, it will be fixed by CM team

The first time i've installed cm 12 i did it without do all the wipes, when i switched on the phone it worked but i had a lot of bugs, included the bug regarding the sim, system didn' t read it, so i switched off i did all the wipes and now it work perfectly
Have used it for 2 days now, works very good, batteri is ok, system ut is smooth, running nova launcher, all apps that i have tryed works ok. internet speed and wifi works perfekt.
For a alpha release it is perfect!!!!

You can turn recovery on by pressing up - home and power while you turn on the device... All you have to do is release buttons when you see recovery booting at left top corner of the screen... It works for me

Man once you installed the rom, even if you don t have the root you have the cwm, so, when will come an update all what you have to do is:
1 boot your phone into recovery mode
2 install the .zip from your sd
Doing this you will get the update!

I update my ace3 to 2011_11_21 release. My first experience is the temperature , my phone is hot. But doesn't matter because android 5.0 running on it!!
I think this rom is daily usable . Not fast as android 4.4 but fast.

Not now. We are still in beta version, ram management is not optimized.
But for only phone use it works very well , cause Ril work (call,sms and data) .

Look at the top of the download link, you can see the Google Apps. Click there and download the gapps for Android 5.0. I haven't used it yet but you can try.
BTW, the ROM is great!

Hello All,
this is my very first post in xda developers
Noobie here. don't have in-dept knowledge of Linux and android development but play with my device for fun sake.
m xperia u user and 2 weeks ago i had rooted my mobile also bootloader.
From that time i have installed multiple ROM's which are xperia firmware[ST25i_6.1.1.B.1.100], CM11, PA 4.4.4. and now this [[ROM][5.0.2][WIP] Unofficial CyanogenMod 12 for Xperia U]. All were having some issues.
I tried ROM AOSP-5.0-20141128-kumquat-BETA as well and it got hotspot tethering, bluetooth and wifi issue + sd card not detected.camera vdo recording works.
I know this ROM also got some issues as updated by current users. but still will try this.
Will let you know the issues a after using it fo a day.

Try this from Sola. It still crash sometimes so it just for temporary. Install adb on your PC first.
- Connect phone to PC with USB debugging connected
- Enter "adb shell" on cmd
- Enter "echo "512,768,2880,4160,6080,10560" > /sys/module/lowmemorykiller/parameters/minfree"

m installing the gapps minimal pack now. let me see if it cure the keyboard disappear issue.
everything is working good. small lag that is also because data is ON i guess. apps and games + keyboard no issue.

try to install the ROM again from scratch.. don't forget the correct wipes
sometimes this is the right way to solve this kind of problem
No root access in beta 2.0

as far as I understood, in CM12 there is no need of Superuser app. First, you should enable the "Developer options" (go to settings > about phone and then tap repeatedly on Build number until the options are enabled).
Go to settings > Developer options and scroll down until you find Root access, tap on this and choose among the options the right one you want.
That's all!
in latest update, camera capture is working ok but video recording is not working smoothly.
not able to use any kind of camera apps like camera360. it completely stop the mobile and have to reboot it.
About keyboard, disappear issue is gone after installing http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/gapps-google-apps-minimal-edition-t2943330 by selecting right DPI value install [MY DPI value is 240]. but after installing facebook app again keyboard disappear seen. but on other apps like watsapp, messaging n others keyboard is working without any issue.

sir why do i experiencing random reboot while playing music?...whatever music player i use?
I've rooted my phone using kingroot app initially, but unable to Flash recovery,
Then I tried your method with computer taken from XDA
ie using adb n bootloader then taken full backup in last step n installed SuperSU zip
But even now unable to flash CWM recovery, The kinguser of kingroot app has all root privilege instead of SuperSU.... I tried terminal emulator to transfer the root app privilege but the SuperSU did not get the privilege n ....... So with this method I am unable to install CWM recovery even I did follow the whole instructions but did not work* bcoz of that kingroot ...... I unrooted phone with the same kingroot n tried accordingly again but that kingroot app is neither uninstalling nor allowing others to do anything....

Well u can use adb n temporarily boot CWM whenever u want
Use the codes in adb+fastboot
Download the recovery.img of cwm first n put in the adb folder
adb reboot bootloader
When boot loader comes up
fastboot boot recovery.img
Voila u r in ur cwm.. This is not a permanent flash. U can use this whenever u. Want
Well I have using this temporary method in lenovo a6000 but I want to permanently install either one ( CWM Or ,T....)
And one question
Can I flash a new rom like PAC with temporary recovery method?
And when press Vol+ n power button to in recovery mode, it shows PCB n other hardware device failed with a option of Recovery, n when I click on Recovery it does not show Install from sdcard or backup/restore.
My prime concern it Su Binary is not working it says to update but fails to update by both method automatically n manually.

Lenovo a6000 running on PAC Man ROM RC3 cannot lock GPS
Hi guys,
I cannot get my waze apps to lock my gps coordinate. I installed CM 11 before PAC Man and the GPS is working fine. Due the problem that i have with capturing video and viewing videos, i changed to PAC Man rom. Everything works fine except the GPS functionality. Please help!
