Hi Guys,
I want to customiza my S6 Edge screen.., I only found 1 app compatible with the fingerrpint unlock and that one is the CM Locker, but the problem with this is that does not give you to much to customize.
The C Locker Free that in theory is compatible with the finger print sensor doesnt allow me to enable this feature..., I only see pattern and pin.
any suggestion?

Hi, I recommend ZUI Locker, it offers fingerprint unlock and alot of customisable features. Ive been using it for a while now and havn't had any problems.

my Phone isnt rooted or anything, its a standard phone.

Download widget locker from market it has a variety of lockscreens and extras.
Mod the lockscreen without root? Nah... you root access to replace system files.

if you are not rooted, most probably you will see two lockscreens.
anyway, lockscreen alternatives are; widgetlocker, lockbot, lockit etc......
Does anyone know how to replace the standard lockscreen on a rooted stock 2.2?
I have Widget Locker but now and again the original screen pops up and it can be a bit of a pain sometimes.

in my opinion, the reason you see 2 lockscreens is because of android system 5 second rule. any lockscreen other than stock one, will have to wait 5 to initialize. however, in widget locker you can bypass this rule. turn on home helper option in behaviour, and make sure 5 sec bypass is checked. if it is unchecked, check it.

This is an issue with htc sense roms. on aosp roms like cm6 or cm7, the original lock never shows up with the 5 second root bypass rule activated.
Try Lockbot Pro..it has a variety of Lock screens to choose from like Eclair style, iPhone, Froyo etc....it shows up only one lock screen though..and you ve an option to unlock the screen using any hardware button not just power button, nifty feature
For not visualizer 2 lockscreen you must use no lock

May be the same reason my third party lockscreen, doesn't come up 100% of the time, Miui seems to like it's defaults to much.
i tried too. What i really want is to get dashclock to work with miui.... havent found a way yet...
Make sure widgetlocker, is ticked within privacy/notification access settings. Kinda fixed lockscreen Issue may be the same for widgets
Yeah worked it out, notification and app access needs to be configured via Miui settings.

I really like to try other roms on my pocophone but one thing that's stopping me is the inbuilt app lock from MI
It is so good. I really like it. Are there any ported version of MI's app lock or any other alternatives like it. Please I really would like to try other roms but I also need a reliable applock with notification content hide.

i tried the new gesture navigation on EMUI9. It works but the return to home gesture go briefly to task manager before showing home.
did someone manage to avoid this? I'm on stock phone, no root or whatever..
Tried action launcher or nova without success

Yeah there are load of 3rd party apps out there but i would preffer to not rely on those bit instead huawei to put their ****s together and not release official rom with the same exactly bugs they had on beta. This specific bug i reported it as a beta tester.

Thank god its android. We can just switch to other solution, or stay with the default one. Having options is good.

Works after adb commands pretty well. But yeah Huawei should just fix their ****. Sometimes I don't know why they beta test their firmware. It seems that they don't fix any things from the beta firmware.

Are you using Good Lock and all its modules? It actually lets you do quite a bit while still being "OEM"?

Agreed, not quite. Still I've weaned myself off Nova with everything it can do.

Have you found a way to have gesture shortcuts? That's the one thing I miss with Nova. Doing those 2 finger swipes, double tap swipe when on the launcher screen. Haven't seen anything in goodlock that CNA mimic that

Why are people moving away from nova?
Kept the original icons just but made them adapt to the wallpaper color. Found these wallpapers to be so good
