i'm on my KF1 stock rom, and i want to experiment on different roms.
1) are all custom roms (e.g lite'ning, cognition, darky) flashable using CWM? (i got my CWM from flashing the mirage kernel). or i can use odin anytime if i want to flash them thru the computer?
2) i searched for the forums for my stock rom, and i found a link:

it's in an .exe format. is that flashable too thru CWM, or i have to use Odin to flash it back if ever i want to revert back to my stock rom? isn't flashble stuff in .tar or .md5 format?
The one you found is correct and it has to be extracted from .exe format via Winrar/7Zip. Then you will get .tar file which you could flash via Odin.
And I think you can flash any Custom ROM via Odin over any ROM.

do i flash the stock rom under the PDA tab only, just like flashing a kernel? i don't have to tick any other options (bootloader, phone, csc, etc)?

yes m8, do not tick repartion
meaning - can I just inter recovery (without odin) > and just flash a new rom + rtl ?
or the root is the thing that letting me do that from the first place ?

You dont need root to flash anything.
Use odin.
(do some reading before attempting though & dont rush your first flash - be sure on everything!)

If you want to flash a custom ROM via recovery, you'll need to have CWM recovery. The Samsung stock recovery won't work. You won't get CWM recovery without root, so yes, you do need root if you want to flash custom ROM via recovery, or you can just use Odin to flash any stock or Odin compatible custom ROM. For Odin, you do not need root.
odin to the stock and rooted, wheres the best kernel so i can flash a rom? and im on rooted stock do i flash the rom first or kernel first or does it matter?
btw i tried triangle away but it does not work something about magic header should i flash the rom and kernel then try it or is there another way?
and can i flash twrp on this for my recovery?
Use mobile odin lite or mobile odin pro to flash the AJK v4.9 No Swap kernel to get CWM recovery. Open the zip archive and extract the boot.img, and flash that in mobile odin. Do not need to boot into system, and if you do, the buttons will not work correctly. Boot into recovery and flash the firmware of choice.
If you want something touchwiz based, then the best choices are either SHOstock3 v4.0 or Cooked. If you want something AOSP based, then there are a few choices which you will need to research yourself. You can probably have TWRP recovery by flashing a custom kernel containing TWRP, but this will depend on which firmware you choose.
