If you have i9200 model, you may flash any of Europian or Taiwan/Indonesia ROM. Be careful with ROM for continental China. It have different pit structure.
Do not flash ROM for ATT and other North American operator.
Just simply if you see i9200 in ROM's name, you may flash it.
An remember - flashing non-oficial ROM, you may lose warranty.
PS: may you provide some screenshots with non-standard icons?

The last 4.1.2 PDA for vietnam was MF6. So go for some other country.

No. It flashes the stock 4.3 jelly bean version... but not the 4.4.4 kitkat version.

The i9300 doesn't have a 4.4 firmware, you are trying to brick your phone by flashing the wrong model.
Ok thank u so much
