I was wondering if there was any mods that change the superior auto from the 8 MP to the 20.7 MP. I remember my old z1 had a mod that accomplished this and I wasn't sure if there was anything like this for our phones.

You were supposed to unselect the option you first made the mod to and restart to remove. Why do you revive the old threads?

I have upgraded to the high Res camera version 4 and messaged the dev ofnthatbas well about this
I really want this. Every time I go to take a picture I shake the phone when I tap the button.
A lot of the custom ROMs have this function (my setup does).
The app Vignette will also give that function.

If you really wanna remove thet sound you need go with root exploler in to system/sounds and some where dosn't remember where but you woud find someting with camera click or camera shooter sound just delete it and reboot phone.
I know it but there is no sound of autofocus there

Can you fix a few Bugs for me in the thread which I gave you the SamsungCamer3.apk? Here is the bugs I need fixed:
1. Remove Selective Focus.
2. Fix the layout.
3. Fix the bug when you tap record video, Camera FC.
4. Remove the back camera, front camera and video recording resolutions that don't work on our phone.
5. Fix the bug when you change resolution to a lower one, Camera FC. @rrgrrg @adityapal

Also, I found a bug. When I switch to the front camera, the picture size is strange and when I try to change the picture size from the settings, the camera app crashes and then I have to go and delete data/cache for it to open again.

Try other roms, for me everything working in other roms.

Well, I was using it a years ago, I know its good camera app, but I think its need more improvement in focus ring, sometimes AF touch is missed from the object I want to focused, CMIIW. Google Camera or FooteJ is way better IMO

Thanks, will just enableing camera2 api also bring improvements?
for the apk from the posted link to work, I only have to enable camera2api in build.prop and nothing else other than installing the apk has to be done ... correct?
