I don't think that would be possible , I might be wrong but Yuphoria has Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 and Grand 2 has Qualcomm MSM8226 Snapdragon 400, that's an major difference according to me

but we can only port rom that has the same chipset example grand 2 has snapdragon 400 so we can't port from anorther device that has snapdragon 410!!

no software for rooting is wofking

Number of cores is not same buddy this is problem.
I'm using elephone p8000 I want to port MIUI ROM but there is no same chipset mobile my chipset model is MT6753
