XenonHD is a custom firmware aka ROM for various Android devices. It is built from Android Open Source Project (AOSP) with additional features, performance and battery life improvements.
The idea behind XenonHD is to give users a ROM that is "blazing fast, rock stable and buttery smooth".
Base : Lollipop 5.1.1_r13 : FULL AOSP BASE FROM SOURCE.
It's Rockstable,Blazing fast.

No issues with GPS, I don't use Bluetooth so I can't say for sure if it's an issue or not.

GSM?
I know its probably not supported but just curious if anything might work to get GSM working? I have had DU 5.02 GSM PORT for a while just haven't found anything that works better for me and my ls 990. I really want to get a 5.1 ROM running GSM. Thanks for any advice and for a great looking ROM!

Thanks for the new rom. Really enjoying Xenon. First time I ever ran it. Seems to be a real stable rom. Really enjoying layers. Liking it alot better then the CM Theme Engine. Will report back with any logs should any bugs arise.

I haven't had an issue with Bluetooth yet, as I haven't paired my LG Watch to the phone. But I have had no sounds when watching videos on FB. Not sure why its doing it.

Wow, I flashed yesterday & saw no theme engine, hence my post on other page, but I also didn't see layers, I just didn't read hard enough, thought it was some type of file manager, which it is in a way but read your post & was like no way, so I reflashed. Layers is kinda intense, have to read through their thread to learn up some stuff, but what I've played around already is pretty cool. Thanks for mentioning that in your post

No problem at all. I enjoy layers more then I do the theme engine. Options are pretty much endless, lots of individual app theming that you won't normally won't see.

Yep it has the ble issue. Does not see bluetooth low energy devices. Great rom otherwise but i have to go back to stock because of my fitness tracker.
I'm having trouble getting data on sprint with this rom. Is this a known issue or I'm I doing something wrong?

You should have data, I've tested this for weeks now.. Did you do a full wipe before flashing?

No, SuperSU is not required. Superuser is inbuilt into this ROM, just that its disabled by default.
To enable root access, activate developer options. Settings -> About -> Tap build number 7 times to enable developer options. Then inside developer options, navigate to root access and select your option.

@vasumit This ROM is fantastic, I did flashed on my SM-T320 and working great , but at sometimes i get popup alerts as 'Music FX crashed' & 'Trebuchet Crashed' . Since I am not using these two ( I use nova launcher) I can ignore these annoying alerts. My wife has SM-T325, It will be great to have SM-T325 version of this ROM.

Only HW works in Mxplayer Pro, HW+ is still unsupported. I don't know about the other one.
Bugs are inherited from CM as its a CM based ROM. So if there is something that doesn't work in CM, then it most probably wont work in this ROM as well.
Good news for SM-T325 owners, I have successfully compiled a crDroid build for you guys.
Shoot me a PM if you want to test it, I need a confirmation before posting here.

thanks...works well..sms mms internet wifi ,,,EDIT gallery camera work too (did not test out crdroid features because had to get back to stockish build due to echo) however call echo there as in cm12 and cm11 builds (except per some users on cm11 pre-Oct 21 builds) Therefore cannot use as I need the tablet for daily phone (yes-only device I have besides work phone) use,,,great work though super smooth...blinding fast...another thing wish there was a way to increase the lcd density as everything is too small (lcd density change in build prop works in cm11 but not cm12)...hope someone can fix the echo bug...would be over this in an instant

how can this be done to your LL crdroid as when i try to peek into zip file the layout is not like typical android zip files
please see if this is a fix for echo issue on cm12 (i found it to be an issue...I mean other callers found it to be an issue)...the changes I made work for me on cm11 and crdroid kitkat
ALSO
can you please advise on how to change the lcd density in LL crdoid or cm12 for that matter...about the only useful file i could extract from the cm12 zips was build.prop and using a new lcd density did not change anything (as everything is too small (for me) on this tablet phone in cm12)

It means that you cant flash kernels (Boeffla, AK)
This rom comes with unique kernel.

Here neither, it was the theme I was using, it was not showing them disabled. Sorry my fault.
this kernel have fast charging abilities, i have noticed coming from an LG G Flex the battery life is amazing on that phone and i had run many tests and no matter which rom the OPO always drains faster, but since it does drain faster i would atleast like the option of fast charging, does anyone know of a good kernel to flash with this rom or does this kernel built in have fc? thank u and keep the great work with this rom, i love it and it actually does have better battery life than most others too.

No custom kernels. You could sync up the CAF source, make some mods, and build that and use that.

Not quite the full fast charge but not to slow. In the time to get a reading the battery went up 3%.
Though I am starting to not trust ampere much these days.
As for kernels, there is only the kernel it comes with at the moment. Hopefully this caf thing will catch on and that will change.

Would you guys rather straight omni builds with my kernel or tweaked builds where I'd be including my kernel and tweaking stuff in omni. I have nothing set in stone but I'm talking adding new features/under the hood tweaks/ debloated zip size(remove some preinstalled apps) etc etc
Also had a new build ready today but androidfilehost is down for maintenance so I'll wait till the site is fixed

Camera is in par with CM ROMs, not sure about stock as I haven't tried it in months lol
Stability is top priority (nobody wants a blazing fast ROM with random reboots) but as this is a custom ROM I'm always experimenting with things that'll bring better performance/battery life

Also realized last build I used the wrong kernel config which is why the new governors didn't pop up. I'm gonna try getting a new build out tonight with those extra kernel features. I'll see if chill governor and maple scheduler can make it in as well
EDIT: Had a few build errors and don't have the time to really sit down and troubleshoot until the weekend so next build will probably be then
There's a new build up finally. Don't have the time for a full changelog but I slimmed down kernel options and finally added bluactive governor. Also synced with latest marshmallow sources (r72 I think it was)

Words of Advice
Don't download / flash the OTA updates no matter how tempting it might be. Instead download and flash from this OP if on this ROM.
If you do download and install an OTA update it will crash, just download the latest update from this thread and flash, it should restore you back to normal.
Remove PIN, password, fingerprint or other security before making backups in TWRP.
If you restore a backup that has security and are unable to get back into your phone please see the following:

In my opinion this is daily driver material. Everything works flawlessly. Great for those whom like a stable daily driver while keeping it simple.
With that being said, there's NOTHING wrong with any of the other ROMs I build or that are posting on XDA. I'm just stating my personal opinion.

I'm on January's and its working fine
So far running nice and smooth. Only issue is small popping like sound from the speakers randomly. Thought maybe it was the kernel so flashed a different one and still get it. Thanks for your hard work compiling this for us.

That's odd. That was a problem on older test builds (been compiling aospa for months now lol) and the reason I released it finally because it was fixed for me.

No big deal. Seems to not be as often if I disable touch sounds. Still a great running ROM. No force closes with full dynamic gapps. But so far like you mentioned the only mod is immersive mode.

Yea, before it was loud pops every several seconds lol. I'm gonna check it out when I have time or hopefully the pa team beat me to it.
Like I said though its no longer happening to me so it may be something triggering it. The only pa specific feature is immersive mode but like I said they have invested tons of resources into optimizations to make it smoother/faster. So for anybody looking for a minimalistic optimized ROM I def suggest checking this out.

I'd have to add that to the kernel side of things. I looked into the benefits a year or so back and they were pretty negligible but if there was a demand for f2fs support I'd be happy to add it.

Also I thought the latest vendor image was NMF26J, however had to flash NMF26F to boot without the usual vendor associated error message.
I used paranoid for a while on my Note 3, loved it. Can't wait till my USB-C flash drive gets in tomorrow to start flashing things! Thank you for all the hard work you put into these ROMs.

The popping sound has something to do with either the device sources or pa's caf qcom sources (which I'm not very familiar with tbh) but I'm doing what I can to figure out a fix.
Main obstacle is I'm building on a laptop which really slows the whole process down lol. Luckily its very faint and happens rarely. I did have it happen once in the past 2 days

Is OMS support ?
Wow! My favourite ROM....ever! Can I ask what the colour profile is on the stock kernel? They are so much better than some profiles I've used.

Check the Hal itself too to make sure it synced the AOSP branch. I don't have the device, but my tester says it was fixed.
