The preview and the photos taken by my WT19a's camera are inverted :s I'm on stock ICS Sony ROM with a lot of mods from this forum.
Well, this happen to me when i flashed the ICS movies app from Xperia S but, from the Neo forum, cause the link posted here it's broken. Is it there any solution to this ? And also the led flash of quickpanel give me FC on System UI.

it could be problem of semcvideo.apk i faced that same problem when i flashed that app with some wrong libs.... now u need to repair ur phone through Sony pc companion...
U need to replace "liboecamera.so" from stock Sony ICS rom.
Then it should work property.

I recently updated to 6.2.A.1.100 and everything seemed to work fine BUT, when i record a video, after i press the button to stop the recording, the camera app freezes and i get the the pop up: Unfortunately, Camera App has stopped working and then the app crashes.
I tried rebooting, Force Stop the camera App, Clear data, Cashe BUT NOTHING HELPED

Connect your phone to Pc companion... Go to update option and click on repair... It will reinstall the software and that would hopefully fix it... If not then you have to flash a stock ftf manually via flashtool... Most probably it will fix it eventually.

First, make sure you will give all the details like;
Complete details of your problem - i don't know what kind of broken you are saying (broken camera or etc.)
Step by Step What Did you Do Before The Problem Occur

second camera was removed from the main. Model: xperia P, JB 4.1.2 (.100) kernel stock, room stock. I want use cybershot but this app not working! Sorry for my mistake bro

You removed it yourself or did they remove it in the center?
Was cybershot working before it was removed (even if the fron cam didn't work)?

They remove it in the center because they can't fix my 2nd camera. Now i can used some app: Camera JB+, Procaptune, ... but i can't use stock camera and mod cybershot.
I hope someone can change (mod) the stock camera app to get it to work! Thanks!

Yes, It's a sony center!
I touch icon camera wait long time, then my phone report : "camera is not available". I think this app stock camera ( or cybershot camera mod) will check all hardware ( camera 1st, 2nd...), if hardware broken, App stock camera will not working!
Now, i can use app camera JB+, Procaptune ... because it's not check all hardware and i can use 1st camera, but if i change camera, The app will stop! I must reboot phone!

I asked a simple wuestion. Did Cybershot work before you sent it to center?
I looked at the code a little and I think I know what need to be done, but I never done something like this so it may take me some time.

No,I dropped the camera phone should not work before, I brought the phone to sony center. They report broken and the front camera can not be replaced and remove it from the phone! So I want to ask now how do I use the Cybershot?

I looked at the source and I saw it check how many cams phone has if only one it should ignore front cam.
Give it some time maybe someone will help.

I have managed to make a camera that does not have front camera option, but you are the only one that can test if it work without a front cam.
You must have root to replace the cam app, do you have root?
If not you can root with DooMLoRD Easy Rooting Toolkit

Backup SemcCameraUI.apk and SemcCamera3D.apk and copy those attached below ro /system/app, change permissions to 644 (read all, write owner, execute none), reboot, and before you open them go to Settings -> Apps -> All -> Camera and clear data.
I only changed one class in both app to return number of cameras 1 instead 2, lets see if it let you use it.

Maybe it's not the app but some library it use.
Maybe someone more experiance can help.

Now I just use the stock camera quick launch mode. On the lock screen, I stroked to launch the camera app running, just take the picture and can not be customized. If it is custom to stop working!

5.z2 stock sounds - ringtons - walpapers - live walpapers and themes
6.z2 boot animation
7.z2 keyboard with emoji
and anything else if ported

of course I did!
z2 camera was the first thing that came up, found some other apps too but the point is those apps are in other phones' section(like arc s) n I dont know if they work on SP also it would be a good idea to gather all of cm11 z2 working ports in one thread(of course with credits to their porter)
dialer and semcphone are the ones I havent found yet
and seems that 4K, timeshift, answering machine, smart backlight, smart call answering ports wont work on this phone:crying:
I'm struggling to get the Z2 camera to work on CM11 LBL and to say the Z2 camera thread is confusing is an understatement.
Has anyone got it to work cleanly on their XP?

on xperia p?? nope but tried it on sp and camera app gets FC,but some of it's addons work if u run them from apptray

Sorry - typo I meant SP. I love the performance of CM11 on the phone, but miss the Sony camera, and lets face it, the Sony apps is why I bought the Sony handset.
I'm on LBL and unlock = NO so the only thing keeping me with stock is the camera. Xperia M camera on stock gives me the best results.

ummm, why do you even want to open lenovo's camera in z2?
obviously it wouldn't work, oem apps are for the respective device
That is, you can't just open lenovo's apps in sony.
I like it, used to have it on my xperia z, but it had cm11, thanx for quick answer
