I bought the ebony version from geekbuying.com for $170. The delivery should be towards the end of next month but can't wait. I was going for the UMI Iron but this looks like much better built device.
I pre-ordered the 'colormix' edition from Gearbest assuming it was Ebony cover. But I heard no back cover is included and could be purchased seperately (but I don't know where to buy that). So does someone know what is meant with 'colormix'? How will this look like?And is this phone usable without backcover?

Got my doogee f3pro on the 22 oct. I have several problems on it. The more I using it the bigger the problems become.It take a few time to open the camera (black screen), also when we want open a internet page. Somtime the pages blocked. When we have a page open or Facebook or mails and try to go up or dawn it doesn't react properly or doesn't respond at all. also when we write it isn't react properly. Of course I try to reset like the seller asked to do . reset is the same as reboot? Now they asked me to do a flash? What is flash ? Can someone help me to solve thise problems on a new f3pro?

Gps has refresh rate 1hz, so waze or maps app takes 1sec to refresh...

I have a question related to the above topic. I recently received my Doogee F3 Pro. However i'm very mad with the manufacturer because he didn't include a compass (which is clearly indicated on several websites) i'm really MAD that i can't use third party camera apps.
The phone has it's own camera app. This works ok, but i want to use other apps as well. The moment you do (or try to) and use another camera app (e.g. the google one) the camera lens freezes. To use it, even with the own Doogee app, you need to reset the device.
Anyone who has the same problem ? And what can be done against it ?
I contacted Doogee, they replied : bring us more proof. Hello Doogee, can't you test this yourself ?

So far, the design and build quality impressions were great...
Just some app issues, like using alternate Camera apps (Focal or the like) freeze the camera up, unable to use until restarting the phone.
Also messaging app seems to freeze from time to time, so i tried using another app (Go messenger).

all the versions used the same camera.The front shooter is amazing...
Just did a photoshooting with this device... wonderful even the zoom works
Coming from a Redmi Note 3 this is a huge upgrade, also better then Honor 6,One Plus,Iphone 6 camera
zoomed to 5 x before taking the picture.
@Supertitan, that looks real good. The comparisons I've seen so far made me doubt a purchase though... Currently running a Nexus 6p so I'm afraid it will be a downgrade, pure on specs of the sensor that could be the case.

I dont know what you mean ? okay Nexus has the first grade software support from google, but Snapdragon 810 vs. 820 no comparison here.
Also the Charger (measured) pumps out with 2,27 Amp. on Xiaomi device which is top level on Charging.

I only meant picture quality, not the specs of the chipset etcetera, obviously the Mi5 zooms past the N6P on that front. I will await more photo comparisons, Xiaomi markets heavily with the quality of the Mi5 camera so hopefully it does not disappoint.
This was taken with the Fish Eye mode, otherwise it wasnt possible to catch the Details.

The quality is so close now so...for me there is no reason to use MIUI.

Bootloaders will be locked. You need to go through unlocking it on the Xiaomi bootloader unlock site to so so. They will give you instructions after a few days.

Hi H8 Pro definitely worth the money. Bigger screen, bigger resolution, battery life is good. I like the metal body.
I don't think there is big step forward with EMUI 5.1. I found there is better resource management and they add predictive touch tracking which can apparently register your touches even faster than before and give you close to zero latency.
It's lightning fast!

Thats very good. And if the touches are fast like the fingerprint scanner on
the Honor 8 than it is lightning fast. Couse I thing unlocking the Honor 8
with the fingerprint is like instant thing. And I only can imagine if it is
that fast to operate with .. that it would be a pleasure to use it..
I saw some of the you tube videos about EMUI 5.1 and for me it has like
no difference from the 5.0 so thats why I have asked is there anything good or

It's really great phone and as I said before it definitely worth the money.
Fingerprint works like a charm, no delay here.
That predictive touch features is related to the display not to the fingerprint just for you to be sure we are talking about the same. I didn't notice any difference.
IMHO if you use Honor 8, there is no reason to upgrade to Pro.

Why the default screen lock application is not working ever since I have downloaded nova launcher. Earlier it used to work on Samsung phone but now I am using honor 8pro. Pls fix this as nova having lot of features including gesture controls.

Tested on my Xiaomi 12 pro, everything is wrong regarding the camera.
AIDA64 is quite a broad brush tool supporting many different types of device, and as such it does make mistakes. The most striking example of this that I've seen is the app detecting a camera in an Android TV that doesn't have one. You can report mistakes through the app and the developers will check and correct them.

Please read this:
If the number of megapixels indicated is wrong, it means that the manufacturer of your device has restricted access to the camera for third-party applications. Likewise, even if your device has multiple cameras on one side, Android OS identifies them as a single camera for that side.

To expand on NOSS8's answer, no there isn't. Are you concerned that you have a counterfeit device or that Poco are lying to you? If it's the former, there are surely easier ways to determine that, and if the latter then you'll probably have to meticulously disassemble your phone.

I bought from official store, as far I check the Imei no at mi.com, it is a genuine product.
I believe is not counterfeit device.
I also tested my previous phone, Redmi Note 8, and the camera shows at AIDA64 is exact Megapixel per actual specs. as well as checking my last 2 phone, Huawei P10 lite, as accurate per actual specs.
I just curious why Poco M4 Pro Camera specs as above screen shot, not as accurate as actual specs.
Did no one from XDA create it?

Wow! I have been looking for information on running google services. I know you can install Google Play Store and install apps, but is there a way you can test recieving and/or sending Google Voice calls through the mobile app please?? Thank you so much if you have time

When you get an incoming Google Voice call, does the notification / ring work too? I know that's an issue with some GMS installations on unauthorized phones

yes...i have oppo find x6 pro and i have a problem with Android auto error 22 :/ will be good if someone will create an oppo 6 thread.Dont know really how to fix it

But without a sim can you send/receive calls using the Google Voice app?

Steps:
-) Settings -> Additional Settings -> Google Settings
-) Configure your Google account
-) Download the Play Store from apkmirror or the repo you like

Hi, I have this phone too and it can't run Android auto as this service is not part of the rom. There is no workaround.
That's apparently the only Google service not running on this phone.

I just make the decision to return the phone, good i bought it on eBay,i will come back to s23 ultra.Too much problems with oppo.Thanks anyway

I found the wireless charger:
Original OPPO AIRVOOC 45W 50W Wireless Flash Charger
But no small travel chargers. Does anyone know if one of the small GAN chargers by Anker/Baseus/Ugreen/?? would be able to charge the Oppo at 100 W? Or at least at high speeds? I'd prefer to carry only one charging brick for all my electronics.
These cases etc. are usually available from different sellers, so please choose carefully. I have not ordered anything from these sellers yet.

I just bought the Oppo Find x6 pro too and eager to share tips on how to make best use of it.
One thing that seems to not work well is the notification while native AOD is on at least for non native Oppo Apps
I am using instead Always on Amoled app and it works reasonably well but drains the battery.
Any suggestions?
