USB OTG Query - Sony Xperia M4 Aqua

Hey, I'm about to buy Sony Xperia M4 Aqua dual but I got concerned about it's OTG connectivity, some posts say it does and some say it doesn't. So I just want to confirm it and if it doesn't then is it possible to connect OTG by any other means(without rooting)

Try searching for its drivers.

Well guys we all know that currently usb otg is not working and it is not likely to work at all. Here is answer from sony support that i just got:
with regards to the query you posted... I can confirm that unfortunetely USB on the go is not supported on the Sony Xperia M4 Aqua

E2306
I tried even with ac adapter conected and it will only charge. Strange thing is that the phone has a folder called USBOTG under the directory Root/storage (where SD card and Internal storage are located), so probably there's a way to activate it.

Hm.... as we know, it supports OTG, problem is, this thing isn't simple input device like mouse and keyboard... main question is, do you have proper driver of your USB router for android?

Some Huawei modems seems to work with Android. If I turn sim lock off then I can cennect it to any usb router but a router might be different from a phone
I'm not sure if it is safe, because the modem can draw too much power from the S3. Your should try using an AC powered USB hub.
Man, you're asking a question and you're not in the Q&A section, doesn't that just feel wrong?

is it possible to fuse two basebands together?

Hey there I am a new guy, a user of Sony Xperia Z2 l50t.
I use both the service of China Mobile and China Unicom.
I know that the hardware of my Z2 supports both WCDMA/FDDLTE and TDSCDMA/TDLTE. But I can't find a way to switch from one to another under one system. When I change the SIM card and then there is simply no 3G/4G signal at all. Are there any solutions? Thanks a lot!
Nope.
