I have installed the framework but the screenshots below are really contradictory. Device info is as follows

It seems that there was an error while starting up. The files are installed, but not working. Please check the logs section.

There is no error log as there is no error.

This is a rom based on the system dump there are no guarantees that it will work on your device [No boot.img included]
you can flash this zip but i don't recommend it since theres probably not a working updater-script (status 7 or anything else) also theres no boot.img inside this zip! i don't have it neither is it released here.

Awesome, I just moved from the Sprint Optimus G, hopefully I can get a modified stock going for this.
If you were to flash this and just flash a sprint boot.img, it would at least boot... Yes? This is assuming it's flashable.

There are some similar posts but they all seam to out to date, and I'd like to get some more instructions since I'm not used to the cellphone terminology and I don't want to screw my device..
What I need is to disable the filter that inhibits the GPS updates to reach your apps when you are below a certain threshold velocity (Known as Static Navigation)
Every single forum points to GPS Control SiRF Donate, but it was discontinued on 2012 and does not work for newer android versions.
Details from the cellphone:
GT-I9100 Android 4.1.2
base-band : I9100XXMS4
Kernel : 3.0.31-1497824 [email protected]#3 SMP PREEMPT Mon Dec 23 Compilation num: JZO54K.I9100XWMS3
GPS chipset, unknown (if someone provides instructions for how to get this) I will update it.

Hello,
better late that never.
The fix you found is a patch that should be applied in recovery.
It checks which GPS library version is installed (performing ad MD5 calculation) and then tries to modify the library manually changing the static navigation flag.
The patch can be reverted (applying the same fix again).
Just for safety you can manually copy elsewhere the file under /system/lib/hw/gps.exynos4.so
Hope this helps you.
Note : I'm just sharing the work of XDA Member ryaneaepple.This has been tested on Hyperion 9 and it gives a good performance overall.Take a look at some of it's features:
