Viper4Android has gain (increased volume) controls plus many, many more audio features. As you are already rooted this post could be of interest.

So I searched on the forums for a bit and have yet to find to find a sound mod that only increases the volume of the speaker, without all the other stereo mods and etc. Not interested in Viper4Android or Dolby Atmos stuff, will prefer to keep as close to stock as possible.
Can't seem to find any for lollipop 5.1 so am I missing anything? Thanks in advance! Feels great to be back! :good:

now after rooting C5 ultra for both locked and unlocked bootloaders , we need stereo mod for the device
audio files in etc named as :
- audio device
- audio effect
- audio policy
as i understood we may need to change in (audio device XML ) , i made some changes but it didn't work with me, any ideas.
Yes, we definitely need stereo mode and LOUDER sound!
My wife has the Xperia Z5 & sound is far louder and is stereo...
Viper4 android works well of course. you have to use the selinux mod changer To get it working. And it sounds awesome. With my monster headphones

im also waitin for the stereo mod not that the sound quality is bad,but it would be cool tho
Hi! 2 days ago I downloaded XTREMEMusic from xda, and i flash it! It says that my audio will be better but, is lower, tried to disable bass from V4A but nothing change. Is there a better Audio Mod?
Yes,You can use dolby sound mod and It's better than viper or you say v4a.

You can install viper4android fx. It's a great tool.
Viper4android don't work correctly. Increase volume almost impossible. Wait none CM SW on Android 7.1.1
Here's a solution for your question. It's not a very advanced audio mod, since it just tweaks the mixer_paths, but it definitely increases the volume. Hope it helps
