After copy to systeam/app and Reboot!

Yes, so you can copy to system. Works well on s5 active when installed per op instructions.

Actually the apk isn't getting installed. It's showing an error.

You don't install the apk, you copy it to system/app and set permissions AS PER THE OP! You then set it as your theme in settings.
