The great battery impression thread - Samsung Galaxy Alpha

In order to help people decide (me included, im still waiting for my extra 2500mAh battery pack) which custom ROM or kernel settings to use, lets post our best battery stats.
Please inform which Model (Exynos, Snapdragon), ROM and Android, Kernel and Custom settings you're using.
Provide at least SOT (Screen On Time) and current time on battery.
Also if possible your usage patterns.
And please, do show off.

Battery stats
Device: G850F
ROM: Stock French 5.0.2 deodexed with Xposed module
Battery: Stock 1850mA
I'm not a heavy user, most of the time my device lies sleeping during work. I do bluetooth music streaming about 1.5hrs a day, less than 10min calls average per day, some gaming and more texting.

New Google Search causing wakelocks?

I have 3 apps to track battery usage. Crpalmers kernels have always yielded above average battery life so I don't review the apps very often until recently. I use better battery stats, battery stats plus and and the stock HTC power menu. I find the apps on both BBS and bsp are sometimes completely different for what's using the battery but usually they are similar. I know how to figure if wakelocks are plaguing the device and I think I see proof of that here in the screenshot. The battery drain issue seems to be GPS so I'm turning it off completely now. This all started after the most recent Google search update. Can anyone confirm or deny my statements, I'm not an expert but eager to learn more about how the device tends to misbehave.

The SoT is probably thereabouts, but your standby time should improve further as the Nord learns your habits and adjusts battery usage.
The battery life is better than with my previous mi 9t and I had like 8 hours sit with my usage, I'm sure I can go to 9 or 10, will see in a few days also the two latest updates improve battery life but I don't have the last one installed?
Really like the hardware and there are just a few apps to debloat ?

Android 10/11 Fast Battery Drain & Overheating

I've had my Pixel 3XL taking 5 hrs to charge the battery with the screen off, using the supplied charger. CPU usage constantly at 80%+. Temps 43C+ during normal use (not playing games or videos, not encoding whatever)
This has been happening for a couple of months, and today I found out why. I noticed that some music apps (soundcloud, spotify, tunein radio) would have their last played song/station persist in the drawer for way too long, and couldn't be dismissed.
SOUNDS>ADVANCED>MEDIA>Hide player when the media session has ended.

You have the latest Miui update. If it doesn't work as it should, a factory reset is the only option (regarding the ROM issue). But you'll lose all your data and settings.
However, battery drainage can be caused by a feature you have turned on or an app you have installed. It is difficult to give advice on this. It is best to compare the endurance with other users of this ROM and if the problem exists only for you, start testing the settings changes.
