Unstable Nexus 9. Sluggish reboot 3 times in 15 minutes EMMC issue? - Nexus 9 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

got home last night from work, started using my nexus 9. I placed it on the bed screen went off. a few minutes later tried to use it again,
noticed that it was very sluggish, apps did not want to load. everything running very slowly. Then screen goes off again and it restarts. takes a while to restart about 2 -3 minutes, then comes back very sluggish again, I tried to load apps, it restarts again.
At this point I am about clear cache and start trouble shooting , did not get to wipe cache. it starts back up again, then does not run sluggish I am able to use it. been fine since yesterday.
Wondering if Internal Memory card is going bad I read others having similar issues, Not sure if I should send mine back.
I do not want to be with out a tablet.

It could be a rogue app as well, but did you try a factory reset? If that continues after a reset then just get a replacement.

it has been fine since I have not tried the reset yet, but I will if the problem comes up again.

Sudden Google Application Crashes?

Hey guys
Just curious if you have experienced this with your unrooted factory GS2 yet.
Last Sunday my phone refused to boot up, it would get to the S on the screen and then shut off, no boot up music etc.
I finally got it to start up but then it would just completely shut off and reboot again.
That issue seemed to stop about 3 hours later and all was perfect until this evening.
Used my phone all day at work and once I got home without any problems but then about 40 mins ago I was getting a million pop ups on my screen that every Google application/service had unexpectedly quit and needed to close?
I rebooted and it would be OK for about 2 mins and then start all over again and I cannot open any app.
I have just let it sit here and every 5 mins or so it plays the boot up music while it is on sitting at the lock screen lol?
No apps have been installed or updated over the past few days so I have no clue if it is a software issue and it needs a factory reset or it needs to be warranty repaired due to a hardware issue?
Appreciate your input on this one
Cheers
Nothing eh?

Freezing and Force closes

I'd just commented on how I love this phone because of how fast and smooth it is. An hour or so later, I pull my phone out to take a picture and it locks up completely, the Camera FC after about 5 minutes but then it lagged like made and literally made the phone unusable.
Holding power button did nothing, button wouldn't react but if they did it took a few minutes to register the press but then did nothing anyway.
Obviously, with not being able to remove the battery, this made things difficult to reset the phone. In the end I found that holding Up on the volume button and the power button did a reset.
The phone rebooted and seemed ok but then a few seconds later it did the same thing. Even on Home screen, scrolling along froze the phone then Xperia Activity FC'd. Some of my picutres appeared corrupt so I deleted them assuming it was those causing the issue, but I'm still getting the same problem.
Last night I restarted the phone and put it on charge and it seems fine this morning.
Out of desperation, I downloaded AVG to scan the phone. I also downloaded ATK and killed anything that didn't have a use to see if that helped the phone but it did it after that too.
Anyone else had this? It started to P me off last night. The phone nearly went out the window!
It's on T-Mobile (UK) and currently using their stock ROM.
Try a factory reset.
Factory Reset will be my last resort. I hate having phones/tablets set up how I like them only to have to do it all over again!
Anyway, since I rebooted it and charged it up, it's been fine. Will have to see how it goes.

CyanogenMod factory data reset problem

I have a Note 2 which had CM 10.1.3 I was having a ton of problems as far as it being glitchy, really laggy and slow, constantly rebooting. I would generally have to restart it on my own 2-3 times a day to get it working good again. Occasionally the phone would be on and the power button would not turn the screen on, it would just stay black for a couple minutes then start working again.
I recently did a factory data reset on the device and then after a day the sd card popped up as corrupted and now says blank or has unsupported filesystem. I attached a screenshot to show you. Did my sd card just go bad or what happened?

Cannot get device to factory reset

I posted this in the A500 forum as well, but it's probable that this is not a problem limited to my device, and it's also possible that there is a rom that might help me out.
I purchased my tablet on the day it came out, so it's long out of warranty. Everything has been fine with it until three nights ago.
I woke up in the morning to a crashed app alert. I don't get crashed apps often, but it does happen, so I hit ok. A few seconds later I was inundated with crashed app alerts. At that point, any app I opened would also crash immediately. Figuring a good reset would fix it, I turned it off...and it wouldn't turn back on.
I did finally get it to start by holding the volume up and power button.
But that didn't fix the problem. I've discovered that it is somewhat stable if I keep wifi off, but if wifi is on, within minutes everything starts to crash again.
I tried uninstalling some of the apps that crash, but when I restart, the apps are back. It doesn't matter what I uninstall, when I restart, it's back. Installed apps also disappear, the wallpaper resets...basically nothing I do sticks once I restart. I tried to factory reset using the button combination required for my device, and the screen gives the "erasing user data" message, but when it loads up, everything is just as I left it. I tried using the android os option to factory reset, but when I hit "erase everything", the button depresses, but nothing happens.
So obviously, I'm a bit perplexed.
I've never rooted it, and I ran an anti-virus scan a few hours before this all happened and it came up clean.
Anyone ever experienced this? Any advice? If no one has any ideas one how to fix it, is there a way to bypass the main os completely with a rom? I have absolutely no idea how those work, so it may be obvious that it won't, but I figured I'd check.
Thanks in advance! And thanks for reading this far, even if you have no advice!

Galaxy SIIX SGH-T989D crashing issues

Hi,
I'm looking for some general advice and troubleshooting for my phone's issues. My phone started crashing very often, sometimes at complete random, as well as when I was using it fairly heavily (any app that froze my phone for a second before loading before the crashing would now crash my phone). Sometimes it would reboot fine, other times it would bootloop once or twice before reloading fine. I previously tried doing a factory reset, removing my external microSD card, and updating everything via Kies and nothing worked.
I got bored and rooted my phone, did a full wipe, and flashed the latest Infamous update. The problem was still there but it wouldn't crash as often while using it because my phone could handle higher app activity but it's still there. Oddly enough, after flashing Infamous, it often fails to reboot and so I have to do a battery pull before turning it back on, otherwise it won't even vibrate after holding the power button.
I'm just wondering if you guys have any idea what the issue could be. Is it likely still something I can fix? Is this potentially a battery issue or is it a hardware issue?
Thanks so much!
